(chǎn)，按如下進(jìn)行：保證所有管道按照安裝闡明上的規(guī)定連接。保證所有外部給料的參數(shù)（顆粒大小，固體濃度，流量）滿足MULTOTEC提供的《冶金學(xué)操作原則規(guī)范》。調(diào)整分流器到合適位置，使?jié){液在螺旋分選機(jī)中合理分流。注意：剛開始工作時(shí)，螺旋分選機(jī)也許會(huì)產(chǎn)出不合規(guī)定的產(chǎn)品。若出現(xiàn)這種狀況，請(qǐng)參照本手冊(cè)的故障分析。CONDITIONMONITORINGANDEQUIPMENTMAINTENANCEThespiralconcentratorhasnomovingpathapartfromtheproductsplitter.Theperformanceoftheequipmentisaffectedbythefollowingfactors,whichshouldbemonitoredatregularintervalsduringoperation.FeedCondition:-dailySpiralfeedshouldbedeclinedandfreeoflargeparticles(+3mm).Blockagesinthefeedpiping,orificesanddepositofsolidsonthespiraltrougharecausedbythepresenceofover-sizematerial,aswellasexcessivewearofallwettedparts.Dailychecksforthepresenceofover-sizematerialshouldbeconducted(visualorsample).Upstreamfeedpreparationequipment(cyclones,screens)shouldbecheckedifexcessiveamountsofslims,orcoarseparticlesarepresentinthespiralfeed.SplitterSettings:-dailyThepositionofproductsplittershastobedeterminedfrominitialtestsduringcommissioningandshouldremainunchangedduringoperation,unlessfeedconditionorproductrequirementschange.Impactofwaterjetsontothesplitterblades,etc.duringplantcleaningcanchangethepositionofthesplittersandcareshouldbetakenthatplantmaintenanceactivitiesdonotaffectsplittersettings.Wear:-monthlyOrifices,piping,fittingsandspiralsurface’sexperiencewearduringnormaloperationaluse,atdifferentrates,dependingonoperatingconditions.Allwettedcomponentsandpartsshouldbemonitoredonamonthlybasisforwear.工況監(jiān)測(cè)與設(shè)備維護(hù)螺旋分選機(jī)除產(chǎn)品分流器以外，沒有活動(dòng)部件。設(shè)備的體現(xiàn)受如下原因影響，在運(yùn)行期間，這些原因需要定期檢測(cè)。入料條件：-日測(cè)螺旋的給料為向下給料，入料粒度不適宜過大（不超過3mm）。給料管、量孔板的堵塞以及螺旋槽上的物料堆積，都是由于超大尺寸顆粒導(dǎo)致的，濕部件的過度磨損也是由于超大尺寸顆粒導(dǎo)致的。因此需要對(duì)超大尺寸顆粒的平常檢測(cè)（觀測(cè)或者采樣）。需要常常檢查上級(jí)設(shè)備（旋流器，篩子等）上面與否有超量的煤泥，或者粗顆粒給入螺旋分選機(jī)。分流器設(shè)置：-日測(cè)產(chǎn)品分流器的位置在最初試車時(shí)的運(yùn)行測(cè)試中就應(yīng)當(dāng)被確定下來，并在生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行中保持不變，除非入料條件或者產(chǎn)品規(guī)定發(fā)生變化。在設(shè)備清洗過程中沖到分流器刀片上的水會(huì)變化分流器的位置。因此，在設(shè)備維護(hù)行動(dòng)中，必須格外小心，不要變化分流器的設(shè)置。磨損：-月測(cè)在不一樣流量下，正常使用中量孔板、管道、管道配件與螺旋表面的磨損，跟操作條件有關(guān)。所有濕部件應(yīng)當(dāng)以月為單位檢查磨損狀況。
