style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;text-indent:8px;line-height:24px"2、進入施工現(xiàn)場人員必須正確戴好合格的安全帽，系好下顎帶，鎖好帶扣；

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"3、作業(yè)時必須按規(guī)定正確使用個人防護用品，著裝要整齊，嚴禁赤腳和穿拖鞋、高跟鞋進入施工現(xiàn)場；

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"4、在沒有可靠安全防護設施的高處（2米以上含2米）和陡坡施工時，必須系好合格的安全帶，安全帶要系掛牢固，高掛低用，同時高處作業(yè)不得穿硬底和帶釘易滑的鞋，穿防滑膠鞋；

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"5、從事特種作業(yè)的人員，必須持證上崗，嚴禁無證操作，禁止操作與自己無關的機械設備；

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"6、施工現(xiàn)場禁止吸煙，禁止追逐打鬧，禁止酒后作業(yè)；

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"7、施工現(xiàn)場的各種安全防護設施、安全標志等，未經(jīng)領導及安全員批準嚴禁隨意拆除和挪動。施工人員要嚴格遵守操作規(guī)程，遇有大風、雨、雪、大霧等惡劣天氣應停止作業(yè)；

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"9.吊藍安裝安全注意事項：

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"(1)必須嚴格按照說明書要求進行各部分安裝；

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"(2)屋面懸掛機構是吊藍的“根”。他直接關系到作業(yè)人員生命安全，安裝時必須注意下列事項:

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"a.仔細檢查所有待裝受力構件有無明顯彎曲、扭曲或局部變形；檢查焊縫有無裂紋、裂縫；檢查受力構件表面銹蝕情況，其銹蝕深度不得大于厚度10％。凡是缺陷的受力構件堅決更換或修復后再用；

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"b.必須裝全廠家所配全部零件和構件，不得少裝或漏裝；不得采用代用品替代廠家配件；更不得用不同廠家的零部件，混裝電纜整機；不得用小尺寸或底強度等級的緊固件代替大尺寸、高強度等級的緊固件；不準不安裝前支架，而將橫梁直接擔在女兒墻或其它支撐物上。當現(xiàn)場確無安裝前支架條件時，必須在本廠技術人員指導下，采用有效補償措施后，方可將橫梁固定在女兒墻或其它支撐物上；

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"c.前橫梁外伸懸臂距離不得大于本說明書規(guī)定的最大極限尺寸；前后支柱間距不得小于本說明書規(guī)定的最小極限尺寸；配重壓鐵數(shù)量不得小于說明書規(guī)定的數(shù)量，并且與后支架之間的連接必須穩(wěn)定可靠；

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"d.前支柱與支撐面的接觸應扎實穩(wěn)定。吊藍工作時，前、后支柱的腳輪必須脫離支撐面，應在其附近墊實方木，不得靠腳輪承載；

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"e.懸掛機構橫梁安裝應保持水平，其水平高度差在橫梁全長范圍內，不得大于100㎜，而且只允許前高后低，不允許前低后高；

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0"f.懸掛機構在安裝前，應檢查纖繩是否存在損傷或缺陷。確定合格后按前述要求安裝繩夾，張緊

style=";line-height:24px"纖繩時，必須嚴格按本說明書要求進行，不得使纖繩過松或過緊。過松會使橫梁受力過大，過緊會使橫梁失穩(wěn)破壞，是非常危險的；

style=";line-height:24px"g.兩組懸掛機構吊點之間的安裝距離與工作籃兩吊點間距相等，其誤差≤50㎜；

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"(3)工作鋼絲繩和安全鋼絲繩安裝前應逐段仔細地檢查是否存在損傷或缺陷，并且對繩上附著的涂料、水泥、玻璃膠等污物必須徹底清理。對不符合要求的鋼絲繩堅決更換，將檢查合格的鋼絲繩按前述要求安裝繩夾，然后穩(wěn)妥地安裝在懸掛機構的相應吊點上，最后認真檢查緊固件或插接件是否安裝到位，工作鋼絲繩上部的升高限位塊和安全鋼絲繩下部的壓鐵的安裝是否符合要求。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;text-indent:32px;line-height:24px"注意：鋼絲繩必須符合《使用說明書》規(guī)定的類型、規(guī)格尺寸、破斷拉力等要求，不得使用價格低廉的偽劣產(chǎn)品代用。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"(4)安全保險繩在安裝前逐段嚴格檢查有無損傷。將檢查合格的安全保險繩獨立固定在屋頂可靠的固定點上，繩頭固定必須牢靠，在接觸建筑物的轉角處采取保護措施，避免被磨斷。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"(5)提升機在安裝前必須確定是經(jīng)過檢修和保養(yǎng)合格的安裝時必須采用專用螺栓將其可靠地固定在工作籃吊架上。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"(6)安全鎖在安裝前必須確定是在有效標定期內，安裝時也必須采用專用螺栓。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"(7)工作籃安裝前應仔細檢查受力部分有無明顯彎曲或局部變形，焊縫有無開裂，銹蝕是否超標，緊固件是否完整，確定各部分合格后，在進行安裝。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"(8)吊藍整機安裝完畢，必須請熟悉吊藍標準和性能的安全員或設備管理員按上述注意事項和相關標準嚴格檢查，然后進行試運行動態(tài)檢查。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;text-indent:32px;line-height:24px"檢查項目及要求按吊藍安裝檢查驗收項目表，并且按一下步驟進行整機試運行。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"b.將工作籃兩端調平，然后上升至工作籃底部離地1m左右；

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"c.關閉一端提升機，操作另一端提升機下降，直至安全鎖繩，然后測量工作籃底部距地面高度差，是否符合標準鎖繩距離，左右兩端安全鎖的檢查方法對稱。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"d.上、下運行三次，行程不小于5m，檢查提升機運行是否正常，有無異常聲音。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"e.將工作籃上升至離地面5m左右，試驗手動滑降是否平穩(wěn)正常。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"f.將工作籃上升至頂部，試驗升高限位裝置是否靈敏、有效。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"g.加125％額載將工作籃上升離地1.5m左右，試驗吊藍超載能力（正常作業(yè)嚴禁超載）。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"(9)檢查合格后，辦理安裝驗收手續(xù)，由檢查人員簽章后，方可投入使用。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0"合漏電開關，檢查急停按鈕是否松開。按啟動按鈕，信號燈亮，主接觸器吸合。使選擇開關

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:8px;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"的旋鈕扳至中間位置，則左右兩電機處于同時工作狀態(tài)。按上升按鈕，上升接觸器同時吸合，工作籃上升，按下降按鈕，下降接觸器同時吸合，工作籃下降。

吊籃施工安全技術交底

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"可使旋鈕扳至左位，按上升按鈕,直至水平為止。工作籃兩端都可以單獨調整，由操作者自選，操作方法，非常簡便。特殊訂貨增加水銀開關的配電箱，吊藍下降時能自動調平，上升時可用選擇開關控制左右電機進行調平。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;text-indent:32px;line-height:24px"應按下急停按鈕，切斷主回路，然后逆時針同時緩慢旋動兩臺盤式電機端部的手柄，使工作籃靠自重緩慢下降。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"如出現(xiàn)緊急情況應立即按下急停按鈕，迅速切斷主電源回路。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"(12)上限位開關的使用

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:5px;margin-bottom:0;text-indent:32px;line-height:24px"在懸吊鋼絲繩的上部設有上限位止擋，限位開關觸及上限位止擋后，電機應停止向上運行，報警蜂鳴器響，此時，工作吊藍無法上行，只能下行，操作前應先檢查限位開關是否工作可靠

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;text-indent:24px;line-height:24px"電器箱的電源插座可作照明，手動工具電源使用，但嚴禁接觸以上的電器設備，以免損壞電器線路及元器件。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"d.作業(yè)時應佩戴安全帽，使用安全帶，安全帶上的自鎖鉤應扣在單獨懸掛于建筑物頂部牢固部位的安全保險繩上。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"e.酒后、過度疲勞、情緒異常者不得上崗。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"f.不允許單獨一人進行作業(yè)。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"g.不允許穿拖鞋或塑料底等易滑鞋進行作業(yè)。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"a.嚴禁雨雪天進行作業(yè)。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"b.工作處陣風風速大于8.3m/s（相當于5級風力）時，不準進行作業(yè)。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"吊籃正常工作電壓應保持在380+19v范圍內，當現(xiàn)場電源電壓低于342V時，不得進行作業(yè)。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"c.當現(xiàn)場電源電壓在361V～342V范圍內或環(huán)境溫度超過40C或海拔高度超過1000m時，吊藍的最大載質量不得超過額定載質量80％。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"e.施工范圍下方如有道路時，必須設置警示線或安全護欄，并且在附近設置醒目的警示標志或配置安全監(jiān)督員。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"c.電氣系統(tǒng)相間絕緣電阻0.5兆歐；電氣系統(tǒng)與機殼間絕緣電阻2兆歐。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"2)配套出廠的標準懸掛機構滿足不了施工現(xiàn)場特殊需求時，用戶可向廠家選購專用加長挑梁以適應不同需要。但是用戶必須按說明書的參數(shù)，嚴格控制挑梁最大外伸距離L，前后支柱最小間距B合配重塊重量，并且使用時絕對不允許超過最大工作載重量，而且應注意表后所注內容。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"1)必須使用說明書規(guī)定的鋼絲繩。嚴禁用其它規(guī)格的鋼絲繩或偽劣產(chǎn)品代用；

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"2)鋼絲繩繩端頭部的夾緊必須符合前述要求，其懸掛必須符合安裝要求，工作鋼絲繩系在懸臂挑梁外側卡套槽里，安全鋼絲繩系在內側卡套槽里；

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"3)鋼絲繩不得沾油，不得有扭傷、死彎、松散、起鼓和磨損斷絲超標；

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"b安全保險繩應牢固地固定在建筑物頂部，不允許固定在吊藍懸掛機構上。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"1)安全鎖的使用必須遵守《LBS20型擺臂式安全鎖使用說明書》的規(guī)定；

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"2)安全鎖必須兩把配套使用；

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"3)安全鎖必須有出廠檢驗合格證書，并在規(guī)定的標定限期內使用；

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"4)安全鎖如果出現(xiàn)故障，應送到廠家進行維修并重新標定，嚴禁用戶自行拆卸修理。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"1)嚴禁超載荷使用。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"2)不得使用沾油、扭曲、死彎、松散、橫斷面畸變的鋼絲繩。提升機內油液溫升不得大于45K，機殼溫度不得大于60C（即手能持續(xù)觸摸一分鐘的溫度）。

style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:24px"3)電動機繞組溫升不得大于80K，機殼溫度不得大于60C。
