大氣壓力Atmosphericpressure:53--------106KPa相對(duì)濕度Relativehumidity:≤95%25℃4.ABS系統(tǒng)概述及JN1xxxFB系統(tǒng)設(shè)備主要技術(shù)參數(shù)SurveyofABSSystemandMajorTechnicalParametersofEquipmentforJN1xxxFBSystem4.1ABS系統(tǒng)概述SurveyofABSSystem汽車在高速行駛或在濕滑路面行駛中采取緊急制動(dòng)時(shí),車輪一旦抱死,將失去側(cè)向附著力而產(chǎn)生側(cè)滑、甩尾及轉(zhuǎn)向失控現(xiàn)象。這是造成交通事故的重要原因之一.Whilebeingdrivenathighspeedordrivenonwetroadsurface,oncethewheelsofavehiclearelockedbecauseofemergencybraking,itwillbringaboutphenomenasuchassideslip,tailswervingorlosingcontrolofdirectionduetolosingofsideadhesiontoroadsurface.Thisisoneofimportantreasonsfortrafficaccidents.汽車防抱制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)(Anti—LockBrakingSystem)簡(jiǎn)稱ABS,是當(dāng)今發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家已廣泛應(yīng)用的改善車輛制動(dòng)性能、提高行車安全的高科技產(chǎn)品。聚能公司根據(jù)我國(guó)車輛狀況,設(shè)計(jì)了電子控制器(ECU)和壓力調(diào)節(jié)器,其主要元器件均采用世界知名企業(yè)產(chǎn)品,采用貼裝工藝,三防處理。裝有ABS的車輛在制動(dòng)過(guò)程中,電子控制器(ECU)根據(jù)車輛的行駛速度、減速度、路面的附著系數(shù)等參數(shù)計(jì)算,通過(guò)壓力調(diào)節(jié)器自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)四個(gè)輪子的制動(dòng)管路壓力,將車輪的滑移率控制在最佳區(qū)段,使車輛獲得最好的制動(dòng)效果和穩(wěn)定性;在濕滑路面上或高速行駛時(shí)制動(dòng),能縮短制動(dòng)距離,并且方向可隨駕駛員的意圖控制;此外還能減輕輪胎磨損,減少制動(dòng)鼓失圓。Anti-LockBrakingSystem,calledABSforshort,isahigh-techproductthatfindswideapplicationindevelopednationsnowadaystoimprovebrakingperformanceandenhancesafedrivingofvehicles.BasedonconditionofvehiclesinChina,Junengcompanyhasdesignedelectroniccontrolunit(ECU)andpressureadjuster,andthemainelementsandpartsareallproductsofworld-famousenterprises,withattached-assemblytechnology,three-preventiontreatment.IntheprocessofbrakingofvehiclesequippedwithABS,ECUautomaticallyadjustspressureofbrakingpipesof4wheelsaccordingtocalculatedparameterssuchasdrivingspeed,decelerationandadhesioncoefficienttoroadsurface,therebytocontrolslipratioofwheelsatbestsectionandenablethevehiclestoobtainbestbrakingeffectandstability;Whenbeingbrakedonwetroadsurfaceordrivenathighspeed,brakingdistancecanbeshortened,withdirectionbeingcontrolledatwillbydriver;Inaddition,itisabletoabatewearoftyreandreducelosingroundofbrakingdrum.JN1xxxFB型ABS系列產(chǎn)品是氣壓制動(dòng)電子控制式汽車防抱制動(dòng)裝置,適用于采用氣/液制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的各種車型。當(dāng)汽車在行駛中制動(dòng)時(shí),裝有ABS產(chǎn)品的車輛,實(shí)施緊急制動(dòng)時(shí),車輛將最大程度地不側(cè)滑、不甩尾、方向可控,剎車操作簡(jiǎn)單方便,即使在濕滑路面上也不必采用“點(diǎn)剎”,在任何路面實(shí)施緊急制動(dòng)時(shí),只需踩下剎車踏板到底,不放松即可。Asairpressurebrakingelectroniccontroltypeautomobileanti-lockbrakingunit,JN1xxxFBABSseriesproductsareapplicabletovarioustypesofvehicleswithpneumatic/hydraulicbrakingsystem.WhenemergencybrakingisoperatedindrivingavehiclewithABSproduct,thereismaximumdegreeofnon-sideslip,notailswervinganddirectioncontrollabilityforit,thusmakingbrakingoperationsimpleandconvenientsothatevenonwetroadsurfaceno“point-braking”isnecessary.Whenemergencybrakingisconductedonanyroadsurface,simplystepthebrakepedaltotheendandkeepitunreleased.4.2.JN1xxxFB系統(tǒng)設(shè)備主要技術(shù)參數(shù)MainTechnicalParametersofEquipmentforJN1xxxFBSystem4.2.1工作電壓范圍RangeofWorkingVoltage:電子控制器 50mA壓力調(diào)節(jié)器電磁閥Electromagneticvalveofpressureadjuster:3A×8緩速器繼電器Slowingspeedrelay:200mA4.2.4輪速傳感器信號(hào)輸入峰值SignalOutputPeakValueofWheelSpeedSenso:Vp≥0.5V(傳感器齒圈間隙clearanceofsensorgearring≤輪速傳感器電阻ResistanceofWheelSpeedSensor1550Ω±70Ω4.2.6壓力調(diào)節(jié)器電磁閥電阻15Ω±0.5Ω5.JN1xxxFB系統(tǒng)設(shè)備工作原理WorkingPrincipleofJN1xxxFBSystemEquipmentJN1xxxFB型ABS主要由齒圈、輪速傳感器、電子控制器(ECU)、壓力調(diào)節(jié)器、ABS故障指示燈、線束和安裝支架等部件組成。如下圖所示:JN1xxxFBABSmainlyconsistsofcomponentssuchasgearring,wheelspeedsensor,ECU,pressureadjuster,ABSfailureindicationlight,wiringharnessandmountingbracket,asshowninfollowingdiagram:圖—1JN144FBABS系統(tǒng)設(shè)備安裝圖Fig.1InstallationDiagramofEquipmentforJN144FBABSSystemWorkingprincipleof6.JN1xxxFB系統(tǒng)設(shè)備安裝與調(diào)試InstallationandCommissioningofEquipmentforJN1xxxFBSystem6.1齒圈安裝與調(diào)試InstallationandCommissioningofGearRing技術(shù)要求:齒圈與輪轂的配合應(yīng)采用H8/s7(緊配合),安裝完成后齒圈端面跳動(dòng)≤0.15mm。Technicalrequirements:assortingofgearringwheelhubshallbeH8/s7(closeassorting)and,afterinstallationiscompleted,jumpingofgearringendfaceis≤0.15mm.安裝方法:首先對(duì)其軸頭或齒圈進(jìn)行加工,使齒圈與輪轂的配合滿足技術(shù)要求。隨后把齒圈在機(jī)油里加熱到180±10℃,保溫10分鐘。將熱膨脹后的齒圈迅速放到已加工好的軸頭上,然后再將齒圈旋轉(zhuǎn)1到2圈,該齒圈自然就已安裝軸頭的安裝配合如下圖:圖—2傳感器,齒圈,軸頭配合安裝圖Fig.2DiagramofAssortedInstallationofSensor,GearRingandShaftNoseMethodofinstallation:Firstmachineitsshaftnoseorgearringsoastomeettechnicalrequirementsforassortingofgearringandwheelhub.Thenheatgearringintheengineoilat180±10℃,keepingtemperaturefor10minutes.Placetheheatexpandedgearringquicklyontotheshaftnosewhichhasbeenmachined.Afterthatturnthegearring1to2loopssuchthatthegearringisinstalledinplace.Forinstallationofgearring,awoodhammermaybeusedtolightlytipthegearring,butneverapplytoomuchforceoruseotherhardmattertoknockitinordertoavoiddamagetothetoothsurfaceofgearringordistortionofthegearring.Afterthegearringismounted,assortedinstallationofitandshaftnoseshouldbecarriedoutasfollowingfigure:6.2輪速傳感器安裝與調(diào)試InstallationandCommissioningofWheelSpeedSensor通常情況下,前橋傳感器安裝無(wú)須支架,傳感器(襯套,夾套)插入對(duì)正齒圈的安裝孔即可,安裝孔應(yīng)位于制動(dòng)底版或轉(zhuǎn)向節(jié)上。但有的車輛前橋傳感器安裝也需要支架。Generally,nobracketisneededforinstallationoffrontaxlesensor,where,simplyinsertthesensor(bush,sleeve)andaligntheinstallationholeofgearring.Theinstallationholeshallbelocatedatbrakingsoleplateorturningjoint.However,forfrontaxlesensorofsomevehicles,bracketisalsorequired.后橋安裝傳感器需要傳感器固定支架。該支架應(yīng)安裝在軸的靜止部位,且應(yīng)具有足夠的剛性及安裝的穩(wěn)定性,以減小車輛震動(dòng)的影響。傳感器支架根據(jù)車輛及安裝方式不同而不同,但傳感器的軸向應(yīng)垂直于齒圈徑向,最大角度偏差應(yīng)小于2o。安裝時(shí)先將夾套涂上潤(rùn)滑脂裝入襯套內(nèi),直到夾套凸緣接觸襯套。然后將涂上潤(rùn)滑脂的傳感器插入夾套內(nèi),輕推傳感器直到傳感器端面接觸齒圈。車輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)后傳感器與齒圈自然形成一間隙。前后橋傳感器的安裝見(jiàn)圖3,圖4,圖5。Forinstallationofrearaxlesensor,afixedbracketofsensorisneeded.Thebracketshouldbeinstalledatstaticpositionoftheshaft,andshallpossesssufficientrigidityandstabilityofinstallationsoastoreduceimpactofvehiclevibration.Thesensorbracketmayvaryaccordingtodifferenttypesandinstallationofthevehicles,buttheaxialdirectionofsensorshallbeperpendiculartoradialdirectionofgearring,withmaximumanglewarpsmallerthan2o.Whenitisinstalled,firstputthesleevecoveredwithlubricantintobushuntilsleeveflangecontactsthebush.Theninsertthesensorcoveredwithlubricantintothesleeve,lightlypushsensoruntilthesensorendfacecontactsgearring.Afterwheelsrotate,aclearanceoccursnaturallybetweensensorandgearring.Forinstallationoffrontandrearaxles,pleaserefertoFig.3,Fig.4andFig.5.圖—3(前),后橋輪速傳感器,夾套,襯套安裝圖InstallationDiagramof(Front)RearAxlesWheelSpeedSensor,SleeveandBush注:前橋傳感器一般無(wú)安裝支架,傳感器襯套插入制動(dòng)底版或轉(zhuǎn)向節(jié)安裝孔內(nèi)。Note:Generally,thereisnoinstallationbracketatfrontaxlesensor,where,sensorbushisinsertedintobrakingsoleplateorinstallationholeofturningjoint.圖—4某車型的后傳感器支架RearSensorBracketofaVehicleType.Sizeisdeterminedaccordingtoconcretevehicle,forreferenceonly圖—5某車型的前后橋通用的傳感器支架UniversalSensorBracketforFrontandRearAxlesofaVehicleType圖—6前橋輪速傳感器,齒圈安裝圖(無(wú)傳感器支架)InstallationDiagramofFrontAxleWheelSpeedSensorandGearRing(SensorwithoutBracket)圖—7后橋輪速傳感器,齒圈安裝圖(傳感器有支架)InstallationDiagramofRearAxleWheelSpeedSensorandGearRing(SensorwithBracket)傳感器安裝完成后,應(yīng)檢測(cè)它與齒圈之間的間隙是否達(dá)到了要求,其檢測(cè)方法如下Wheninstallationofsensoriscompleted,checkifclearancebetweensensorandgearringcomplywithrequirements,withcheckingmethodasfollows:用萬(wàn)用表電阻(Ω)2K檔,測(cè)量傳感器輸出端的電阻,其數(shù)值為1.3±0.1K;如不在此值范圍內(nèi),則應(yīng)更換傳感器。Usingmulti-meterresistance(Ω)2K,measureresistanceofsensor’soutputend,withnumericalvalueof1550±70Ω;Ifitisnotinrangeofthisvalue,sensorshallbereplaced.轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)車輪使其轉(zhuǎn)速為每秒1轉(zhuǎn),用萬(wàn)用表交流電壓(AC)2V檔,測(cè)量傳感器輸出電壓≥0.3V。如不在此值范圍內(nèi)則應(yīng)調(diào)整傳感器與齒圈之間的間隙。Rotatewheelssothattherotatingspeedisat1revolutionpersecond,thenmeasureoutputvoltageofsensorusingmulti-meter(AC)2V,itshouldbe≥0.3V.Ifitissmallerthanthisvalue,clearancebetweensensorandgearringshallbeadjusted.6.3壓力調(diào)節(jié)器安裝與調(diào)試InstallationandCommissioningofPressureAdjuster壓力調(diào)節(jié)器應(yīng)安裝在車輪制動(dòng)總泵與制動(dòng)分泵之間,靠近制動(dòng)分泵()的車架上,從而達(dá)到控制制動(dòng)分泵壓力的作用。Pressureadjustershallbeinstalledcloset )ofwiringharnessfrontendintoECUsocket.6.6.2打開(kāi)點(diǎn)火開(kāi)關(guān)后,汽車儀表盤上的ABS指示燈會(huì)常亮3秒后自動(dòng)熄滅,同時(shí)ABS對(duì)CPU,電磁閥,傳感器等設(shè)備進(jìn)行一次自檢。如用戶踩住制動(dòng)踏板打開(kāi)點(diǎn)火開(kāi)關(guān),用戶會(huì)聽(tīng)到有規(guī)律的四次排氣聲,說(shuō)明ABS處于正常工作狀態(tài)。若ABS指示燈閃光,表示ABS系統(tǒng)故障。按下一節(jié)指導(dǎo)方法排除故障。Afterignitionswitchisturnedon,ABSindicationlightonthemeterpanelwillbelightedfor3secondsandgoesoutautomatically.Meanwhile,ABSconductsaselfcheckonunitssuchasCPU,electromagneticvalveandsensor.Whenuserstepsbrakingpedalandturnsonignitionswitch,he(she)canheararegularsoundofexhaustfor4times,indicatingthatABSisinanormalworkingstate.IfABSindicationlightflashes,itindicatesABSsystemhasatrouble.Troubleshootingcanbeconductedinthelightofinstructionmethodinthefollowingsection.7.JN1xxxFB故障診斷與排除TroubleshootingofJN1xxxFBSystemEquipment聚能ABS的故障顯示采用的是一種“自動(dòng)單閃碼”報(bào)故障方式,其特點(diǎn)是:“AutomaticSingleFlashCode”modeoffailurerespondisadoptedinJunengABSfailureindication,featuring:當(dāng)ABS有故障時(shí),故障代碼的讀出是自動(dòng)的,駕駛員能從ABS燈上立即看到閃碼。WhenABSgoeswrong,failurecodeisreadautomatically,andthendrivercanseeflashcodeimmediatelyfromABSlamp.故障碼只用一位數(shù)N,用于指示故障部位。N=1—4分別表示:左前、右前、右后、左后。也就是說(shuō),從左前開(kāi)始順時(shí)針數(shù):左前1、右前2、右后3、左后4,非常好記。Aone-digitnumberNisusedasfailurecodetoindicatepositionoffailure.N=1—4indicateleftfront,rightfront,rightrearandleftrear.Thatistosay,itreadsclockwisefromleftfront:leftfront1,rightfront2,rightrear3andleftrear4,veryeasilytoberemembered.用ABS燈“快閃”(一亮一滅為0.5秒,閃爍較快)表示輪速傳感器類故障。亮滅N次后,間隔1.2秒重復(fù)下去稱為“快閃N”。例如,快速地反復(fù)亮滅2次,即“快閃2”就是右前輪速傳感器有故障。ABSlamp“fastflash”(itflashesquickly,0.5secondforalightinganddie-out)indicatesfailurelikewheelspeedsensor.AfterNtimelightinganddie-out,itiscalled“fastflashN”ifitisrepeatedwithanintervalof1.2second.Forinstance,whenitislightedandputoutfastandrepeatedlyfor2times,namely“fastflash2”,itindicatessomethinghasgonewrongwithrightfrontwheelspeedsensor.用ABS燈“慢閃”(一亮一滅為1.5秒,閃爍較慢)表示壓力調(diào)節(jié)器類故障,。亮滅N次后,間隔2.4秒重復(fù)下去稱為“慢閃N”。例如,緩慢地反復(fù)亮滅2次,即“慢閃2”就是右前調(diào)節(jié)器有故障。ABSlamp“slowflash”(itflashesslowly,1.25secondforalightinganddie-out)indicatesfailurelikepressureadjuster.AfterNtimelightinganddie-out,itiscalled“slowflashN”ifitisrepeatedwithanintervalof2.4second.Forinstance,whenitislightedandputoutslowlyandrepeatedlyfor2times,namely“slowflash2”,itindicatessomethinghasgonewrongwithrightfrontadjuster.用ABS燈長(zhǎng)亮(亮?xí)r間為∞)表示電子控制器(ECU)有故障或沒(méi)有插入ECU。WhenABSlampiskeptinlightedstate(timeoflighting∞),itindicatesECUhasnotbeeninserted,orithassometrouble,orABSlampdriverboardisdamaged.PullouttheECU,connectB2andB3ofECU26coresplugB.IfABSlampwinks,itindicatesECUisoutoforder;IfABSlampisstilllighted,itindicatesABSlampdriverboardisdamaged.用ABS燈“快閃7”表示電源故障,電壓低或保險(xiǎn)斷。ABSlamp“fastflash7”indicatesfailureofpowersupply,lowvoltageorfusebroken.上述閃碼既簡(jiǎn)單又包含了ABS的全部重要故障,而且已精確到具體的某一個(gè)部位,對(duì)于保正制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)安全和排除故障已足夠。Above-statedflashcodesaresimplebutcontainallkeyfailuresofABS,whichissoexactthatitcanspecificallyindicateaposition.Itissufficienttoensuresafetyofbrakingsystemandeliminatetroubles.以快閃2和慢閃2為例,下面是其亮滅時(shí)間波形圖:TakeFastFlash2andSlowFlash2asexamples,theirwave-formdiagramoflighting-dieouttimeisshownasfollows:下面是閃碼與故障位置的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系圖示:Thefollowingdrawingiscorrespondingrelationbetweenflashcodeandfailureposition:ThefollowingistableofABStroubleshooting:下面是ABS故障診斷和排除列表:操作與系統(tǒng)反應(yīng)OperationandSystemResponse故障原因ReasonofFailure故障排除方法MethodofEliminatingTrouble1.Turnonignitionswitch,ABSlampislightedandsoundofpressureadjuster(electromagneticvalve)actioncanbeheard,withactioninturn(leftfront,rightfront,rightrearandleftrear).NofailureABSsystemisinnormalcondition,andnofailureneedstobeeliminated.ThenABSlampdiesout,andthelampremainsunlightedwhenvehiclespeedisbiggerthan15Km/h.(normal)打開(kāi)點(diǎn)火開(kāi)關(guān),ABS燈亮并聽(tīng)到壓力調(diào)節(jié)器(電磁閥)依次(左前、右前、右后、左后)動(dòng)作的聲音,之后ABS燈隨即熄滅,車速大于15Km/h后ABS燈仍然是熄滅的。(正常)無(wú)故障ABS系統(tǒng)正常。無(wú)故障需要排除。2.Inparkingstate,turnonignitionswitch,actionofelectromagneticvalvecanbeheardinturn,butABSlampdoesnotgoout,insteadinstateof“fastflashN”.(Parking“fastflashN”)FailuresassociatedwithsensoratpositionN:a.ConnectorofNsensorisloosened.b.ConnectingwirecablebetweensensorNandECUisdamaged.c.LineinsidesensorNisbroken,andmulti-metermeasuredresistanceisfarbiggerthannormalvalue(1.5kΩ).a.Insertconnectortightly.b.Findthebrokenpositionandreconnectit.c.Replacesensor.2、停車狀態(tài),打開(kāi)點(diǎn)火開(kāi)關(guān),能聽(tīng)到電磁閥依次動(dòng)作的聲音,但是ABS燈不熄滅,而是“快閃N”。(停車“快閃N”)與部位N傳感器有關(guān)的故障:N傳感器接插件松脫。N傳感器至ECU的連接線纜損壞。N傳感器內(nèi)部斷線,萬(wàn)用表測(cè)量電阻遠(yuǎn)大于正常值(1.5kΩ)。插緊接插件。b、找到斷裂處,重新連接。c、更換傳感器。3.ABSisinnormalconditionbeforevehiclestartsup,andABSlampisinstateof“fastflashN”whenspeedisbiggerthan15Km/hafterstart-up.(Runningvehicle“fastflashN”)FailuresassociatedwithsensorandgearringatpositionN:a.ClearancebetweensensorNandgearringistoobig.b.GearringNisnotinstalledinlevelstate,andtoobigskipclearanceexistsbetweengearringandsensorwhenwheelsrotate.c.WheelbearingNisloosenedorwheelhubdeflects.d.GearNisdamagedandtoothislacking.a.Pushsensortodirectionofgearringtoeliminatetoobigclearance.b.Disassemblewheels,onecanseethatfrictiontrailbetweentoothsurfaceandsensorisnotuniform.Useahammerandknockfaceofgearringwithrelativelydeepscrape,withawoodpiecebetweenthem.Andknockitrepeatedlyalongcircumferenceofthegearringtolevelthegearring.c.Installwheelcarefully,andtightenitaccordingtostandardmoment.d.Replaceitwithgearringwithsamenumberofteeth.3、汽車起步前ABS正常,起步后車速大于15Km/h后ABS燈“快閃N”.(行車“快閃N”)與部位N傳感器和齒圈有關(guān)的故障:N傳感器與齒圈的間隙過(guò)大。N齒圈安裝不平,車輪旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)齒圈與傳感器的間隙跳動(dòng)過(guò)大。N車輪軸承松動(dòng)或輪轂偏擺d、N齒圈損壞缺齒。把傳感器往齒圈方向推一推,消除過(guò)大的隙。把車輪拆卸下來(lái),可以看到齒面與傳感器的磨擦痕跡不均勻,用榔頭隔木塊敲擊齒圈擦痕較深的端面,并沿齒圈圓周反復(fù)敲擊,校平齒圈。c、認(rèn)真安裝車輪,按規(guī)范力矩緊固。d、更換齒數(shù)相同的齒圈。4.Turnonignitionswitch,incompleteactionofelectromagneticvalveinturncanbeheard,soundofelectromagneticvalveinsomepositionislacking,withABSlampin“slowflashN”.(“slowflashN”)FailuresassociatedwithsensoratpositionN:a.ConnectorofNsensorisloosened.b.ConnectingwirecablebetweensensorNandECUisdamaged.c.ElectromagneticvalvewindinginsidesensorNisbroken,andmulti-metermeasuredresistanceofelectromagneticvalvewindingisfarbiggerthannormalvalue(15kΩ).a.Insertconnectortightly.b.Findthebrokenpositionandreconnectit.c.Replacesensor.4、打開(kāi)點(diǎn)火開(kāi)關(guān),聽(tīng)到電磁閥依次動(dòng)作的聲音不完整,缺少某一部位電磁閥的聲響,ABS燈“慢閃N”。(“慢閃N”)與部位N調(diào)節(jié)器有關(guān)的故障:N調(diào)節(jié)器接插件松脫。N調(diào)節(jié)器至ECU的連接線纜損壞N調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)部電磁閥線圈斷線,萬(wàn)用表測(cè)量電磁閥線圈電阻遠(yuǎn)大于正常值(15Ω)。插緊接插件。b、找到斷裂處,重新連接。c、更換調(diào)節(jié)器。5.Turnonignitionswitch,actionofelectromagneticvalveinturncannotbeheard,ABSlampisinstate“fastflash7”。(“fastflash7”)a.ABSfuse(15A)isbroken.b.Poorcontactof3-coreconnector(DJ7031-6.3-21)usedtosupplypowertoABSbyvehicle.c.Constantlivewirebetweena.Replace15Afuse.b.CheckwiringterminalDJ7031-6.3
