broadlymeansthattheshipperpacksthecontainerinhisownwarehouseandthensendittocarrieratContainerYard,andthatsamewholecontainerisemptiedattheCarrier'sContainerFreightStationattheportofdestination,theconsigneearrangesthedeliveryoftheloosecargofromthecontainerfreightstationtohis/herwarehouse.

broadlymeansthatthedeliveryoftheloosecargotothecarrier'sContainerFreightStationattheportoforiginispackedintothewholecontainer,andthedeliveryofthatsamewholecontainertotheContainerYardatthedestinationport,consigneethenpickupthewholecontainerfromCY.

CFS/CFSContainerServicebroadlymeansthatthedeliveryoftheloosecargotothecarrier'scontainerfreightstationattheportoforiginispackedintothewholecontainer,andthatsamewholecontainerisemptiedatthecarrier'scontainerfreightstationattheportofdestination.Theconsigneearrangesthedeliveryoftheloosecargofromthecontainerfreightstationtohis/herwarehouse.ToensurethesafetyofcargoNotnecessarily

Whenthecontainertransportsystemwasbeingdesignedandrolledout,theinitialassumptionwasthatusingcontainerswouldsubstantiallysimplifyorcompletelysolvemanyproblemsrelatingtocaringfor,packagingandmaintainingthequalityofcargoesduringmaritimetransport.Itwassoonobvious,however,thatsimplyputtingthegoodsinsidethecontainerwasnotenough,thatinadditiontosimplifyingmattersnewproblemsaroseintermsofmaintainingquality
