據(jù)CompilationReference我公司認(rèn)真研究《上海市陸家嘴金融貿(mào)易區(qū)X2地塊南塔樓（辦公樓）及北塔樓首層大堂及電梯大堂精裝修工程議標(biāo)文件》及全套施工圖，并在勘察了施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)后，召集領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子、項(xiàng)目管理班子和各專業(yè)施工班組帶班成員，共同編寫了此技術(shù)標(biāo)。本技術(shù)標(biāo)是將來(lái)指導(dǎo)施工全過(guò)程各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)的一個(gè)技術(shù)、組織、安全、文明等各方面的綜合性文件。Ourcompanyhavealreadystudiedcarefully<bidnegotiationdocumentofthehallandtheelevatorlobbyofShanghaiLujiazuiFinancialTradingAreaX2SouthTower(OfficeBuilding)andNorthTowerDecoratingProject>andalltheconstructiondrawings,andaftersurveytheconstructionsite,asktheteamleader,projectmanager,professionalconstructionteamtoleadthegroupcompilingthistechnicalbid.Thistechnicalbidisanintegrateddocumentoftechnology,organization,security,civilizationguidanceforallconstructionprocess.我公司將派公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)監(jiān)管并將選派出我公司裝修經(jīng)驗(yàn)最為豐富的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理及其所屬項(xiàng)目部人員來(lái)承擔(dān)本工程的施工。Ourcompanywillaskthesupervisorsupervisedanddelegatetheprofessionalprojectmanagerandtheprojectgrouptoundertakethisprojectconstruction.我公司完全接受文件規(guī)定。進(jìn)場(chǎng)前做好施工前的準(zhǔn)備工作，一方面充分發(fā)揮本工程系我公司設(shè)計(jì)研究院(建筑裝飾設(shè)計(jì)甲級(jí))自身設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)勢(shì)，積極完善深化設(shè)計(jì)；另一方面充分利用本公司生產(chǎn)加工基地的優(yōu)勢(shì)，采用工廠化生產(chǎn)，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝的方式，以保證工程質(zhì)量，加快工程進(jìn)度，減少現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。并在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)配置足夠的施工機(jī)械、設(shè)備、材料與勞動(dòng)力，嚴(yán)格按照ISO9001質(zhì)量管理體系進(jìn)行管理，確保本工程滿足質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：一次性驗(yàn)收合格，符合中華人民共和國(guó)的有關(guān)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。達(dá)到甲級(jí)辦公樓精裝修標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。Ourcompanywillacceptalltheregulationsofbidding.Dothepreparingworkbeforeenterthesite.Onehandfullytakeadvantageofdesignbyourdesigninstitute(first-gradecertificatedofarchitecturaldecoratingdesign),improvinganddeepeningthedesignactively;Intheotherhand,fullytakeadvantageofthesiteofproductingandprocessing,usefactoryprocessing,andfieldinstallation,ensuretheprojectquality,acceleratetheprojectprogress,reducethelaborstrengthinthesite.andconfigureenoughconstructionmachine,equipment,materialandlaborinthesite.StrictlymanageinaccordancewiththeISO9001qualitymanagementsystem,ensuretheprojecttomeetthequalitystandard:one-timeforinspectionqualified,incorrespondwiththenationalstandard,industrystandard.reachthefirst-gradedecoratingstandard.本技術(shù)標(biāo)的根本任務(wù)就是根據(jù)《上海市陸家嘴金融貿(mào)易區(qū)X2地塊南塔樓（辦公樓）及北塔樓首層大堂及電梯大堂精裝修工程議標(biāo)文件》、全套施工圖以及設(shè)計(jì)要求。從人力、物力、空間等諸要素著手，在組織勞動(dòng)力、專業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)、空間布置、材料供應(yīng)和時(shí)間安排等方面，進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理地部署，從而達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)上精益求精；在時(shí)間上能保證速度快，工期短；在質(zhì)量上巧奪天工，精度高；在經(jīng)濟(jì)上達(dá)到合理開支，降低成本。Thefundamentaltaskofthistechnicalbidisaccordingto<bidnegotiationdocumentofthehallandtheelevatorlobbyofShanghaiLujiazuiFinancialTradingAreaX2SouthTower(OfficeBuilding)andNorthTowerDecoratingProject>,alltheconstructiondrawingsanddesignrequirement,commenceonmanpower,materialresource,space,etc.,arrangescientificlyandreasonably,torealizebestdesign;ensuretospeeduptheconstruction,shortentheperiod;improveandmagnificentthequality;andexpensereasonably,reducecostineconomy.1.4編制原則CompilationPrinciple技術(shù)標(biāo)編制總原則是：合理組織安排施工中所需的人力、材料、機(jī)具設(shè)備等；確保勞動(dòng)力充足，以便于進(jìn)行安排，確保各種施工材料訂購(gòu)及時(shí)，運(yùn)輸、保管到位，按照國(guó)家有關(guān)部門關(guān)于文明施工要求控制場(chǎng)塵，保證施工垃圾及時(shí)清運(yùn)，維護(hù)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)環(huán)境等。GeneralCompilationPrincipleofTechnicalbid:Reasonablyarrangeandorganizethelabor,material,machineandequipment;ensuresufficientlaborandallthekindsofconstructionmaterialorderontime,transportationandstoragekeepingsafe.Accordingtotherequirementofnationalcivilizedconstructiontocontrolthedustinthesite,ensuretocleantheconstructionwaste,maintaintheenvironmentprotectioninthesite.選擇施工方案時(shí)，結(jié)合工程特點(diǎn)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)條件積極采用新材料、新技術(shù)、新設(shè)備、新工藝，努力為新結(jié)構(gòu)的推行創(chuàng)造條件，同時(shí)“四新”的先進(jìn)性要和經(jīng)濟(jì)合理性相結(jié)合，防止單純追求先進(jìn)性而忽視經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的做法；還要符合施工驗(yàn)收規(guī)范、操作規(guī)程的要求和遵守有關(guān)防火、安全及環(huán)保等規(guī)定，確保工程質(zhì)量和施工安全。Toselecttheconstructionscheme,havetocombinedwiththeprojectcharacteristicsandsitecondition,usethenewmaterial,newtechnology,newequipment,newtechniqueactively,trytocreattheconditionforcarryingoutnewstructure,meanwhile,combinedwithadvancedandeconomicrationalizationofdescriptionwhichmentionedabove,avoidonlypursuingadvancedbutignoreeconomicefficiency;andinaccordancewithconstructionacceptancespecification,operatingprocedurerequirementandobeytheregulationoffire-proofing,safetyandenvironmentprotectionregulation,ensuretheconstructionqualityandconstructionsafety.盡量利用正式工程已有設(shè)施，以減少各種臨時(shí)設(shè)施；盡量利用當(dāng)?shù)刭Y源、合理安排運(yùn)輸、裝卸與儲(chǔ)存作業(yè),減少物資運(yùn)輸量，減少或避免二次搬運(yùn)；精心進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)規(guī)劃布置，節(jié)約施工用場(chǎng)地。Takeadvantageoftheexistingfacilitiesofformalproject,toreduceallkindsoftemporaryfacilitiesaspossible;takeadvantageofthelocalresource,reasonablyarrangetransportation,loadingandstorageoperating,reducematerialtransportationvolumn,reduceoravoidtwo-timetransportation;arrangethesiteplancarefully,savetheconstructionsiteusage.要貫徹先進(jìn)機(jī)械、簡(jiǎn)易機(jī)械和改進(jìn)機(jī)械相結(jié)合的方針，恰當(dāng)選擇自行裝備、租賃機(jī)械或機(jī)械化分包施工等方式，但不能片面強(qiáng)調(diào)機(jī)械化程度指標(biāo)。Carryoutthepolicyofcombinedwithadvancedmachine,simplemachineandimprovedmachine,selectthemethodoftheinstallingequipment,rentedmachine,machinaizedsub-contractconstructionproperly,butcannotemphasizethemachinaizedextentindexunilaterally.制定節(jié)約能源和節(jié)約材料措施以節(jié)省開支，降低工程造價(jià)。Establishsavingenergyandmaterialmeasuretosaveexpense,reduceprojectcost.要貫徹“百年大計(jì)、質(zhì)量第一”和預(yù)防為主的方針，從各方面制定保證質(zhì)量的措施，預(yù)防和控制影響工程質(zhì)量的各種因素。Carryouttheguideline`importantproject,qualityfirst'andpre-cautionwhichisimportant,establishassurequalitymeasureinallaspects,pre-cautionandcontrolthefactorofeffectingtheprojectquality.要貫徹“安全第一，預(yù)防為主”的方針，建立健全各項(xiàng)安全管理制度，制定安全施工的措施，并在施工過(guò)程中經(jīng)常地進(jìn)行檢查和監(jiān)督，確保工程安全施工。Carryouttheguideline‘safetyfirstpreventionfirst’,establishandperfectallthesafetymanagementsystem,establishsafeconstructionmeasure,andinspect,supervisedintheconstructionprocess,ensureprojectshouldbeinconstructionsafely.1.5整體工程施工流向IntegratedEngineeringConstructionflow本工程由于各分項(xiàng)工程專業(yè)承包單位較多，各家公司分包一部分工程，則各工序控制就要求各單位協(xié)調(diào)配合，我公司建議個(gè)分項(xiàng)工序應(yīng)按照下述說(shuō)明內(nèi)容進(jìn)行流水作業(yè)。Becausehavemorebranchengineeringprofessionalcontractorunitsinthisproject,everybranchengineeringcompanyshouldsub-contractapartoftheproject,everyprocessshouldneedeveryunittocoordinatedwitheachother.Ourcompanysuggesteverysub-procedureshouldaccordingtothefollowingdescriptiontoconstructionflowprocess.施工順序是指不同施工階段的不同工作內(nèi)容按照其固有的、在一般情況下不可違背的先后次序。本工程根據(jù)工期要求、勞動(dòng)力配備情況、氣候條件等綜合考慮，施工順序采用自上而下的方法，即以先隔墻后頂和墻再地的施工原則，水電管線等安裝工程應(yīng)在隱蔽驗(yàn)收前配合完成，燈具、插座安裝在面層施工前也應(yīng)完成，潔具在衛(wèi)生間墻面和地面安裝后完成。衛(wèi)生間墻面及地面石材應(yīng)在防水基層完成后進(jìn)行。油漆、玻璃等作業(yè)在各施工段穿插進(jìn)行，原則上按油漆→乳膠漆、金屬工程→玻璃的順序進(jìn)行施工。安全控制、噪音控制、文明施工等工作與質(zhì)量、工期措施同步實(shí)施。工序安排為先做墻面及頂面，后做地面踢腳，吊頂工程在通風(fēng)、水電管線完成安裝后進(jìn)行，衛(wèi)生間在做完地面防水層后進(jìn)行。Constructionsequencesreferstoindifferentconstructionperiod,differentworkingshouldaccordingtothesequenceswhichisinherentandcannotbeviolatedsuccessively.Thisprojectshouldintegratedconsideaccordingtotheperiodrequirement,laborandclimate,constructionsequencesshouldfromthetoptothebottom,accordingtotheprincipleasfollow,wallingfirst,topsurfaceandwall,thenfloor.Pipelineofhydropowerandelectricshouldbecoordinatetoinstalledbeforeconcealedengineeringacceptance.Light,socketshouldbeinstalledbeforethesurfaceconstruction.Drainagedeviceshouldbeinstalledafterwallingandpaving.Bathroomwallandfloormaterialshouldbeinconstructionafterwaterproofbase.Oilvanishandglassworkingshouldbeconstructedduringtheconstructionperiod.Theprinipleshouldbeinconstructionasfollowingsequences:oilvanish→latexpaint,metalwork→glasswork.Safetycontrol,noisecontrol,civilizedconstructionshouldbeperformedasthesametimeasworking,qualityandperiodmeasure.Theconstructionsequencesshouldbewallandtopsurfacefirst,thenfloorandkickstrip,suspendedceilingengineeringshouldstartafterventilation,hydropower,electricinstallation.Bathroomshouldbeinconstructionafterflooringwaterproofbase.本工程施工流向應(yīng)先預(yù)埋、后封閉、再裝飾。在預(yù)埋階段，先通風(fēng)、后水暖管道、再電氣線路；封閉階段，先墻面及頂面、再地面；調(diào)試階段，先電氣、后水暖、再空調(diào)；裝飾階段，先油漆、再面板。施工流向確保按各工種間的先后順序組織平行流水，顛倒工序就會(huì)影響工程質(zhì)量及工期。Theconstructionflowofthisprojectshouldbepre-embeddedfirst,thenclosed,decorated.Duringthepre-embeddedperiod,thesequencesshouldbeventilating,hydropower,heatingpipe,thenelectriccircuit;Duringclosedperiod,wallandtopsurfacefirst,thenfloor;Duringdebuggingperiod,electricfirst,hydro,heatingasthesecond,thenaircondition;Duringdecoratingperiod,oilvanishfirst,thensurfaceplate.Constructionflowshouldaccordingtothesequencesuccessivelyamongeveryprocess,organizeparallelflow,ifthesequenceiswrong,itwillaffecttheconstructionqualityandperiod.本工程重點(diǎn)需注意以下二個(gè)方面的交叉施工：Theemphasisofthisprojectshouldpayattentiontothecrossconstructionintwoaspect:裝修與水電安裝之間的交叉施工Crossconstructionbetweenthedecorationandpipelineinstallationashydropowerandelectric.裝修與水電通風(fēng)安裝之間的交叉施工，向來(lái)是工程施工中最尖銳的交叉矛盾，裝修工作與水電安裝交叉工作面大，內(nèi)容復(fù)雜，如處理不當(dāng)將出現(xiàn)相互制約、相互破壞的不利局面。土建與水電的交叉問(wèn)題是一切交叉中的重點(diǎn)，必須重點(diǎn)解決，解決此矛盾的原則：Crossconstructionbetweenthedecorationandpipelineinstallationashydropower,electric,ventilatingisalwaysthemainconflictduringtheconstructionengineering.Crossconstructionsurfaceislargebetweendecoratingandinstalling,andmorecomplicated,ifcannotbearrangedproperly,theunfavorablesituationwillbehappenedandrestrict,destroymutuallyeachother.1)水電暖安裝進(jìn)度必須服從總控進(jìn)度計(jì)劃，選擇合理的穿插時(shí)機(jī)，要在統(tǒng)一的協(xié)調(diào)指揮下施工，使整個(gè)工程形成一盤棋。Theinstallationscheduleofhydro,electric,ventilationmustcomplywithgeneralscheduleplan,selectthechancereasonablyduringtheconstruction,andshouldbeinconstructionunderintegratedcommand.2)明確責(zé)任，做好交接手續(xù)。Definiteresponsibility,dowellexchangeprocedure.3)建立固定的協(xié)調(diào)制度。Establishregularcoordinatesystem.4)一切從大局出發(fā)，互諒互讓，裝修要為水電通風(fēng)安裝創(chuàng)造條件，水電通風(fēng)安裝要注意對(duì)成品及半成品的保護(hù)，裝修也要注意對(duì)水電暖專業(yè)成品的完善保護(hù)。Stabilityisapreconditionandguaranteeofconstruction,mutu
