疫情防控管理制度編制人員：審核人：審批人：防疫隔離室安全管理制度為了有效防控疫情，施工單位必須建立足夠的隔離宿舍。在條件允許的情況下，隔離室應盡量讓一人居住，并確保每日通風兩次（每次不少于30分鐘）。被隔離人員必須遵守紀律，每日嚴格測溫兩次，并記錄。每天按照管理要求，使用84消毒液、75%酒精等對隔離室、垃圾桶進行四次消毒，并記錄。同時，要做好人員花名冊，記錄所有人員進場時、節(jié)日期間所在地、返崗時間、是否與高風險、中風險地區(qū)人員接觸、是否有發(fā)熱等癥狀。項目非醫(yī)護人員不得進入隔離現(xiàn)場，醫(yī)護人員進入隔離現(xiàn)場前，必須正確佩戴口罩并在場外使用噴霧器對全身進行消毒。通過消毒檢查和人員管理，隨時監(jiān)測全體人員是否出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱等疑似病例。若出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱等疑似病例，在第一時間內(nèi)進行隔離并通知項目部疫情防控小組成員，由小組長向上級主管部門及城區(qū)疫情防控指揮部報告。生活區(qū)、宿舍、食堂等區(qū)域必須加強檢查、消毒、通風和人員出入管理。隔離宿舍必須有專人管理，無關人員嚴禁入內(nèi)。同時，要做好隔離宿舍門口入住牌，填寫入住人、時間、班組、負責人等，以便于管理觀察。隔離區(qū)就餐采取送到指定位置為準，嚴禁接觸。防疫工作人員必須做好自我保護安全措施，方可開展各項防疫工作。宿舍疫情管理制度為了有效防控疫情，宿舍必須成立疫情管理小組，并建立疫情報告體系。設置專人監(jiān)督，檢查宿舍的疫情管理及消毒情況，積極應對公共衛(wèi)生事件的發(fā)生。每天對住宿人員進行體溫檢測，發(fā)現(xiàn)有體溫高于37.3℃時，及時通知項目部疫情防控小組，進行隔離觀察或住院治療。宿舍實行日報制度，每天不少于兩次，上報體溫及人員出行情況。宿舍住宿人員不得私自將無關人員帶進宿舍住宿。進出生活區(qū)必須佩戴口罩，并每天進行更換，防止細菌感染。宿舍公共區(qū)域有專人進行每天不少于2次的消毒，重點部位如宿舍門把手、餐桌、碗柜、衛(wèi)生間等，應重點消毒，增加消毒頻率。宿舍住宿人員必須注意個人衛(wèi)生，嚴格執(zhí)行宿舍管理制度。宿舍內(nèi)注意通風及用電、用水、用火安全，做到人走燈關、水關、火滅。保證飯前及便后洗手，碗筷、水杯、毛巾不混用。食堂必須采用分餐進食，避免人員密集扎堆，防止感染。就餐時，必須認真洗手，不得在就餐時扎堆，避免面對面就餐，避免就餐時說話。Duringtheepidemicpreventionperiod,thereal-nameregistrationsystemshouldbeimplementedasfollows:1.Subcontractorsshouldstrictlymanagethereal-nameregistrationofreturningworkers.Forthelarge-scaleinfluxofworkerswhoarereturningtowork,itisnecessarytoregistertheirinformationcarefullyinaccordancewiththerequirementsofthereal-namemanagementsystemforconstructionsites.2.Vehiclesenteringtheconstructionsitemustberegisteredanddisinfected,anddriversmustwearmasksandfillintheirinformation,includingtheiractivitiesinthepast14days.Thosewhodonotmeettherequirementsshouldbepersuadedtoleave.3.Workerswhoarenewlyrecruitedfromotherplacesmustberegisteredinthereal-namesystemforworkersandmusthavetheirtemperaturechecked.Thosewhoarenotnormalshouldnotbeallowedtoentertheconstructionsite.Outsidersshouldbepreventedfromenteringtheconstructionsite.4.Thehealthstatus,address,phonenumber,andtransportationusedwhenreturningtoworkofon-sitepersonnelshouldberegisteredindetail.5.Constructionunitworkersmustregisterinthereal-namesystemthroughthelaborandcapitaldepartmentandkeeprecords.Regardingthetemperatureregistrationsystem:1.Personnelenteringtheconstructionsiteforthefirsttimemusthavetheirtemperaturemeasuredatthesecurityofficeandaledgermustbeestablished.2.Thosewhosetemperatureisbelow37.1℃canentertheobservationareaofthesite,butarestrictlyprohibitedfromenteringthelivingarea.Thosewhodonotmeettherequirementsshouldbecontrolled.3.Peoplewhohavetheirtemperaturemeasuredmustwearqualifiedmedicalmaskscorrectly,andtemperaturemeasurementpersonnelmustwearprotectiveclothing,goggles,gloves,andotherprotectiveequipment.4.Peoplewhohavetheirtemperaturemeasuredmustqueuevoluntarily,withatwo-metergap,andarestrictlyprohibitedfromcrowdingtogetheranddisruptingtheorder.5.Temperaturemeasurementpersonnelmustchecktheactivitiesofthepast14daysthroughscanningandtakeascreenshottogivetothedutypersonnelforregistration.6.Peoplewhopassthefirsttemperaturemeasurementmusthavetheirtemperaturemeasuredatleasttwiceadayintheobservationareafor14days,andatemperaturedetectionledgermustbeestablished.7.Peoplewhoentertheobservationareawithoutnucleicacidtestingarenotallowedtoenterthelivingarea.Regardingthedisinfectionsystemforthenewcoronavirus:1.Carryoutaprojecthygieneandepidemicpreventioncleaning,focusingonpreventingandcontrollinginfectiousdiseasessuchasthenewcoronaviruspneumonia,anddoagoodjobofcleaning,disinfecting,andventilatingthelivingandofficeareasoftheproject(twiceaday).Thismainlyincludesoffices,conferencerooms,livingareas,canteens,toilets,bathrooms,etc.,toensuresmoothindoorventilationandpreventthegrowthandspreadofgerms.2.Theconstructionsite,machineryandequipment,andvehiclesenteringthesitemustbedisinfectedandsterilized.3.Thecleanlinessandindooraircirculationoftheconstructionsiteandlivingareas(constructionsitecanteens,dormitories,andtoilets)shouldbemaintained,andtheenvironmentaldisinfectionsystemshouldbeimplemented.4.84disinfectantsolutionshouldbeusedforcentralizeddisinfectiontwiceadayat10:00amand4:00pm.Fordenselypopulatedareasandkeyareas,disinfectionshouldbecarriedoutmultipletimes.Thesiteshouldbeventilatednolessthanthreetimesadayforatleast30minuteseachtime.5.Specialcollectioncontainersfordiscardedmasksshouldbesetupintheconstructionsite,livingarea,andofficearea,andgarbagecollection,disinfection,andsewagetreatmentshouldbedone.6.Disinfectionpersonne
