control.whatitrevealsistherealessenceofperseverance,“inorderto

achieve,sometimes,youneedtowait.”andwhenitcomestothingsyoureally

wantinlife,itisashardasitcouldpossiblybe.

Forme,singingisalifething.wheniamsingingonthestage,ifeel

whole-heartedlyinvolved,andtheself-fulfillmentitrendersisinexplicably

thrilling.butwithalltherealisticproblemsineedtofaceinlife,allthose

Istillremember,aboutoneyearago,iattendedayogacourseforthevery

firsttime.andtotellyouthetruth,iwentthereforanicefigure.however,

afterpracticingforsometime,idiscoveredthattherewasanineffable

inner-strengthburgeoningsneakilyinmewhileitotallyfocused.inordernot

toletgothissignificantpower,istartedtopicturealliwantedinmymind

whileiwasfullyconcentrating,foribelievethewingsofimaginationcould

makethingspossible.ilearnedtobreathewithmydreams,shapingtheeagerness

intothiselegantgestureofpersisting.

Andnow,ifyouaskmewhatexactlyis“theartofbreathing”,iwouldsay

itisindeed“theartofliving”.itcombinesthesearchofbalance,thegrace

ofpatience,andtheawarenessofappreciation.

Soeventhoughfeelingsaretiedupwithliferoutines,icouldstillhold

world.IhavebeenstudyingEnglishforabout10years.Itshouldnotbethe
