2/11抹灰空鼓修補(bǔ)方案改113江蘇省南京市公路管理處抹灰空鼓修補(bǔ)方案一、材料?材料準(zhǔn)備?袋裝干粉砂漿、108膠,耐堿玻纖網(wǎng)格布,42.5普通硅酸鹽水泥??展脑蚍治?、基層處理不到位;2、水泥砂漿水灰比過大;3、表面沒有壓實(shí);4、工人使用超過允許使用時(shí)間的砂漿,造成質(zhì)量問題;5、面層與基層施工間隔時(shí)間過長且澆水不到位。三、操作工藝空鼓切除→基層處理→貼灰餅(大面積空鼓需要)→墻面甩漿拉毛→抹底灰→掛耐堿玻纖網(wǎng)格布抹面灰→澆水養(yǎng)護(hù)。空鼓切除:先進(jìn)行空鼓復(fù)敲,檢查是否有新產(chǎn)生或漏掉的空鼓,切除長度8cm以上的空鼓,切除一定要切除到位,避免切除面積過小造成返工;切除時(shí)不宜對(duì)抹灰墻體擾動(dòng)過大,造成空鼓面積變大,增加修補(bǔ)難度;切除口部要方正,切縫不得過長。(線槽處切空鼓要避免破壞線管)基層處理:將已切空鼓處墻表面灰塵、浮土處理干凈,前一天晚將墻面澆水濕透,并于抹灰前澆水濕潤。3、貼灰餅:空鼓面積過大(長度寬度大于一米)的需貼灰餅:1)室內(nèi)抹灰前必須用激光水準(zhǔn)儀根據(jù)室內(nèi)所彈規(guī)方線打灰餅;2)灰餅所用的砂漿為1:3水泥砂漿,在抹灰墻面上距棚面和地面200~250mm豎向范圍內(nèi)設(shè)不少于二行灰餅,各灰餅間橫向間距不大于1.8m。距墻陰角300mm處必須設(shè)置灰餅,每個(gè)灰餅大小為邊長50mm見方。墻面灰餅應(yīng)距控制線貼灰餅。4、墻面甩漿拉毛:墻面甩漿前基層必須用水沖洗干凈,在墻面濕潤的情況下甩漿,甩漿須涂布均勻,且每平米不少于75%,終凝后灑水養(yǎng)護(hù),甩漿拉毛必須使用中砂,下步工序施工前必須保證拉毛上強(qiáng)度。5、抹底灰:墻面空鼓修補(bǔ)抹灰嚴(yán)禁一次成活,在墻體濕潤的情況下抹底灰,底灰表面掃毛或劃出紋道,在墻面底灰抹完達(dá)六至七成干時(shí)方可進(jìn)行面灰施工。6、抹面層灰前對(duì)空鼓部位滿掛耐堿玻纖網(wǎng)格布,防止開裂。7、抹面灰:如果底灰較干須澆水濕潤。對(duì)于抹灰厚度超過35mm的應(yīng)進(jìn)行掛網(wǎng)分層抹灰。面灰抹灰厚度要預(yù)留出刮膩?zhàn)雍穸龋苊饽ɑ液穸雀叱鰤γ?,造成觀感問題,修補(bǔ)完成后使用靠尺校核。罩面灰施工完后,廚房、衛(wèi)生間墻面要進(jìn)行拉毛處理。按廚衛(wèi)毛化要求拉毛。8、澆水養(yǎng)護(hù):面層抹壓完24h后,面層有強(qiáng)度后進(jìn)行澆水養(yǎng)護(hù),澆水每天不少于2次,養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間不少于7d。四、成品保護(hù)1、修空鼓前對(duì)所能污染到的部位需進(jìn)行覆蓋(如面板、門窗等),杜絕砂漿等對(duì)成品構(gòu)件造成污染,如發(fā)現(xiàn)要加倍進(jìn)行處罰。發(fā)現(xiàn)一處罰款500元人民幣。2、要保護(hù)好墻上的預(yù)埋件、電線槽、盒、水暖設(shè)備和預(yù)留孔洞,不要隨意抹死。3、要保護(hù)好地面、地漏,禁止在地面上拌灰或堆放砂漿,抹灰用砂漿下部要墊板或彩條布,避免污染地面。4、抹灰過后隨即清擦粘在門窗框上的殘余砂漿。

郭富貴本節(jié)課是在學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)了小數(shù)的意義以及小數(shù)的讀法、寫法基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)小數(shù)點(diǎn)位置移動(dòng)引起小數(shù)大小的變化規(guī)律。教材呈現(xiàn)了山羊快餐店搬家后商品價(jià)格的變化,通過比較三個(gè)小數(shù)的相同點(diǎn)和不同點(diǎn),引導(dǎo)學(xué)生發(fā)現(xiàn)小數(shù)點(diǎn)位置不同,小數(shù)的大小就不同,從而展開對(duì)小數(shù)點(diǎn)位置移動(dòng)引起小數(shù)大小是如何變化的研究與學(xué)習(xí)。前面已有了一些小數(shù)知識(shí)的基礎(chǔ),在這里學(xué)生可以采用不同的方法進(jìn)行研究。如通過數(shù)字“4”,在不同的數(shù)位上,發(fā)現(xiàn)他們之間的關(guān)系,從而得出:小數(shù)點(diǎn)向左移動(dòng)一位,小數(shù)就縮小到原來的1/10;小數(shù)點(diǎn)向左移動(dòng)兩位,小數(shù)就縮小到原來的1/100…….在教學(xué)中,先讓學(xué)生在老師的引導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行嘗試學(xué)習(xí)小數(shù)點(diǎn)向左移動(dòng),引起小數(shù)縮小的規(guī)律,然后大膽放手讓學(xué)生合作,探究出小數(shù)點(diǎn)向右移動(dòng),引起小數(shù)擴(kuò)大的規(guī)律,如果在探索中有困難,再給予適當(dāng)?shù)狞c(diǎn)撥與幫助。反思本節(jié)課的教學(xué)主要體現(xiàn)了以下幾點(diǎn):1、創(chuàng)設(shè)快餐店的情境,為新知識(shí)的探索提供了理想的自由拓展的平臺(tái)。2、注重目標(biāo)導(dǎo)引教學(xué),讓學(xué)生明白當(dāng)堂應(yīng)掌握的知識(shí)要點(diǎn)。3、在教學(xué)過程中通過設(shè)疑、猜測激發(fā)了學(xué)生強(qiáng)烈的求知愿望。如:當(dāng)學(xué)生觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)三個(gè)小數(shù)中的小數(shù)點(diǎn)位置移動(dòng)時(shí),相鄰兩個(gè)數(shù)是10倍關(guān)系,很想知道自己的猜測是否正確,就會(huì)產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)烈的學(xué)習(xí)愿望,很樂意繼續(xù)探索下去。4、給學(xué)生提供討論、合作、交流的平臺(tái)。如:學(xué)生獲取了小數(shù)點(diǎn)向左移動(dòng)時(shí)會(huì)引起小數(shù)縮小的變化規(guī)律后,讓學(xué)生小組合作,討論探索出小數(shù)點(diǎn)向右移動(dòng),小數(shù)大小變化的規(guī)律。5、搭建了學(xué)生聯(lián)想的舞臺(tái),“剛才通過研究小數(shù)點(diǎn)向左移動(dòng)引起小數(shù)縮小的變化規(guī)律,你們又會(huì)聯(lián)想到什么?”“通過實(shí)例來驗(yàn)證小數(shù)點(diǎn)向右移動(dòng)引起小數(shù)大小的變化規(guī)律,試一試。”這些開放性問題使學(xué)生的思維得到放飛,在探索問題的過程中,既加深了對(duì)小數(shù)點(diǎn)位置移動(dòng)會(huì)引起小數(shù)大小變化規(guī)律的認(rèn)識(shí),又使學(xué)生的思維獲得了提高。6、通過達(dá)標(biāo)檢測,達(dá)標(biāo)率達(dá)到了標(biāo)準(zhǔn),說明學(xué)生基本上掌握了本節(jié)課的新知識(shí)。以上是比較成功的地方。不足之處:1、本節(jié)課教學(xué)課件設(shè)計(jì)的不夠好,從課后作業(yè)的反饋來看,“小數(shù)點(diǎn)移動(dòng)引起小數(shù)大小的變化”比較易錯(cuò)的地方是小數(shù)點(diǎn)移動(dòng)時(shí)應(yīng)向左移動(dòng),還是應(yīng)向右移動(dòng),個(gè)別學(xué)生沒有熟練掌握,我在教學(xué)時(shí)應(yīng)使用課件直觀操作,讓媒體起到作用。2、在設(shè)計(jì)練習(xí)時(shí),沒有注意知識(shí)的梯度,練習(xí)題的趣味性不強(qiáng),學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性不高。3、自己在課堂教學(xué)中應(yīng)變能力有待提高,有時(shí)忽略學(xué)生的想法,沒能及時(shí)捕捉到學(xué)生發(fā)言中有價(jià)值的教學(xué)資源,使教學(xué)在動(dòng)態(tài)中得到延續(xù),說明我在課堂上要注意傾聽和思考。通過這次活動(dòng),收獲還是很多的,讓我深刻認(rèn)識(shí)到在課堂中需要改進(jìn)和努力的地方,課堂教學(xué)氣氛是非常重要的,它甚至決定著一節(jié)課的成功與失敗,包括教師的語言,思路,構(gòu)思都起著關(guān)鍵性作用,教師的一節(jié)課不是作秀,而是更好的為學(xué)生服務(wù),讓學(xué)生扎扎實(shí)實(shí)地掌握數(shù)學(xué)知識(shí)。所以,在以后的教學(xué)中,應(yīng)揚(yáng)長避短,多與老師們討論交流和學(xué)習(xí),使自己的教學(xué)水平更上一層樓。
