Word———業(yè)務(wù)部經(jīng)理助理畢業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)報(bào)告高校四班級(jí),我們已進(jìn)入學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)課,為了進(jìn)一步對(duì)專業(yè)學(xué)問與實(shí)踐結(jié)合,便開展熟悉實(shí)習(xí)。熟悉實(shí)習(xí)其實(shí)也不能完整的學(xué)到一些專業(yè)學(xué)問,但是作為一次高校生與實(shí)際環(huán)境的直接接觸,而且是第一次,必將對(duì)我以后的專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)乃至個(gè)人進(jìn)展都將有所關(guān)心。
我所在的實(shí)習(xí)單位是河南沃德醫(yī)療器械有限公司,是一家專業(yè)的醫(yī)療器械代理經(jīng)銷商,主要經(jīng)銷國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的醫(yī)療設(shè)備(2.3類),代理產(chǎn)品涵蓋生命信息監(jiān)護(hù)、臨床檢驗(yàn)及試劑、醫(yī)學(xué)超聲成像三大臨床領(lǐng)域,旨在將性能與價(jià)格完善平衡的醫(yī)療電子產(chǎn)品進(jìn)駐到更多的醫(yī)院經(jīng)過半年多的實(shí)習(xí),我在實(shí)習(xí)單位擔(dān)當(dāng)總經(jīng)理助理一職、從中我學(xué)到許多東西,也增長了許多閱歷,也慢慢明白,作為一個(gè)實(shí)習(xí)生,職位不是最重要的,重要的是要在任何職位上懂得如何學(xué)習(xí),如何積累閱歷。
在這次的實(shí)習(xí)中,我加深了對(duì)于團(tuán)隊(duì)概念的理解,也積累了很多專業(yè)學(xué)問和閱歷,這是一種極其珍貴的收獲。多一點(diǎn)接觸,就能多一點(diǎn)進(jìn)步,每一件新事物都要去嘗試,這才能品嘗到其中的酸甜苦辣。
從實(shí)習(xí)中我得到如下心得體會(huì):
(一)實(shí)地實(shí)習(xí),實(shí)踐力量得到提高剛接觸醫(yī)療器械時(shí),我一頭
霧水,沒什么了解也沒什么概念。走上工作崗位后,在關(guān)心總經(jīng)理完成相關(guān)工作的同時(shí),我開頭初步了解我們所代理器械的也許狀況,比如產(chǎn)品種類、產(chǎn)品性能作用等,但是對(duì)于它的操作和原理不是特別了解。之后接觸產(chǎn)品部和銷售部的相關(guān)工作后,漸漸熟識(shí)了。實(shí)習(xí)后期已基本學(xué)會(huì)熱銷產(chǎn)品的一些功能、使用方法等,也簡潔了解了它的原理。把握了很多書本以外的學(xué)問,之后的銷售及跑業(yè)務(wù)工作也順手了許多,實(shí)踐力量也得到提高。
(二)養(yǎng)成持之以恒,堅(jiān)持究竟的精神那句俗話:說起來簡單做起來難。一句話,不要由于任何緣由不要以任何理由放棄自己原已養(yǎng)成的良好習(xí)慣。否則你會(huì)懊悔失去的太多,得到的太少。在實(shí)習(xí)中我充分體會(huì)到了這句話的意義,實(shí)習(xí)之前只看到作為企業(yè)大腦的總經(jīng)理自信的運(yùn)籌帷幄,工作之后才發(fā)覺這種運(yùn)籌帷幄的背后有多少的酸甜苦辣,我才知道堅(jiān)持的力氣以及勝利的喜悅,也讓我懂得了做任何事情都要有一種劇烈的責(zé)任感和不能輕言放棄的心。
(三)走入社會(huì),人際關(guān)系得到提升雖然在人際交往中,我顯得比較年輕,但我正漸漸去努力,去學(xué)習(xí),去轉(zhuǎn)變。我正學(xué)著如何更好地與別人溝通,如何更好地去陳述自己的觀點(diǎn),如何勸說別人認(rèn)同自己的觀點(diǎn)。信任這些珍貴的閱歷會(huì)成為我今后勝利最重要的基石。實(shí)習(xí)是每一個(gè)高校畢業(yè)生必需擁有的一段經(jīng)受,它使我們在實(shí)踐中了解社會(huì),讓我們學(xué)到了許多在課堂上根本就學(xué)不到的學(xué)問,也開拓了視
野,增長了見識(shí),為我們以后更好地進(jìn)展打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。

TianfaCompanyisaprivatecelebrationcompany.Itwasfoundedin1998.Ithasahigherreputationwithprofession.Nowithasbeeninvolvedinmanybusinesses,mainlyincludingofferingserviceonprofessionalweddingplanningfornewlymarriedcouples,properassistanceoncommercialperformanceandcelebrationsforthegovernment.TianfaCelebrationCulturalCommunications,undertakingthetaskof“sincereservice”,aimstofulfillalltheclients’desiresanddemands.Manypeopleseetheweddingasanendinitselfwhenitisonlythebeginning.Afterall,everyonewouldliketolooktheirbestontheirweddingday.AllofclientsrequireswillbefulfilledbyTianfaCompany,andthiscompany’sbriefisthatweddingisnotaendingoflovebutanotherbeginningofsweetlove.
TianfaCelebrationCulturalCommunicationshasaCelebrationDepartment,PerformanceDepartment,WeddingPlanningDepartment,DesignDepartment,AdministrativeDepartmentandEngineeringDepartmentandClientDepartment.IworkedintheClientDepartmentandhelpedthebusinessmanagertofinishhisworkwithhighefficiency.
ItwasveryconvenienttometoworkinTianfaCelebrationCulturalCommunicationsjustbecauseitislocatedinthecenterofYichangcity,atthe12thfloorintheWandaPlaza.Everymorningitwouldtakeme5minutesfrommyhometoworkplaceby
feet.
NowTianfaCelebrationCulturalCommunicationshasbecomethemostimportantlargescalecomprehensivecelebrationinstitutioninYichangcityafteritsfourteenyears’developmentandnowisenjoyingahighreputationinthefieldofweddingcelebration,businessactivitiesandgovernmentactivities.Itisalsoenjoyingthefullrecognitionfromclientsandleadersofgovernment.

FromtheendofJune20xxtothebeginningofJuly,Iwastrainedbymyleader,thebusinessmanager,Mr.Liu.Mr.Liuwasaseriouspersonwhenhewasinthecompany,butwhenhevisitedhisclientshecouldalwayscommunicatewithhisclientsharmoniously,hewaslookedjustlikeclients’friends.Hetoldmethatthemostimportantthingwhenwetalkwithourclientswasthesmiletoourclients.So,thefirstthingIstudiedinTianfacompanywassmile,nomatterhowdepressedIwas,nomatterhowangryIwas.Inmyopinion,smilewasausefultoolateveryjob.
ThenIlearnedalotaboutbusinessandcommunications,andsoon.ThefollowingisformeinthismonthofbeinganassistantofBusinessManager.
Thefirststepwastopropagandizeourcompanyandserviceinthehotels,weddingphotographygalleries,andtheplacesthatprospectivehusbandsandwivescouldcomeandgo,orpropagandizeontheIandG.Andingeneral,relyonthepopularityandtypicalcases,notafewprospectivehusbandsandwiveswouldconsulttoourcompany.Propagandizinglaidasolidfoundationforbrassinessdevelopment.
Thesecondstepwasthefirstcommunicationthroughthecall.Mostofprospectivehusbandsandwiveswouldnotvisitourcompanydirectly,theywouldliketomakea

NotonlyshouldIpromotethebusinessbetweenmyleaderMr.Liuandourclients,butalsoImusthelpmybossholdtheTheFirstLawnWeddingConference,YichangwhichwasheldonJuly,21st.Onthatnight,therewouldbethousandsofprospectivehusbandsandwiveswhowerefoundingtruelovehandinhandintheromanticnightonthegrass.ThisactivitywasheldbySportsHotel,TianfaCelebrationCulturalCommunicationsandsomeotherwell-knowncelebrationcompany,theThreeGorgesEvening,ThreeGorgesNewsNetwork.Weofferedlawnweddingshowforthisconference,includingnewlymarriedcouples,aemcee,weddingdressandthenecessitiesinawedding.Thedistinguishedguestsatthisconferencewereprospectivehusbandsandwiveswhowantedtofindacelebrationcompanytoholdtheirlawnwedding.Myleader,Mr.Liu,hassignedsixbillsatthisconferenceimmediately.OurcompanyalsosuppliedLangAlcoholasprizesatthelotterydrawingpart.ButthemainpurposeofthisactivitywasthatDongshanStadium,SportsHotelandmanycelebrationcompaniessighedacontracttocooperate,meettheconditionsofprospectivehusbandsandwiveswhowantedalawnwedding.Lateron,thenewlymarriedcouplescouldholdthelawnweddinginthegrassofDongshanStadium,holdthefeastandtreatrelativesandfriendsinSportsHotel,itisveryconvenientbecauseDongshanStadiumisbehindtheSportsHotel.
