自4月31日開業(yè)以來，XX大酒店前廳部從只有臨時收銀人員到組建了特地的工作班子，從剛開頭營業(yè)時客房的低價賣出到現(xiàn)在的敏捷喊價，從一開頭對消失糾紛的不知所措到現(xiàn)在處理問題的有條不紊，我們克制了種種困難，使前廳部的工作逐步走入了正規(guī)。在人員不斷更換的狀況下，全部的員工仍舊能夠克制困難、團(tuán)結(jié)進(jìn)取，根本完成了酒店交給的各項接待任務(wù)。這個月以來，我們做好了以下幾項工作：一、組建了前臺工作班子

現(xiàn)在前臺有4人，實行早中晚三班制輪換。早晚班各一人，中班兩人。二、注意與各部門的協(xié)調(diào)工作，依據(jù)每日房態(tài)進(jìn)展開房退房工作。

酒店就像一個大家庭，部門與部門之間在工作中難免會發(fā)生磨擦，協(xié)調(diào)的好壞在工作中將受到極大的影響。前廳部是整個酒店的中樞部門，它同餐飲、銷售、客房等部門都有著嚴(yán)密的工作關(guān)系，如消失問題，我們都要能主動地和該部門進(jìn)展協(xié)調(diào)解決，避開事情的惡化，由于大家的共同目的都是為了酒店，不解決和處理好將對酒店帶來肯定的負(fù)面影響。三、解決糾紛，處理問題，效勞至上

由于酒店一些設(shè)備老化造成客人入住時的一些不便，時常引起客人投訴。對于這些消失的糾紛和問題，前廳部鎮(zhèn)靜應(yīng)對，積極、準(zhǔn)時、妥當(dāng)?shù)亟鉀Q。對于個別客人的刻意刁難，我們也做到了忍耐的同時，微笑的賠不是，時刻以維護(hù)酒店的名譽(yù)為前提，盡量使客人能夠滿足。

在取得成績的同時，我們也要深刻地意識到由于前廳部人員的流淌性和不專業(yè)性，以及其他一些緣由，我們在工作中仍舊存在著許多問題。一、微笑效勞的缺乏

總臺在日常工作中堅持做好“三會”，即遇到客人時，會微笑、會問候、會溝通。效勞需要微笑，只有始終向客人投以微笑，效勞才布滿生氣，客人會感受到我們發(fā)自內(nèi)心的效勞。而當(dāng)客人一進(jìn)入賓館時，主動、熱忱、親切地稱呼客人，一聲問候與語言的溝通更拉近我們與客人的距離。但我們的員工還沒有做到時刻把微笑掛在臉上，有時給客人開房也不說一般話。二、銷售技巧的缺乏
