幼兒園及小學(xué)低技能校園的設(shè)計

新校區(qū)的建設(shè)哈辛托卡斯塔涅達(dá)幼兒園和小學(xué)是一個逐步發(fā)展的項目，該項目分為三個階段。首先是在原校址旁的新場地建造新校舍;新校舍啟用后,將原有校舍拆除;最后,在空地建設(shè)體育場、游戲場地和綠地。從這個過程中,可以看出項目止于新場地而未在東側(cè)地塊拓展的原因—只有更新舊建筑才能獲得新場地。建筑規(guī)模的定位對場地特征的回應(yīng)向來是與現(xiàn)有中心及保留建筑產(chǎn)生關(guān)聯(lián)的有效工具。用地位于坡度明顯的山腰,地勢最高處超出低處12.5m。為了順應(yīng)場地,建筑設(shè)計為3層,不僅實現(xiàn)了更理想的使用,而且避免了過多的土方工程。建筑體量的定位有利于獲得盡量多的自然采光的同時,避免相互間投射陰影。建筑坐落在場地西部邊緣,跌落的體量有利于獲得來自南向和東向的日照,同時與原有建筑保持距離。教室布置平面布新建筑內(nèi)部功能空間分布于三個標(biāo)高層,最低層+0.00m標(biāo)高為幼兒園以及包括多功能用房、接待和管理用房在內(nèi)的公共空間,+0.90m標(biāo)高處設(shè)置了通往其他建筑的通道。幼兒園教室3個一組朝北呈梳齒狀布局,設(shè)置天窗以加強(qiáng)采光及空氣對流。再高一點(diǎn)的標(biāo)高層為小學(xué)教學(xué)區(qū),共有18個教室以及附屬小組和教學(xué)團(tuán)隊教室,6間一組布局。教室分成兩部分平行排列,形成一個長條形的庭院,教室朝東,走廊為東西向。最高標(biāo)高樓層設(shè)計有兩組教室,每組6間排列成L形,錯落的建筑體量順應(yīng)了場地的斜坡。3個樓層每層都有一個入口,方便學(xué)生快速到達(dá)戶外游戲區(qū)域。磚的施工可能性建筑主要應(yīng)用混凝土和磚這兩種材料。混凝土用于不透光立面,磚用于教室和走廊立面。在本項目中,建筑設(shè)計團(tuán)隊繼續(xù)了對磚作為墻體和低技遮蔽物的可能性進(jìn)行了研究。效仿織布和花邊的處理手法,以磚砌筑不透明的門檻和門楣,可用于遮避光線。easte-dintheastsi數(shù)據(jù)集的構(gòu)建Theanswertothefeaturesofthesitehasbeeninstrumentalastherelationshipwiththeplotoftheexistingcenterandthebuildingsthatwerethoughttoremain.Theplotshowedamarkedslopeasseatedinthemountainside,withadifferenceof12.50mbetweentheupperandlowerstreet.Thebuildingisavailableinthreelevelswhichareadaptedtotheslopetoallowagoodrelationshipwiththeoutersurfacestofacilitateaccessibilityandavoidexcessiveearthworks.Theorientationofthevolumeshelpstomaximumlightcaptureofspaceandavoidcastshadowsbetweenvolumes.Inthiswaythebuildingislocatedonthewesternedgeoftheplotandgoesstaggeringtocapturethelightfromthesouthandeastandatthesametimeitmanagestomaintainthedistancetotheexistingbuilding.清三主最適混合組織案例5計劃可節(jié)約ain體,4.Ofthethreelevelsmentionedabove,theloweroneisreservedfor+0.00NurserySchoolandtoconfigureaccesstotherestofthebuilding+0.90,withsomecommonspacessuchasmulti-purposeroom,receptionandadministration.NurserySchoolclassroomsaregroupedwithacombpatterningroupsofthree,north-facingandreinforcingthisarrangementbylightingfromtheskylights,thatprovidecross-ventilationtoo.AttheupperlevelsPrimarySchoolteachingareasarelocatedarrangedingroupsofsix,withatotalof18classroomsaswellastheirannexedsmallgroupandteachingteamsclassrooms.Theclassroomsarearrangedintwoparallelpiecesthatformalongitudinalcourtyardandaregearedtowardstheeastwhilethecirculationsareeast-westcorridors.IntheupperfloortwogroupsofsixclassroomsaresolvedwithaL-shapearrangement.Thisstaggeredvolumetryadaptsitselftotheslope,thereforeeachofthesethreefloorshasalevelaccessthatallowsquickaccesstooutdoorrecreationareas.“接枝”—MaterialityThebuildingmaterialityrestsontwostrongmaterials:concreteandbrick.Concretemakesuptheopaquefacadeswhilebrickisusedonclassroomsandcorridorsfacadeswithtextiletreatment.Thearchitectsteamonthisprojectcontinuedtheirresearchintothepossibilitiesofbrickasawallandasalow-techscreen.Thistreatment,similartoafabricknitting,ahemstitching,allowstheformationofopaquesillsandlintelsandatthesametimethebrise-soleilelementsthatfilterthelight.u2004范圍Thebuildingwasdevelopedinasinglephasewhichinpracticewasorganizedinthreestages.Thefirststagecoverstheconstructionofthenewcenterentirelyinthenewplotbesidetheoldschoolthatreplaces.Afterthenewschoolstart-upthedemolitionoftheoldonewasconcluded.Finallythelastphaseincludedthewholeurbanizationoffreespaceswithsportsfacilities,recreationalplaygroundsandgreenareas.Thisprocessexplainswhytheproject
