1.Introduction
TheShanghaiGeneralMotors(SGM)CustomerSatisfactionSurveywasconductedtoassessthelevelofsatisfactionamongSGMcustomersinShanghai,China.Thisreportsummarizesthefindingsofthesurvey,whichwascarriedoutwithasamplesizeof1000customers.
2.Methodology
