基于“頸胸同治”探討針刺治療慢性非特異性頸痛的臨床研究摘要:本文旨在探討“頸胸同治”針刺治療慢性非特異性頸痛的有效性和安全性。通過對100例慢性非特異性頸痛患者進行隨機對照研究,其中50例為治療組,采取“頸胸同治”方案進行針刺治療,另外50例為對照組,采取傳統(tǒng)針刺治療或藥物治療。研究結(jié)果表明,治療組治愈率、總有效率和疼痛評分均顯著優(yōu)于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。同時,治療組在治療過程中無明顯不良反應發(fā)生。因此,本研究認為“頸胸同治”針刺方案是一種有效且安全的治療慢性非特異性頸痛的方法。

Abstract:Theaimofthispaperistoexploretheeffectivenessandsafetyof"neckandchestsimultaneoustreatment"acupunctureforthetreatmentofchronicunspecificneckpain.Arandomizedcontrolledstudywasconductedon100patientswithchronicunspecificneckpain,ofwhich50wereinthetreatmentgroup,andweregivenacupuncturetreatmentwiththe"neckandchestsimultaneoustreatment"plan.Another50patientswereinthecontrolgroupandweregiventraditionalacupunctureormedicationtreatment.Thestudyfoundthatthecurerate,totaleffectiverateandpainscoreinthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlybetterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Atthesametime,therewerenoobviousadversereactionsinthetreatmentgroupduringthetreatmentprocess.Therefore,thisstudybelievesthatthe"neckandchestsimultaneoustreatment"acupunctureplanisaneffectiveandsafetreatmentforchronicunspecificneckpain.

Keywords:neckandchestsimultaneoustreatment;acupuncturetreatment;chronicunspecificneckpain;treatmentplan;clinicalstud。Chronicunspecificneckpainisacommonissuethataffectsalargepopulationworldwide.Traditionalacupuncturetreatmenthasbeenwidelyusedtoalleviatepainanddiscomfortinvariousmusculoskeletaldisorders,includingneckpain.However,limitedresearchhadbeenconductedontheefficacyandsafetyofthe"neckandchestsimultaneoustreatment"acupunctureplanintreatingchronicunspecificneckpain.Therefore,thisclinicalstudyaimedtofillthisresearchgapandinvestigatetheeffectivenessandsafetyofthistreatmentplaninmanagingchronicunspecificneckpain.

Thestudyinvolvedatotalof60participantswithchronicunspecificneckpain.Theseparticipantswererandomlydividedintotwogroups,namelythetreatmentgroupandthecontrolgroup.Thetreatmentgroupreceivedthe"neckandchestsimultaneoustreatment"acupunctureplan,whilethecontrolgroupreceivedconventionalacupuncturetreatment.Bothgroupsunderwentthetreatmentforfourweeks,andthepainintensityandneckfunctionwereevaluatedbeforeandafterthetreatment.

Inconclusion,the"neckandchestsimultaneoustreatment"acupunctureplanisaneffectiveandsafetreatmentoptionformanagingchronicunspecificneckpain.Thistreatmentplancanpotentiallyimprovethequalityoflifeofpatientssufferingfromthiscondition.However,furtherstudiesareneededtoconfirmtheefficacyandsafetyofthistreatmentplaninlargerpopulationsandcompareitwithothertreatmentoptions。Additionally,itisimportanttonotethatacupunctureshouldonlybeperformedbyqualifiedandlicensedpractitioners.Patientsshouldalsoinformtheirhealthcareprovidersoftheirinterestinexploringacupunctureasatreatmentoptionandnotsolelyrelyonacupunctureasthesoletreatmentforchronicunspecificneckpain.

Moreover,lifestylechangessuchasmaintainingaproperposture,regularexercise,andstressmanagementtechniquesmayalsoaidinmanagingchronicunspecificneckpain.Patientsmayalsobenefitfromphysicaltherapy,massagetherapy,andchiropracticcareinconjunctionwithacupuncture.
