唐山市平原區(qū)水資源承載力評價摘要

Abstract

Waterresourcesarethebasisofhumansurvival,developmentandsocialprogress.Ensuringtherationaluseandprotectionofwaterresourcesisanimportantissueworldwide.ThispaperfocusesonthecomplexandchangeablegeographicalenvironmentofPingyuanDistrict,TangshanCity.Itcomprehensivelyevaluatesthecarryingcapacityofwaterresourcesusingvariousmethodssuchasgreycorrelationanalysis,fuzzymathematicsandanalytichierarchyprocess,andanalyzesitsinfluencingfactorsandfuturedevelopmenttrendsindepth.TheresearchresultsshowthattheoverallcarryingcapacityofwaterresourcesinPingyuanDistrictisatamediumlevel,buttherearesignificantdifferencesindifferentareas.Thewaterresourcescarryingcapacityinthesoutheastisrelativelylow,andfurtherstrengtheningwaterresourcemanagementandprotectionmeasuresisstillneeded.Atthesametime,thispaperputsforwardaseriesofcountermeasuresandsuggestionsforwaterresourcemanagementandprotectioninPingyuanDistrictofTangshanCity,providingscientificandreasonabledecision-makingbasisforlocalgovernment.

Thecarryingcapacityevaluationshouldconsiderthenaturalwateryield,thewaterutilizationefficiency,andtheenvironmentalprotectionrequirements.Basedonthedataanalysisandcalculation,theresultsshowthatthecurrentcarryingcapacityofwaterresourcesinPingyuanDistrictislimited,andthewaterresourcesarealreadyover-exploited,whichhasledtoadeclineinwaterqualityandanincreaseinecologicalenvironmentrisks.

FactorsthataffectthecarryingcapacityofwaterresourcesinPingyuanDistrictincludepopulationgrowth,agriculturaldevelopment,industrialdevelopment,andclimatechange.Therefore,itisnecessarytostrengthenwaterresourcemanagementandprotectionmeasurestoensuresustainabledevelopmentoftheregion.
