extrinsic

value.

relate

happiness?

Everyone

would

agree,heargues,

thathappiness

ultimate

end

to

be

valued

for

itself,and

really

only

for

itself.The

next

question

that

Aristotle

raises

is

what

is

happiness.True

happiness

should

be,

as

he

puts

it,

complete.Complete…

we

require.

Well,

true

human

happiness,

ifyou

had

that,

what

else

do

you

need?

Nothing.

And

second,true

happiness

should

be

something

that

I

can

obtain

on

myown.

I

shouldn’t

have

to

rely

on

other

people

for

it.

Manypeople

value

fame

and

seek

fame.

Fame

for

them

becomesthe

goal.

But

according

to

Aristotle,

fame

depends

altogether

much
