nationsonNEMICONEncoder throughrotatingdisc,fixingdiscandgettoAsdiscrotateswithshaft,receivergetsvaryinglightandoutputssinewavesignalsaccordingly.Sinewaveisthenamplifiedtosquarewaveandthusesoutputsignalsofencoder.RotatingRotatingFixedConstructionofRotaryBasicconstructionoftheencoderisshowninthebelow.Thereareseveralkindsoftheencoderswhosecon-structionsaredifferentfromeachothertypes,suchasthebuilt-intypethehollowshafttypeandsoon,butthebasictheoriesofthemareallthesame.Theencoderisthepreciseinstrument,andneedstheaccuratemechanismtomaintaintheaccuracyofthephoto-electronicsystem.Especially,thethrustdeviationoftheslottedcodewheelanddiscementofthediskcausedbythetemperaturechangearethemainproblems.Weresolvetheseproblemsbyouroriginalofthephoto-electronicsystemandtheelectronic
