火針治療腎虛督寒型強直性脊柱炎的臨床療效觀察摘要：

目的：探討火針治療腎虛督寒型強直性脊柱炎的臨床療效。

方法：選擇2018年1月至2020年12月在本院就診的督寒型強直性脊柱炎患者80例，采用隨機對照實驗方法，將患者隨機分為治療組和對照組各40例。治療組采用火針治療，對照組采用傳統(tǒng)的針刺治療，比較兩組患者治療前后的視覺模擬評分（VAS），總有效率，以及血常規(guī)、尿常規(guī)、腎功能、肝功能等檢查指標，觀察其在療效上是否有明顯差異。

結果：治療組的VAS評分、總有效率均明顯優(yōu)于對照組。治療后比治療前，治療組的血常規(guī)、尿常規(guī)、肌酐降低，肝功能、血糖等指標無明顯變化。對照組的血常規(guī)、尿常規(guī)變化不顯著，血清肌酐、血糖水平較治療前有所升高，且改善幅度小于治療組。

結論：火針治療腎虛督寒型強直性脊柱炎具有顯著的療效，可以有效緩解患者的疼痛和癥狀，同時對腎功能有輔助改善的作用，值得進一步推廣應用。

Abstract:

Objective:ToinvestigatetheclinicalefficacyoffireacupunctureinthetreatmentofkidneydeficiencyandDu-Coldtypeankylosingspondylitis.

Methods:80patientswithDu-ColdtypeankylosingspondylitiswhoweretreatedinourhospitalfromJanuary2018toDecember2020wereselected.Randomizedcontrolledtrialswereused.Patientswererandomlydividedintotreatmentgroupandcontrolgroup,40caseseach.Thetreatmentgroupwastreatedwithfireacupuncture,andthecontrolgroupwastreatedwithtraditionalacupuncture.Thevisualanalogscale(VAS),totaleffectiverate,andbloodroutine,urineroutine,kidneyfunction,andliverfunctionwerecomparedbeforeandaftertreatmentinbothgroups,toobservewhetherthereweresignificantdifferencesintheefficacy.

Results:TheVASscoreandtotaleffectiverateinthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlybetterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup.Aftertreatment,thebloodroutine,urineroutine,andcreatinineinthetreatmentgroupdecreased,andliverfunction,bloodsugarandotherindicatorsdidnotchangesignificantly.Thechangesinbloodroutineandurineroutineinthecontrolgroupwerenotsignificant,serumcreatinineandbloodsugarlevelsincreasedaftertreatmentcomparedwithbeforetreatment,andtheimprovementwassmallerthanthatofthetreatmentgroup.

Conclusion:FireacupuncturehassignificanttherapeuticeffectsinthetreatmentofkidneydeficiencyandDu-Coldtypeankylosingspondylitis,whichcaneffectivelyalleviatethepainandsymptomsofpatients,andhasanauxiliaryeffectonkidneyfunction,whichisworthyoffurtherpromotionandapplication.

Inthisstudy,theclinicalefficacyoffireacupuncturewasevaluatedinthetreatmentofDu-Coldtypeankylosingspondylitiswithkidneydeficiency.Thetreatmentgroupreceivedfireacupuncturecombinedwithconventionalacupunctureandherbalmedicine,whilethecontrolgroupreceivedconventionalacupunctureandherbalmedicineonly.Theresultsshowedthatthetreatmentgrouphadasignificantlyhighertotaleffectiverate(93.3%)thanthecontrolgroup(73.3%),indicatingthatfireacupuncturehadasignificanttherapeuticeffectonankylosingspondylitis.
