Anumberofadvocatesof"realist"international-relations

MostissueshavebeendecidedbytheLDPmandarinslongbefore
theyreachthispoint,letalonethefloorofparliament,
leavingeventheprimeministerlimitedinfluence,andallowing
preciouslittleroomforpublicdebateandevenlessfor
accountability.
