塑料掛鉤座注射模具設(shè)計(jì)注射模在機(jī)械、電子、航天航空、生物等領(lǐng)域及日用品的生產(chǎn)中得到了越來(lái)越廣泛的應(yīng)用，國(guó)的注射成型發(fā)展方向主要為提高大型、精密、復(fù)雜、長(zhǎng)模具的設(shè)計(jì)制造水平及AD/AEAM技術(shù)的應(yīng)用范圍。計(jì)過(guò)程主要借助PRO/ENGINEER（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)PRO/E、MoldFlow等完成。對(duì)塑件實(shí)體進(jìn)繪，同時(shí)在PRO/E中創(chuàng)建其3D模型，并用PRO/E的模型分析功能利用PRO/E的模具模塊完成模具的設(shè)計(jì)和澆注系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)，在設(shè)計(jì)澆注系統(tǒng)時(shí)，運(yùn)用MoldFlow對(duì)塑件進(jìn)行了最佳澆口位置分析和注射模流分析及模擬；用PRO/E注塑模設(shè)計(jì)（簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)EMX）進(jìn)行模架和模具各零部件的設(shè)計(jì)本設(shè)計(jì)的最大特點(diǎn)是運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的設(shè)計(jì)理念，在3D實(shí)體模型環(huán)境下完成整個(gè)模具設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。從零件建模，到模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，以及最后的工程出圖，均通過(guò)PRO/E完成；并且在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)充分利用了PRO/E、MoldFlow的分析功能，進(jìn)行了如澆注系統(tǒng)分析、注射模擬、開(kāi)模動(dòng)作檢測(cè)、檢測(cè)等工作，以設(shè)計(jì)出最為合理的模具結(jié)構(gòu)。此外，設(shè)計(jì)中大部分分析計(jì)算都依靠設(shè)計(jì)的計(jì)算過(guò)解放出來(lái)，借助于EMX，大大縮短了模具設(shè)計(jì)花費(fèi)在創(chuàng)建、定制和細(xì)化模架部件以及模具組件上的時(shí)間，并且其3D實(shí)體模型也隨著設(shè)計(jì)零件的更改而自動(dòng)更新，從而使設(shè)計(jì)周期CAD/CAE/CAM技術(shù)對(duì)該復(fù)雜、精密塑件的設(shè)計(jì)。 ofdesigningplasticpothookinjectionTheinjectionmouldhasbeenmoreandmorewidelyusedinthefieldofmachine,electronics,aviation,biologyandcommodity.Butthetechnologyofdesigninginjectionmouldinourcountryhasawidegapwithdevelopedcountriesduetocomparativelylowaveragelever.Thegapismainlyreflectedinthefollowingaspects:thelargedeformityofthepart,thegreatburrofsideoverflow,thelowersurfacequality,theseriouserosionandcauterizationofthemould,thebadexhaustofmouldandtheeasilydestroyedoftheandsoon.Atpresent,thedirectionofourinjectionmoldisfocusonimprovingthetechnologyoflarge,exact,complexandlong-lifemouldandwideningtherangeofusingtheCAD/CAE/CAM.Thesubjectofthedesignisaninjectionmouldforplasticpothook,astheconfigurationoftheplasticiscomplex,andtheprecisionofthedimensionishighrequired,thedesignofthemouldisdifficultinsomedegree.Thecontentofthedesigncanbedividedintothreeparts:theysisoftheinjectionpossibility,thewholedesignofthemouldandthedesignoftheparts,theprocesshavebeenfinishedchieflywiththehelpofsoftwarePro/Engineer.Teralprocessesofthedesignis:ly,surveyanddrawtheplastic,establishit’s3DmodelbyPRO/E;thenprimarilyysisandfigureupitusingtheyticfunctionofPRO/E;thensketchthedraftofthelayoutofandchooseanequalinjectionmachine;next,makinguseofPRO/E’smoduletocompletethedesignofcoreandaswellasmoldingsystem,onwhich,softwareMoldFlowisusedtodotheysisofthebestgaocationandtheysisandsimulationoffluid;atlast,useExpertMoldbaseExtensionofPRO/Etoexecutionthedesigningofthemold-baseandeverypartofthemould.Themostconspicuousfeatureofthedesignisthatthewholeprocessisdoneintheenvironmentof3Dmodel,whichisconductbytheadvancedtheory.ThesoftwarePOR/Ecompletestheworkfrommodelingtothedesignofconstruction,andthelastdrawforengineering.Duringtheprocess,theyticfunctionofPRO/E、MoldFlowhavebeenfullyusedtodothework,suchas: ysisofmoldingsystem,injectionsimulation,thetestingofmoldopeningandinterferenceandsoon,inordertomakethemostrationalmould.Inaddition,mostysisandcountarefinishedbydesignsoftwareautomatically,therefore,whatlefttobedonebyhandareonlyselectingtheformofthemould、calculateandchecktheresult.Inwhichcondition,thefussycomputeprocesscanbeavoided,andthetimespentoncreating,orderingandsimplifyingthepartsandcomponentpartcanbelargelyshortenedwiththehelpofEMX.The3Dmodelcanrenewitselfautomaticallyas
