countrieswheretheIifeprospectsoftheyoungaremostsharpIydeterminedbythe

thefrustrationsoftheyoung,whoIongtoenterourshrinkingmiddlecIass.Soaring

ahighschooldipIomahaveseentheirincomesdeciineby13percentoverthepast
35years.
