Groove

Itindicatestheblackbelt-like,horizontallylongpatternonthebladedicerdicingline.Forinstance,itreferstothelaserkerfthatwaspre-conditionedwiththelaserabrasiondicer.

Offsetofthegroovecenterandthekerfcenterthatwascreatedafterthebladedicing.

OverviewoftheFunction

Theuseofthefunctionislimitedtotheparticularusers.Thustheoperationandrecipedataofthefunctionarenotdisplayedinthenormaloperation.

Ifyouwishtousethefunction,theconfigurationsettingdata"Laseradjustfunctionoptionalsettingfunction(CFG-ID:11093)"shallbeactivated(ON).TheconfigurationsettingshallbedonebytheACCRETECHengineer.Pleasecontacttheservicecenternearyou.

Whenperformingthekerfcheckinthelasergroovemode,inadditiontotheusualevaluationparametersofthekerfcheck,calculatethebladeshift(BldSft),thelasershift(LsrSft),thelaserWmin(LsrW),laserLmax(LsrL)andevaluatethekerfandthegrooveposition.

Ifanyabnormalityisdetectedastheresultoftheevaluation,analarmwillbeactivatedandthemachinewillstopoperating.(Detailedspecificationofthealarmisexplainedlaterin5.5.)

Whenthelaseradjustfunction(RCP-ID:43733)isenabled(ON),bycombiningtheDYcorrectionandalignmentcorrection,thebladeshiftcanbecontrolled.(Detailedspecificationofthecorrectionisexplainedlaterin5.3.)
