敬重的各位考官、各位評委老師：通過考試，今日，我以本崗位筆試第一的成果進(jìn)入了面試。對我來說，這次機(jī)會顯得尤為寶貴。

我叫***，今年27歲。1997年7月我從**師范學(xué)校藝師美術(shù)專業(yè)打算內(nèi)自費畢業(yè)。由于從97年起國家不再對自費生包安排，使我與“太陽底下最光芒的職業(yè)”失之交臂。幸好，當(dāng)時河西馬廠完小師資缺乏，經(jīng)人介紹，我在該完小擔(dān)當(dāng)了一年的臨時代課老師。

回想起那段時間真是既甜美又美妙，雖然代課工資很低，但聽著同學(xué)們圍在身旁“老師”、“老師”的叫個不停，看著那一雙雙布滿信任的眼睛，那一張張稚氣的小臉，生活中的全部不快都立刻煙消云散了。我原想，即使不能轉(zhuǎn)正，只要學(xué)校需要，就是當(dāng)一輩子代課老師我也心甘情愿。不料，1998年起國家開頭清退臨時工和代課老師，接到了學(xué)校的口頭通知后，我懷著戀戀不舍的心情，靜靜地離開了學(xué)校。

今日，我想通過此次考試重新走上講壇的'愿望是那樣迫切！我家共有三姊妹，兩個姐姐在外打工，為了照看已上了年紀(jì)的父母，我始終留在他們身邊。我曾開過鋪子，先是經(jīng)營工藝品，后又經(jīng)營服裝。但不管生意做得如何得心應(yīng)手，當(dāng)一名榮耀的人民老師始終是我心憧憬之并愿傾盡畢生心血去追求的事業(yè)。我曾多次參與考試，但都由于各種緣由而未能實現(xiàn)幻想，但我暗下決心，只要有機(jī)會，我就始終考下去，直到抱負(fù)實現(xiàn)為止。

如今的我，歷經(jīng)生活的考驗，比起我的競爭對手在年齡上我已不再有優(yōu)勢，但是我比他們更多了一份對孩子的愛心、耐煩和責(zé)任心，更多了一份成熟和自信。

老師這個職業(yè)是神圣而宏大的，他要求老師不僅要有豐富的學(xué)問，還要有高尚的情操。因此，在讀師范時，我就非常注意自身的全面進(jìn)展，廣泛地培育自己的愛好愛好，并學(xué)有專長，做到除擅長繪畫和書法外，還能會唱、會說、會講?！皩W(xué)高僅能為師，身正方能為范”，在注意學(xué)問學(xué)習(xí)的同時我還留意培育自己高尚的道德情操，自覺遵紀(jì)守法，遵守社會公德，沒有不良嗜好和行為。我想這些都是一名教育工應(yīng)當(dāng)具備的最至少的素養(yǎng)。
