havewomeninpowerfulproducingroles.Filmsdirectedorco-directedbywomeninclude13th,

directedbyAvaDuVernay9Belle,directedbyAmmaAsante,andAmericanSplendor,directedby

ShariSpringerBermanandRobertPulcini.AndwomenproducersincludeLyndaObstandEmma

Thomas(Interstellar)andRuthAnnHarnischandDanielleRenfrewBehrens(Columbus).
