eBuyerortheBuyer'sforwardingagent_______.19.2.賣方應負責將所訂貨物在本合同第8條所規(guī)定的裝船期內按買方所通知的任何日期裝上買方所指定的船舶。19.2.TheSellershallberesponsibleforloadingthegoodsorderedontothevesselspecifiedbytheBuyeronanydatenotifiedbytheBuyerwithintheloadingperiodspecifiedinClause8hereof.19.3.貨物裝運日前10-15天，買方應以電報或電傳通知賣方合同號、貨物名稱、賣方船名、預計裝船日期、代理人的名稱，以便賣方經與該船運代理人聯系及安排貨物的裝運。賣方應將聯系結果通過電報或電傳及時報告買方。如買方因故需要變更船舶或者船舶比預先通知的日期提前或推遲到達裝運港口，買方或其船運代理人應及時通知賣方。賣方亦應與買方的運輸代理或買方保持密切聯系。19.3.TheBuyershall,10-15dayspriortothedateofshipment,notifytheSellerbytelegramortelexofthecontractnumber,thegoodsname,thenameoftheSeller'svessel,theexpecteddateofshipmentandthenameoftheagentsothattheSellermaycontacttheshippingagentandarrangefortheshipmentofthegoods.TheSellershall,bytelegramortelexingoodtime,reporttheresultsofthecontacttotheBuyerwhichoritsshippingagentshallinformtheSellerpromptlyiftheBuyerneedstochangethevesselforanyreasonorifthevesselarrivesattheportofshipmentearlierorlaterthanthedatenotifiedinadvance.TheSellershallalsomaintainclosecontactwiththeBuyer'sshippingagentortheBuyer.19.4.如買方所訂船舶到達裝運港后，賣方不能在買方所通知的裝船時間內將貨物裝上船舶或將貨物交到吊桿之下，賣方應負擔買方的一切費用和損失，如空艙費、滯期費及由此而引起的及/或遭受的買方的一切損失。ShouldtheSellersfailtoloadthegoods,withinthetimeasnotifiedbytheBuyers,onboardthevesselbookedby
