Adjustthespraygunpositioninradialandpointtothepipeaxis,thedischargeneedleintothesteelpipesurfacedistance120-150mm.調(diào)整噴粉槍的位置在鋼管徑向并指向鋼管軸心,放電針針尖到鋼管表面的距離120-150mm。Sizeextruderintheplanstarted3hoursbeforethestartofheating.大小擠出機(jī)在計(jì)劃開(kāi)工前3小時(shí)開(kāi)始加熱。1hourbeforethestartofPErawmaterialpreheatinganddrying,thedryingtemperatureisnothigherthan80DEGc.計(jì)劃開(kāi)工前1小時(shí)進(jìn)行PE原料預(yù)熱烘干,干燥溫度不高于80℃。Checktheoperationconditionofequipment,givethetransmissionpartslubricatingoilfilling;thefasteningshaftcouplingscrews,crossshaftandtheexpansionjointstoaddenoughoil;inspectionofliftingmechanismpositionandlimitdevicereliability.檢查設(shè)備運(yùn)行情況,給各傳動(dòng)部位加注潤(rùn)滑油;緊固傳動(dòng)軸的聯(lián)結(jié)螺絲,給十字軸和伸縮節(jié)加足油;檢查升降機(jī)構(gòu)的位置及限位器的可靠性。Anticorrosionepoxypowdercoating,adhesive,polyethylenetheirqualityshallmeetthespecifications,andthroughinspectionandacceptance.防腐用的環(huán)氧粉末涂料、膠粘劑、聚乙烯其質(zhì)量應(yīng)滿足規(guī)范要求,并經(jīng)過(guò)檢查驗(yàn)收。Barepipetube裸管上管Accordingtotheproduction,taskorderstopipetransporttubeontheplatform.根據(jù)生產(chǎn)任務(wù)單將鋼管轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)到上管平臺(tái)。Inspectionoftheappearancequalityofsteelpipe,toseeifthereareanyextrusiondeformation,scratchesandotherdefects,suchastimelytomakeamark,putitsmaterialunqualifiedareaorrepairarea.檢查鋼管的外觀質(zhì)量,察看有無(wú)擠壓變形、碰傷等缺陷,如有及時(shí)作出標(biāo)記,將其放到材料不合格區(qū)或修復(fù)區(qū)。Blastcleaning拋丸除銹Rustmustbecheckedandclearedbothinsideandoutsidethepipesurfacegreasydirt,burrs,attachmentandotherimpurities.除銹前必須檢查并清除鋼管內(nèi)外表面的油污、毛刺、附著物等雜質(zhì)。Pipesurfacetemperatureisbelow3℃steelpipemustbeheatedto40~60℃,thenthepipeuniformthroughthede-rustingmachine,de-rustinggradereachesGB/T8923-88standardSa2.5grade,theanchorlinestoadepthof50-75μM.鋼管表面溫度低于3℃時(shí)鋼管要加熱到40-60℃,然后將鋼管勻速通過(guò)除銹機(jī),除銹等級(jí)達(dá)到GB/T8923-88標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的Sa2.5級(jí),錨紋深度達(dá)到50-75μm。Rustafterplacementof4hoursormoreorreturnstainlesssteelpipesneedtorust.除銹后放置4小時(shí)及以上或返銹鋼管須要重新除銹。5.1.43PEtoppipe3PE上管Onthefronttubeinadeposition-managementplatforminspectionandremovalofsteelpipewithinnerandoutersurfaceoftheburr,dustandotherimpurities.Ifdefectstoreturnmaterialunqualifiedareaorrepairarea.上管前在存管平臺(tái)上檢查并去除鋼管內(nèi)外表面的毛刺、灰塵等雜質(zhì)。如有缺陷返回材料不合格區(qū)或修復(fù)區(qū)。Thepasteevenlyintheprotectivepaper<100mmwidth>,andonitsleftsideof10mmwidedon'tspreadthepaste;andthentheprotectivepaperformationattachedtothepipeend,notenosmearpastesideatadistanceofnozzleinner.將漿糊均勻涂抹在防護(hù)紙〔100mm寬上,并在其一側(cè)留10㎜寬不要涂漿糊;然后將防護(hù)紙平整貼附在鋼管管端,注意沒(méi)有抹漿糊的一側(cè)在距管口的內(nèi)側(cè)。Thepipeintothepipepullingdevice,throughthetubeisputintothetransmissionlinesteelpipe;pipeandnozzledistanceascloseaspossibleto,payattentiontothegoodjoint.將管放到拔管器上,通過(guò)拔管器把鋼管放到傳動(dòng)線上;上管時(shí)前后管口的距離盡量靠近,注意對(duì)好接頭。Beforethestartofproductionprocessinatimelyandcleardrivingwheelonthedust,debris.開(kāi)工前和生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中及時(shí)清理傳動(dòng)輪上的灰塵、雜物。5.1.5Intermediatefrequencyheating中頻加熱Startthecoolingwaterpressurepump,checkiftheheaterwateroutletpipeofthewatercoolingsystemineachcasewhetherthereisabnormal.起動(dòng)冷卻水加壓泵,檢查中頻加熱器冷卻系統(tǒng)每個(gè)出水管的出水情況是否有異常。Startingthedriveline,steelpipetomoveuniformly.啟動(dòng)傳動(dòng)線,讓鋼管勻速前進(jìn)。Startfrequencyheater,slowlyrotatingheatingpoweradjustmentknob,thesteeltemperatureto200-220℃,foratleast30minutesretestonce.啟動(dòng)中頻加熱器,緩慢旋轉(zhuǎn)加熱功率調(diào)整旋鈕,將鋼管溫度加到200-220℃內(nèi),至少30分鐘復(fù)測(cè)一次。Afterworktostopandstartinreverseorder.工作完畢時(shí)停止過(guò)程與啟動(dòng)順序相反。5.1.6Drydusting噴粉Afterheatingthesteelpipeintothespraybox,openthesprayingequipment;accordingtothepipesizeidentifyopenequipmentnumber.ThecoatingthicknesstoachievetherequirementsinTable1;coatingonthesurfaceofasteelpipetobeuniform.加熱后的鋼管進(jìn)入噴涂箱后,打開(kāi)噴涂設(shè)備,根據(jù)鋼管的大小確定打開(kāi)的設(shè)備數(shù)量。使涂層厚度達(dá)到表1要求;涂層在鋼管表面要均勻。Apressureofnotmorethan0.1MPa,twopressuresshallnotexceed0.05MPa.一次氣壓不宜超過(guò)0.1MPa,二次氣壓不宜超過(guò)0.05MPa。Table1表1SteelpipeDN<mm>鋼管公稱直徑Epoxypowdercoating環(huán)氧粉末涂層<μm>Adhesivecoating膠粘劑涂層<μm>Minimumthicknessofanticorrosivecoating防腐層最小厚度〔mmOrdinarygrade普通級(jí)〔GStrengthengrade加強(qiáng)級(jí)〔SDN≤100>80170-2501.82.5100<DN≤2502.02.7250<DN<5002.22.9500≤DN<8002.53.2DN≥8003.0Adhesive,PEwinding膠粘劑、PE纏繞Accordingtothepipesizeandthetransmissionlinespeedregulationofthespeedofextruder,cross-linkingagent,polyethylenethickness<coatingthicknessgaugetest>accordingtotable1control:根據(jù)鋼管的大小和傳動(dòng)線的速度調(diào)節(jié)好擠出機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速,膠聯(lián)劑、聚乙烯層厚度〔用涂層測(cè)厚儀檢測(cè)按表1控制:Ensurethatthethicknessofthecoating,controlofseamwidthof15±5㎜.保證防腐層厚度,控制壓縫寬度15±5㎜。Afterworkintimetoclearupthepowder,spraygunandthepipeline,topreventfouling,prepareforthenextuse.工作完畢及時(shí)清理好出粉器、噴槍及管道,防止其結(jié)垢,為下次使用做準(zhǔn)備。Intheanticorrosionlayerintermediateforbiddenhavingvoidsandbubbles.在防腐層中間嚴(yán)禁有空洞和氣泡產(chǎn)生。5.1.8Thecuttinghead、coolingandlowerpipe割頭、冷卻和下管FinishcoatingofsteelpipeinthecoolingmustbeclearedbeforeenteringonthejointofPElayerandcross-linkingagent.做完防腐層的鋼管在進(jìn)入冷卻前必須清理掉接頭上的PE層及膠聯(lián)劑。Coolingwatertoslowlyandevenlyflowintothepipe,cannothavewatershockpoint.冷卻水必須緩慢均勻地流到鋼管上,不能有水激點(diǎn)產(chǎn)生。Controloftransmissionspeedinthepipe,tubeandpipebeforeundocking,timeoutjoint,preventthecardinthetransmissionlinesqueezebadsemi-finishedtubemadeofaccidents.控制好下管的傳動(dòng)速度,在下管前脫開(kāi)前后鋼管,及時(shí)取出接頭,防止卡在傳動(dòng)線上擠壞半成品管造出成事故。Semi-finishedpipedowntotheplatformwhenacollisionbetweenbeforeandafterthepipeisstrictlyprohibited.半成品管下到平臺(tái)上時(shí)嚴(yán)禁前后鋼管之間碰撞。5.1.9Semi-finishedproductinspection半成品檢測(cè)Electricsparkdetectorbytherootofleakdetectionshouldbenoleakage;singletubehas2or2ofthefollowingpoints,makingmarkaccordingtotheprovisionsintheleakpatch;therearemorethan2orasinglepointintheaxialdirectionisgreaterthan300mmthetubeisnotqualified,exitpipeplatform,storedseparatelytopeelprocessing.用電火花檢漏儀逐根進(jìn)行漏點(diǎn)檢測(cè)應(yīng)無(wú)漏點(diǎn);單管有2個(gè)或2個(gè)以下漏點(diǎn)時(shí),在漏點(diǎn)處作出標(biāo)記按規(guī)定修補(bǔ);有2個(gè)以上或單個(gè)漏點(diǎn)在軸向大于300mm時(shí)該管為不合格,退出下管平臺(tái),單獨(dú)存放進(jìn)行剝皮處理。Usingmagneticthicknesstesterformeasuringcircumferencedirectionanduniformdistributionofthefourpointsofthethicknessofthecoating,theresultshallbeasspecifiedinTable1,eachsuccessivebatchshouldbecheckedatleastfirst,5,10steelanti-corrosionlayerthickness,aftereach10measuringatleastonce,ifthedeviationoftimelyfeedbacktotheoperationstation,inordertomakethecorrespondingadjustment.采用磁性測(cè)厚儀測(cè)量鋼管園周方向均勻分布的四點(diǎn)的防腐層厚度,結(jié)果應(yīng)符合表1的規(guī)定,每連續(xù)生產(chǎn)批至少應(yīng)檢查第1、5、10根鋼管的防腐層厚度,之后每10根至少測(cè)一次,如有偏差及時(shí)反饋給操作臺(tái),以便作出相應(yīng)的調(diào)整。Appearanceinspection,thepolyethylenelayersurfaceshouldbesmooth,nobubbles,noanesthesia,nowrinkles,nocrack,coloruniformity.外觀檢查,聚乙烯層表面應(yīng)平滑、無(wú)暗泡、無(wú)麻點(diǎn)、無(wú)皺折、無(wú)裂紋,色澤應(yīng)均勻。Coatingadhesiontest,every4hoursatleastattwotemperaturesmeasuredonceeachpumping.防腐層粘結(jié)力的檢測(cè),每4小時(shí)至少在兩個(gè)溫度下各抽測(cè)一次。Coatingperformanceindicatorsareasfollows:防腐層性能指標(biāo)如下:Pipeendtreatment管端處理Semi-finishedproducttestingqualifiedanticorrosiontubeorpipebevelingmachinetoberepaired,withremovaloftubeendpartsofthepolyethylenelayer,thepipeendreservedlength100-150mm.半成品檢測(cè)合格的防腐管或待修復(fù)管,用坡口機(jī)去除管端部位的聚乙烯層,管端預(yù)留長(zhǎng)度100-150mm。Thepolyethylenelayerendchamferingisequaltoorlessthan300andahair.聚乙烯層端面倒角等于或小于300并打毛。Endofthetubeaftertreatmenttorepairpiperepair,repairaftercheckagainthepipeisqualified.對(duì)管端處理后的待修復(fù)管進(jìn)行修復(fù),修復(fù)完后再次檢查該管是否合格。Ifqualifiedtoenterthenextprocess,otherwiseexitpipeplatformindividuallystacked,peelingprocess.如果合格進(jìn)入下道工序,否則退出下管平臺(tái)單獨(dú)堆放,進(jìn)行剝皮處理。5.2.1Package、sprayandmarking打包、噴涂標(biāo)識(shí)Qualifiedanticorrosiontubeinthelengthdirectionbinding4rope,eachlessthan10laps;fastened,cannotloosen;payattentiontostaggerthepositionofmarking.合格的防腐管在長(zhǎng)度方向綁扎4道草繩,每道不少于10圈;綁扎緊固,不能松開(kāi);注意錯(cuò)開(kāi)標(biāo)識(shí)位置。Inspectionofqualifiedanticorrosionpipefromthepipeendlocatedabout400mmmarkedontheproductmarks,includingthespecificationsofsteelpipes,pipenumber,anti-corrosion,anti-corrosionlayerstructuremodelnumber,gradeofanticorrosion,executivestandard,manufacturername,productiondate.檢驗(yàn)合格的防腐管在距管端約400mm處標(biāo)上產(chǎn)品標(biāo)志,包括鋼管規(guī)格、鋼管編號(hào)、防腐編號(hào)、防腐層結(jié)構(gòu)型號(hào)、防腐等級(jí)、執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、生產(chǎn)廠名、生產(chǎn)日期。Withqualificationcertificateincludingproductionfactoryname,address,productname,productspecifications,coatingstructure,rankofanticorrosioncoating,anticorrosivecoatingthickness,inspectornumber.隨帶的合格證包括生產(chǎn)廠名、廠址,產(chǎn)品名稱,產(chǎn)品規(guī)格,防腐層結(jié)構(gòu),防腐層等級(jí),防腐層厚度,檢驗(yàn)員編號(hào)等。5.2.2Finishedproducttransportstowage成品轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)堆碼Fromtheworkshoptransportfreightyardisforbiddenduringcollisiondraganticorrosionpipe.從車間轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)到貨場(chǎng)過(guò)程中嚴(yán)禁碰撞拖拉防腐管。Stackanticorrosionpipeatthebottomofthetwo<ormore>supportingpad,distanceis4-8M,supportingtheminimumwidthof100mm,anti-corrosionpipeatthebottomofthegroundshallnotbelessthan100mm.堆放時(shí)防腐管底部采用兩道〔或以上支墊墊起,間距為4-8m,支墊的最小寬度為100mm,防腐管底部離地面不得少于100mmExtrudedpolyethyleneanticorrosionpipestackinglayersshouldaccordwithtable2:擠壓聚乙烯防腐管堆放層數(shù)要符合下表2:3PEanticorrosionpipeopenstoragetimenotmorethanoneyear,morethanayearinopaquecoveringonanticorrosionpipetosupport.3PE防腐管露天存放時(shí)間不能超過(guò)一年,超過(guò)一年的要用不透明遮蓋物對(duì)防腐管加以護(hù)。Table2表2公稱直徑DN<mm>DN<200200≤DN<300300≤DN<400400≤DN<600600≤DN<800DN≥800Stackinglayers堆放層數(shù)≤10≤8≤6≤5≤4≤3Heatshrinkabletapeanticorrosiveconcretesteps熱收縮帶防腐具體步驟6.1Constructionpreparation施工準(zhǔn)備Personneltrainingandtechnicaldisclosure人員培訓(xùn)、技術(shù)交底Anticorrosivematerialpurchasing、approachingandinspection防腐材料采購(gòu)、進(jìn)場(chǎng)報(bào)驗(yàn)Anticorrosivespecialtoolpreparation防腐專用工具準(zhǔn)備6.2Surfacetreatment表面處理Theuseofsandblastingequipmentforpipecleaning,thesandblastingprocess,pipesurfacetemperatureshouldbeabovethedewpointtemperature.Whentheweatheriswet,thefirststeelwasheatedto50℃andrust.SandblastingsurfaceshouldbeatleastSa2?Stage<metalsurfaceshouldbenovisibledirt,grease,scale,rustandpaintcoatingandotherattachments,anyresidualtracesshouldonlybespottedorstripedslightdiscoloration>,threadingdepthof50~90μM.使用噴砂設(shè)備對(duì)管口進(jìn)行清理,在噴砂的過(guò)程中,管口表面的溫度應(yīng)在露點(diǎn)溫度以上。天氣潮濕時(shí),先將鋼管預(yù)熱到50℃再進(jìn)行除銹。噴砂除銹后表面至少應(yīng)達(dá)到Sa2?級(jí)〔金屬表面應(yīng)無(wú)可見(jiàn)的油脂、污垢、氧化皮、鐵銹和油漆涂層等附著物,任何殘留的痕跡應(yīng)僅是點(diǎn)狀或條紋狀的輕微色斑,錨紋深度50~90μm。Weldingmouthonbothsidesoftheanticorrosivelayerwhichslopes,andthesandclothorsteelwirebrushtothethermalcontractionbeltjointgrindingroughness.將焊口兩側(cè)的防腐層修成斜坡,并用砂布或鋼絲刷將熱收縮帶的搭接部位打磨粗糙。6.3Pipepreheating管體預(yù)熱Coatingprimer,withabaremetalsurfaceforpreheating.Inordertoensuretheentirecircumferenceoftheheatingpipeevenly,shouldberoastedguntofirethepipepreheating,preheatingtomaintainuniform,consistenttemperatureofsteelround.涂敷底漆前,應(yīng)對(duì)裸露的金屬表面進(jìn)行預(yù)熱。為保證管口整個(gè)圓周的均勻加熱,應(yīng)將烤槍調(diào)到中火對(duì)鋼管進(jìn)行烘烤預(yù)熱,預(yù)熱要均勻,保持鋼管四周溫度一致。Preheattemperatureat60~80℃,generalpreheatingtimenotlessthan5min,largerdiameterpipepreheatingtime.預(yù)熱溫度達(dá)到60~80℃,一般預(yù)熱時(shí)間不低于5min,管徑越大預(yù)熱時(shí)間越長(zhǎng)。Withthermometeronsteelpipearoundthesamplingtemperaturemeasurement,temperaturemeasurementisnotdirectlyonthebaresteelmeasuring,shouldbeinthebaresteelpaintedalittleprimer,primerforsteelpipetemperaturemeasurementofactualtemperature.用測(cè)溫儀對(duì)鋼管四周取樣測(cè)溫,測(cè)溫時(shí)不要直接在裸鋼上測(cè)量,應(yīng)在裸鋼上涂刷一點(diǎn)底漆,測(cè)量的底漆溫度為鋼管實(shí)測(cè)溫度。6.4Primercoating底漆涂敷=1\*GB3①Inthesteelpipepreheatingbeganthedeploymentofprimer<generaldoublecomponentratioofA:B=4:1orA:B=5:1>.在鋼管預(yù)熱時(shí)開(kāi)始調(diào)配底漆〔一般雙組分的配比A:B=4:1或A:B=5:1。=2\*GB3②Paintshouldbeevenlymixed,inthewinteroftheprimercanbepreheateddeployment.底漆應(yīng)混合均勻,冬季時(shí)底漆可以預(yù)熱后再進(jìn)行調(diào)配。=3\*GB3③Usespecialbrushtobrushing2~3times,sothatathicknessgreaterthan100μmprimer.用專用刷子涂刷2~3遍,使底漆厚度大于100μm。6.5Thermalcontractionbeltinstallation熱收縮帶的安裝Theprimeriscompleted,withathermalshrinkagebeltcompletelywrappedpipe.Lapjointpipeslocatedinthesideof10or2points,atleastoverlapping100mm.在底漆涂刷完成后,用熱收縮帶完全包裹住管口。搭接位于管道一側(cè)10點(diǎn)或2點(diǎn)的位置,最少搭接100mm。Removingtheheatshrinkablebandonthepackaging,withsmallfiretoshrinkwithawiringaheadsurfacebakingmakeadhesivesurfaceshiny.Theheatshrinkabletapebakingagoodheadinparallelwiththepipelap,lapwidthshouldbeuniform,thermalcontractionbelttotightlyattachedonthesteeltube.除去熱收縮帶上的包裝物,用小火對(duì)熱縮帶有搭接線的一頭膠面進(jìn)行烘烤使膠面發(fā)亮。把熱收縮帶烘烤好的一頭平行與鋼管搭接,搭接寬度要均勻,熱收縮帶要緊密地貼附在鋼管上。Thethermalcontractionbeltattheotherendoftheadhesivesurfaceroastedshiny,accordingtoaconnectionjoint,andapressingrollercompactionwithplasticsealseamlocatedin.將熱收縮帶另一頭的膠面用火烤發(fā)亮后,按搭接線進(jìn)行搭接,并用壓輥壓實(shí)后用膠條封在對(duì)縫處。Withasmallfireontheadhesivestriponroast,thefixingsheetisdepositedintheheatshrinkablebandbutt.Withthefireonthefixedpiecegluesideedgesforbakingandrollercompaction.用小火對(duì)對(duì)縫上的膠條烘烤一下后,將固定片居中敷在熱收縮帶對(duì)縫處。用中火對(duì)固定片膠面的邊緣進(jìn)行烘烤并用壓輥壓實(shí)。Thefixedpieceafterinstallation,2~3werefirstusedinthefiretubealongthecircumferentialdirectionofmobilebakingheatshrinkablebandintermediate<tworoastedgunflameshallnottouch>,thenbytheheatshrinkablebandcentertothesidemovingslowlybake.Thebakingprocess,theflamecan'tstayinoneplace,otherwiseeasytoburnthesubstrate.固定片安裝完后,2~3人先用中火沿管子周向方向移動(dòng)烘烤熱收縮帶中間〔兩烤槍火焰不得碰到一起,再由熱收縮帶中間向兩邊慢慢移動(dòng)烘烤。烘烤過(guò)程中,火焰不能停留在一個(gè)位置,否則容易烤糊基材。Thethermalcontractionaftercontraction,withsmallfire<>457mmdiametersteelpipeusedinthemediumfire>alongthepipeaxialdirectionareuniformlyheatingtemperature,untiltheadhesivealongtheheatshrinkablebanduniformlyoverflow.Therubberstripdepositedinthefixedendsofthetablets,withsmallfireroast,andputtyknifescoopcanbe.Installedthermalcontractionbeltcannotbedisturbed,untiltheadhesivehassolidified.待熱收縮帶收縮完后,用小火〔直徑大于457mm的鋼管用中火沿鋼管的軸向方向進(jìn)行均勻補(bǔ)火升溫,直到膠粘劑沿?zé)崾湛s帶邊緣均勻溢出。將膠條敷在固定片兩端,用小火烘烤一下,再用膩?zhàn)拥剁P平即可。安裝完的熱收縮帶不能擾動(dòng),直到粘結(jié)劑凝固為止。Duringconstruction,windmorethangrade2toinstallawindfacilities;whentheairtemperatureislower,tolengthenthebakingtime,andtheuseofinsulationequipmentforbakingfinishmendingforinsulation.施工時(shí),風(fēng)力大于2級(jí)要安裝擋風(fēng)設(shè)施;氣溫較低時(shí),要加長(zhǎng)烘烤時(shí)間,并使用保溫設(shè)備對(duì)烘烤完的補(bǔ)口處進(jìn)行保溫。6.6Surfaceinspection外觀檢查=1\*GB3①Fillthemouthshouldbesmooth,nowrinkle,bubbling,steelpipeanticorrosionlayerandthethermalcontractionbeltjointclosely,donotleavegaps.補(bǔ)口處應(yīng)光滑平整、無(wú)皺折、鼓泡,鋼管防腐層與熱收縮帶貼合緊密,不留空隙。=2\*GB3②Thermalcontractionbeltcircumferentialduetoadhesiveuniformlyoverflow.Heatshrinkablesleevesurfaceshouldnotbeburned,thecarbonizationphenomenon.熱收縮帶周向應(yīng)有膠粘劑均勻溢出。熱收縮套表面不應(yīng)有燒焦、碳化現(xiàn)象。=3\*GB3③Thecontractionoftheheatshrinkabletapeandpipecoatingoflapwidthshallbenotlessthan50mm.收縮后的熱收縮帶與管體防腐層的搭接寬度應(yīng)不小于50mm。6.7.Peelingstrengthtest剝離強(qiáng)度測(cè)試Fillthemouthofthepeelstrengthtest,shouldberepairedmouthfinishedafter24hours,whentesting,thepipebodytemperatureis10℃~35℃,ifthetemperatureistoolow,anticorrosivelayercanbeheatedtodetectiontemperaturetodetection.Intheopening,thepipepeelingstrengthshallnotbelessthan50N/cm;forheat-shrinkablematerialandrawsteelpipepolyethyleneanticorrosivelayerofthejointofpolyethylene,thepeelstrengthalsoshouldnotbelessthan50N/cm;thethreelayerstructurerepairing,strippingsurfaceprimershallbecompleteattachedonthesurfaceofasteelpipe.補(bǔ)口處的剝離強(qiáng)度測(cè)試,應(yīng)在補(bǔ)口完成24h后進(jìn)行,檢測(cè)時(shí)管體溫度宜為10℃~35℃,如現(xiàn)場(chǎng)溫度過(guò)低,可將防腐層加熱至檢測(cè)溫度后進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。在補(bǔ)口處,對(duì)鋼管的剝離強(qiáng)度應(yīng)不小于50N/cm;對(duì)于熱縮材料和原鋼管聚乙烯防腐層的搭接處,對(duì)聚乙烯的剝離強(qiáng)度也不應(yīng)小于50N/cm;對(duì)三層結(jié)構(gòu)補(bǔ)口,剝離面的底漆應(yīng)完整附著在鋼管表面。Eachofthe100patchesextractedatleastamouth,suchasunqualified,shoulddoublespottingtest.Ifmoresamplingstillhasastandard,thesectionofpipelinerepairedmouthshouldberepaired.Peelingstrengthtestshallbetherepairedmouthclean,re-createanewpatch.每100個(gè)補(bǔ)口至少抽測(cè)一個(gè)口,如不合格,應(yīng)加倍抽測(cè)。若加倍抽測(cè)仍有一個(gè)不合格,則該段管線的補(bǔ)口應(yīng)全部返修。剝離強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)后應(yīng)將該補(bǔ)口清除干凈,重新制作新的補(bǔ)口。Everypatcharetheapplicationofelectricsparkleakdetectorleakcheck,checkthevoltageof15KV.Ifthereisaleak,shouldberepairedmouthandleakdetectionuntilqualified.每一個(gè)補(bǔ)口均應(yīng)用電火花檢漏儀進(jìn)行漏點(diǎn)檢查,檢查電壓為15KV。若有漏點(diǎn),應(yīng)重新補(bǔ)口并檢漏,直到合格。6.8Morethan950mmpipelineandpipefittingconstructionprocessibid.950mm以上管道及管件施工工藝同上。Anticorrosivebandsfunctionasfollows:防腐帶性能指標(biāo)如下:七Safetyattentions安全注意事項(xiàng)Theconstructionsitetoestablishfull-timeHSEsupervisor,responsibleforHSEmanagementandsupervision.Basedonfullparticipation,highlightthepeople-orientedthought;fullriskanalysisandevaluation,makingfeasiblepreventionormitigationmeasures.施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)立專職HSE監(jiān)督員,負(fù)責(zé)HSE工作的管理和監(jiān)督。立足全員參與,突出以人為本的思想;充分進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析與評(píng)價(jià),制定切實(shí)可行的預(yù)防或消減措施
