4.WirelessCharging

CanchargeaQi-capablemobilephonewithouttheneedtoplugin.Simplyplaceitsecurelyinthecenterofthesurfacewiththedisplayfacingup.AnalertintheInfotainmentsystemdisplayindicateswhenchargingbegins.

5.WindshieldWiperandWasherLever

Intermittent/Low/Highfunctionsareactivatedwithup-clicksofthestalk.Intermittentrain-sensingwiperspeediscontrolledwiththeswitchontopofthestalk.Pullthestalktowardthesteeringwheeltowash.Pressthestalkdownforasinglewipe.

6.Infotainment

TouchsensitiveiconscontrolthevariousInfotainmentfunctions,including:radio,mediaselections,App-Connectfunctions,phoneoperation,vehiclefunctionsandtheoptionalNavigationsystem.

7.Start-StopSystem

Whenactivated,theengineshutsoffautomaticallywhenthevehiclecomestoastop,suchasattrafficlights.Theenginewillrestartwhenthebrakeisreleased.Start-Stopautomaticallyactivateswhentheignitionisswitchedon,andthebuttonindicatorlightwillremainoff.Ifdeactivated,theindicatorlightwillilluminate.Start-Stoponlyworkswhenconditionsaremet,e.g.,driver’sseatbeltisfastened,doorsandhoodareclosed,sufficientbatterycharge,etc.Someconditionswillcausearestartoftheengine,suchasthesteeringwheelbeingturnedorwhentheA/Cisactivated.Duringanenginestop,ifthedriverleavesthevehiclelongerthan30seconds,theignitionwillswitchoff.

8.DigitalCockpit

Allowsyoutocustomizethepresentationofvehicleinformationintheinstrumentcluster.TheVIEWbuttononthesteeringwheeltogglesbetweenviewoptions.ThedisplaycanbepersonalizedusingtheInfotainmentsystemcontrols.SelectCAR>Settings>InstrumentCluster.

9.RemoteStart(notshown)

Ifyourvehicleisequipped,theenginecanbestartedfromoutsidethevehiclewiththeRemoteStartfeature,allowingtheHVACsystemtoheatorcooltheinterior.Onyourkeyfob,presstheLockbutton,thenRemoteStartbuttontwice.PressingRemoteStartbuttonthreetimeswillcancelremotestart.

AppliestovehiclesequippedwithAdaptiveCruiseControl.

AdaptiveCruiseControl(ACC)helpsmaintainanindividuallystoredconstantspeed,distance,andapreviouslysetdistanceintimeintervalsbetweenyourvehicleandthoseinfrontofyou.Whenyouapproachaslowermovingvehicle

infrontofyou,thevehiclemaybrakeifthesituationrequires.Whenthevehicleisnolongerpresent,ACCwillacceleratebacktothestoredspeed.

Youcansetthespeed-dependentdistancefromthevehicleaheadtooneoffivelevels.

?WhentheACCbuttonispressedtosetdistancelevel,theindicatorlightilluminatesintheinstrumentclusterdisplay.

?TochangetheACCdistanceinterval,pressthebuttontocyclethroughthedistanceintervals.Whentheshortestintervalisreached,thedistancereturnstothegreatestintervalwhenthebuttonispressedagain.
