基本信息大會(huì)信息簽到臺(tái)及信息咨詢與服務(wù)處大會(huì)簽到臺(tái)及信息咨詢與服務(wù)處在大會(huì)會(huì)議中心。如果您在大會(huì)期間遇到任何問(wèn)題或者需要咨詢相關(guān)信息,請(qǐng)至大會(huì)信息咨詢與服務(wù)處。服務(wù)人員將為您解答相關(guān)問(wèn)題。簽到臺(tái)及信息咨詢與服務(wù)處工作時(shí)間:7月10日星期三9:00-17月11日星期四7:7月12日星期五7:7月13日星期六7:代表證及參會(huì)資料您到簽到臺(tái)注冊(cè)時(shí),將收到工作人員分發(fā)的代表證和大會(huì)資料袋。代表證是您進(jìn)入會(huì)場(chǎng)的唯一許可證。會(huì)議期間請(qǐng)務(wù)必佩戴代表證!在參與社交活動(dòng)過(guò)程中,也請(qǐng)您佩戴代表證。借取同傳耳機(jī)需抵押個(gè)人有效證件(身份證、駕駛證或者護(hù)照)。茶歇研討休息期間將在主會(huì)場(chǎng)外大廳及周邊會(huì)議室提供茶歇。其中7月11日和13日分別在上午和下午提供兩次茶歇。午餐學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)議期間,大會(huì)會(huì)務(wù)組為與會(huì)代表提供了午餐。7月11日及13日午餐地點(diǎn)為會(huì)議場(chǎng)館大會(huì)地點(diǎn)本次大會(huì)研討活動(dòng)均在上海市浦東新區(qū)前程路99號(hào)進(jìn)行。大會(huì)語(yǔ)言本次大會(huì)官方語(yǔ)言為四種,分別為中文、英文、西班牙文和法語(yǔ)。整個(gè)學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)議將以中文和英文為主。五個(gè)主題報(bào)告和重要專題研討將翻譯成中文、英文、西班牙文和法語(yǔ)。本次大會(huì)將配備熟練掌握英文和中文的志愿者,為代表提供咨詢服務(wù)。社交活動(dòng)歡迎晚宴—上海城隍廟老飯店,7月11日星期四19:007月11日晚大會(huì)將設(shè)歡迎晚宴,誠(chéng)邀與會(huì)代表在上海城隍廟老飯店赴宴。晚宴將提供豐盛的中西式精美菜肴,供與會(huì)代表享用。城隍廟老飯店是一家中華老字號(hào)飯店,距今已有137周年歷史。晚宴地址:上海市黃浦區(qū)福佑路242號(hào)。如需詳情,請(qǐng)登錄:/,并選擇“中文版”或者“英文版”瀏覽。

參觀幼兒園和游戲嘉年華活動(dòng),7月12日星期五87月12日,星期五上午,大會(huì)將安排與會(huì)者至上海25所幼兒園進(jìn)行參觀。大會(huì)網(wǎng)站()及會(huì)場(chǎng)大廳已公布各幼兒園詳細(xì)信息,每個(gè)參會(huì)者的資料袋里已提供幼兒園參觀券。大會(huì)還安排了游戲嘉年華活動(dòng)(參觀部分路程較遠(yuǎn)的幼兒園的代表將不能同時(shí)安排嘉年華活動(dòng))。由于25所幼兒園及展示游戲嘉年華活動(dòng)教師主要使用中文,大會(huì)將為代表安排英語(yǔ)熟練的志愿者提供講解和翻譯服務(wù)。8:30-11:00各與會(huì)代表乘坐大巴到達(dá)幼兒園參觀11:00-12:00各與會(huì)代表在幼兒園或者華東師范大學(xué)就餐12:00-12:50各代表乘坐大巴返回主會(huì)場(chǎng)13:00-14:00主題報(bào)告3上海夜游——外灘觀光、浦江夜游,7月12日星期五19:7月12日,星期五晚,大會(huì)為自愿報(bào)名參加的代表安排外灘觀光及浦江夜游活動(dòng),屆時(shí)自費(fèi)旅游——西安、北京、桂林、杭州、上海、蘇州、周莊自費(fèi)游,7月14日為幫助與會(huì)代表了解中國(guó)多元文化,7月
