火災(zāi)自動(dòng)報(bào)警及聯(lián)動(dòng)掌握系統(tǒng)維護(hù)治理方案maintenancemanagementplanoftheFireauto-alarmandfireprotectioncoordinatedcontrolsystem前言forewordXXX的火災(zāi)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)是整個(gè)消防系統(tǒng)中較為重要的一個(gè)局部，良好運(yùn)行是確保XXX消防安全的重要環(huán)節(jié)之一。TheUnitedStatesandSouthChinafirealarmsystemwillbeamoreimportantpartintheentirefireprotectionsystem,itsfunctionwillalarmandtheextinguishthefireinthefireinitialperiod.Thereforegoodmaintenanceofthefirealarmsystem(FAS)istheimportantlinksofTheUnitedStatesandSouthChinafireprotectionsystem.火災(zāi)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成分為以下幾局部：Thefirealarmsystemconstitutiondividesintofollowingseveralparts:報(bào)警探測(cè)器〔煙感、溫感、手報(bào)按鈕；thefiredetector(smokedetector,heatdetector,manualfirealarmbox);輸入信號(hào)模塊〔水流信號(hào)、壓力開關(guān)信號(hào)、信號(hào)蝶閥；1.2.Inputsignalmodule(fluentsignal,pressureswitchsignal,signalreedvalve);〔Outputmodule(pump,elevator,fan,windvalve,powersourcecutandsoon);系統(tǒng)主機(jī)〔包括報(bào)警掌握器、總線聯(lián)動(dòng)掌握柜、消防聯(lián)動(dòng)掌握柜、；Firecontrolpanel(Includingthecontroller,themainlinelinkagecontroller,thefirelinkagecontroller,thepowersourcesystem,thetel-systemandsoon)警報(bào)設(shè)備〔消防警鈴；Firealarmfacility〔firealarmbell〕火災(zāi)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)的功能分為以下幾個(gè)局部：Thefirealarmsystemfunctiondividesintofollowingseveralparts:火災(zāi)報(bào)警〔探測(cè)器、手動(dòng)報(bào)警、各類輸入信號(hào)；Thefirealarm(detector,manualfirealarmbox,signalmodule)故障報(bào)警〔探測(cè)器、模塊、主機(jī)、報(bào)警設(shè)備、線路；Fault alarm (detector, transmitter, controller, other alarm facilities,circuitry)警報(bào)〔消防警鈴；Alarm(firebell)火災(zāi)聯(lián)動(dòng)〔電梯、消防水泵、噴淋水泵、風(fēng)機(jī)、風(fēng)閥、電源強(qiáng)切等信號(hào)；Thefirelinkage(thesignaloftheelevator,firepump,pumpofsprays,airblower,windvalve,powersourcecutsandsoon)須保證火災(zāi)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)的各組成局部設(shè)備狀態(tài)良好及其相應(yīng)管線接線良好，方能使系統(tǒng)功能發(fā)揮正常。Accordingtotomorrowsquarefirealarmsystemconstitutionandthefunction,forwillguaranteeitsnormaloperation,willhavetoguaranteethefirealarmsystemeachconstituentequipmentconditiongoodandthecorrespondingpipelinewiringwillbegood,thatthewholesystemfunctionwillrunnormally.火災(zāi)報(bào)警的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)主要分為以下幾個(gè)局部：TheFASmaintenancemainlydividesintofollowingseveralpartsThecontrollersmaintenance系統(tǒng)電源，主備電自切功能；Thepowerofthesystem,TransformationfunctionbetweenthemainpowerandReservepowersource自檢、巡檢功能；thefunctionoftheSelf-checking,inspects信號(hào)接收、規(guī)律輸出功能；Signalreceive,logicaloutputfunction;消音、復(fù)位、火災(zāi)故障報(bào)警顯示；The alarm voice elimination, the system replacement, the display of the fire protectionbreakdown;集中和區(qū)域機(jī)通訊功能；4.2.4.communicationfunctionbetweentheconcentrationsystemandtheregionmachine.探測(cè)器維護(hù)保養(yǎng)：Themaintenanceofthedetector:探測(cè)器類型分為感煙探測(cè)器、感溫探測(cè)器、手動(dòng)報(bào)警按鈕及中繼器；Thedetector:smokedetector,heatdetector,manualfirealarmboxandtransmitter探測(cè)器維護(hù)方式：依據(jù)明天廣場(chǎng)的建筑構(gòu)造和特點(diǎn)，每月分別自檢幾個(gè)樓層，每季度巡回一次，全年共巡回自檢四次。Thedetectormaintenance:Accordingtotomorrowsquarsstructureandtheconstructioncharacteristic,eachmonthwillself-checkseveralfloorsseparately,eachquarterwilltouronetime,wholeyearaltogetherwilltourself-checksfourtimes.程序或更換；Eachdetectspotshouldbeself-checkedbythefire-alarmway,andrecordstheself-checkingsituation,NG-spotbyself-checkstocarryonthecleanprogrameorthereplacement;輸入信號(hào)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)：themaintenanceoftheinputsignal輸入信號(hào)類型分為：水流指示器信號(hào)、壓力開關(guān)信號(hào)、信號(hào)蝶閥pressureswitchsignal,thereedvalvesignal,thefireresistingdampersignal,dischargefumethevalvesignal輸入信號(hào)維護(hù)方式：模擬輸入信號(hào)、檢查輸入模塊功能是否良好?！膊话ㄍ庠O(shè)備系統(tǒng)維護(hù)〕themaintenancewayoftheinputsignal:Simulatorinput,toinspectetheloadmodulefunction.(Notincludingoutsideequipmentsystemmaintenance)聯(lián)動(dòng)輸出信號(hào)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)：Linkageoutputsignalmaintenance聯(lián)動(dòng)輸出信號(hào)類型分為：消防水泵、噴淋水泵、風(fēng)機(jī)、電梯、非消防電源強(qiáng)切、卷簾門等信號(hào)；Linkageoutputsignal:thesignalofThefirepump,sprayspump,theairblower,theelevator,thenon-fire-powersourcecuts,thecurtaingateandsoon.聯(lián)動(dòng)輸出信號(hào)維護(hù)方式：themaintenancewayofthelinkageoutputsignal:手動(dòng)/自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)或停頓消防水泵、噴淋水泵及上述消防設(shè)備，并檢查現(xiàn)場(chǎng)消防設(shè)備是否運(yùn)行正常，反響信號(hào)是否正確，假設(shè)不正常，檢查注：外部設(shè)備不包括維護(hù)保養(yǎng)范圍內(nèi)〕Manual/automationstartorstopfirepump,sprayspumpandtheabovefireprotectionequipment,andinspectsthescenefireprotectionequipment,thefeedbacksignaliscorrectornot.ifitisnotnormal,thatshouldbetoinspectetheoutputmodule;(Note:Externalfacilitiesnotincludingthismaintenance)手動(dòng)/自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)其他聯(lián)動(dòng)設(shè)備，并檢查現(xiàn)場(chǎng)消防設(shè)備是否運(yùn)行〔Manual/automationstartotherlinkageequipment,andtoinspectethescenefireprotectionequipmentandthefeedbacksignal;(Note:Externalfacilities notincludingthismaintenance)警報(bào)設(shè)備維護(hù)保養(yǎng)：themaintenanceofthefirealarmequipments警報(bào)設(shè)備類型主要為消防警鈴；thefirealarmequipments:thefirebell警報(bào)設(shè)備維護(hù)保養(yǎng)的方式：在系統(tǒng)自檢探測(cè)器火災(zāi)信號(hào)時(shí)，同步Themaintenancewayofthefirealarmequipments:Whenthesystemdetectesthefiresignalbytheself-checking,inthesametimewilltochecktheequipment,inordertokeepitsalarmingfunction.4.1～4.5可排解系統(tǒng)不良故障，準(zhǔn)時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，解決問(wèn)題，確保系統(tǒng)正常運(yùn)行，但此方案中不包括系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的更換。5.theequipmentmaintenance,wemayfixthesystem’sbreakdownby4.1~4.5,findstheproblempromptly,solvestheprobleminthefirsttime,inordertokeepthesystemnormallyoperation,butinthisplannotincludingsystemequipmentreplacement.探測(cè)器清洗：感煙探測(cè)器在肯定運(yùn)行周期后，如需清洗可將此類Detectorclean:aftersmokedetectorrunacertainperiode,itmustbecleanbytheprofessionaldetectorcleanorg,orafteruse的forthreeyears,carriesonthecleaninturn.XXXXXXXShanghaiGuohaoEnterpriseDevelopmentCo.,Ltd.
