(1)largecapacityandsmallsize;
(2)high-performanceandmulti-function;
(3)enhancetheease-of-use;
(4)increaseinlifeexpectancyandreliability;
(5)ofpollution-free.
Largecapacityandsmallsizeofthepowersemiconductordeviceswillbewiththedevelopmentofcontinuousdevelopment.Inrecentyears,drivenbyavoltagepowersemiconductordevicesIGBT(IsolatedGateBipolarTransistor,isolationgatebipolartransistors)hasdevelopedveryrapidlyandquicklyintothetraditionaluseofBJT(bipolarpowertransistor)andpowerMOSFET(FET)Thevariousfields.Inaddition,theIGBTswitchingdevicefortheIPM(IntelligentPowerModule,IPM)andMonolithicPowerICchipwillpowerswitchingdevicesanddrivingcircuit,suchastheprotectionofintegratedcircuitsinthesamepackage,withhighperformanceandreliabilityThemerits,withtheirhighcurrentandhighpressureofthedevelopmentofsmallandmedium-sizedconverterwillcertainlybemorewidelyused.
Withmicro-electronicstechnologyandsemiconductortechnologydevelopment,forInverterCPUandsemiconductordevicesandavarietyofsensorsofgettinghigherandhigher.Withthefrequencyconvertertechnologyandthedevelopmentofthegrowingmaturityoftheexchangegovernor,moderncontroltheoryareconstantlynewapplications.Thesehavefurtherimprovedtheperformanceofinverterprovidedtheconditions.Inaddition,withthefrequencyconvertertofurtherpromotetheuseandsupportarealsoconstantlymadenewdemands,thefrequencyconvertermanufacturerstocontinuouslyimprovetheperformanceandfrequencyconverterfunctionsinInverterneweffortstomeetuserAndtheneedforthefiercecompetitioninthemarketinaninvincibleposition.
Withthefrequencyconvertermarketcontinuestoexpand,howtofurtherenhancetheease-of-useinverter,sothatthetechnicalstaffandevenordinarynon-technicalstaffcanquicklymastertheuseoffrequencyconvertertechnologyhasbecomemanufacturersmustconsidertheissue.Becauseonlyeasy-to-useproductscancontinuetoacquirenewcustomersandfurtherexpandthemarket,sothefutureofthenewconverterwillbemoreeasytooperate.
Withthedevelopmentofsemiconductortechnologyandthedevelopmentofpowerelectronicstechnology,thefrequencyconverterusedinthevariouscomponentsofthelifeandreliabilityareconstantlyimproving,theywillmaketheirownlifeandthefrequencyconvertertofurtherincreasereliability.
Inrecentyears,peoplehaveattachedgreatimportancetoenvironmentalissues,andthusa"greenproducts"name.Therefore,theinverter,mustalsoconsideritsimpactonthesurroundingenvironment.
Promotetheuseofthefrequencyconverterintheearlystagesofthenoiseproblemwasonceabigproblem.Withthelow-noiseconverterIGBTtheemergenceofthisissuehasbasicallybeenresolved.However,withthenoiseproblemtosolve,people'slooksandaconvertertothesurroundingenvironmentandtheimpactofothercontinuouslyexplorenewsolutions.Forexample,theuseofadiode-voltageconverterandPWMinvertercircuitconverter,thefrequencyconverteritselfthehighharmonicswillbringsupplyvoltageandcurrentdistortion,andatthesamepowertoaffecttheotherequipment.However,throughtheuseofthefrequencyconverterRectifiercircuitPWM,wecanbasicallysolvetheproblem.AlthoughbecauseofpriceandcontroltechnologyandotheraspectsofthereasonsforthecurrentPWMconverterhasnotbeenpromotingtheinverter,but,withthefrequencyconvertertechnologydevelopmentandthepeopleoftheimportanceofenvironmentalissues.
PLC及變頻器技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢1.可編程控制器的發(fā)展趨勢可編程控制器是一種數(shù)字運(yùn)算操作的電子系統(tǒng),專為在工業(yè)環(huán)境下應(yīng)用而設(shè)計(jì)。它采用可編程序的存儲器,用來在其內(nèi)部存儲執(zhí)行邏輯運(yùn)算,順序控制,定時(shí),計(jì)數(shù)和算術(shù)運(yùn)算等操作指令,并通過數(shù)字式,模擬式的輸入和輸出,控制各種類型的機(jī)械或生產(chǎn)過程??删幊炭刂破骷捌溆嘘P(guān)的設(shè)備,都應(yīng)按易于與工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)聯(lián)成一個(gè)整體,易于擴(kuò)充功能的原則而設(shè)計(jì)。21世紀(jì),PLC會有更大的發(fā)展。從技術(shù)上看,計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的新成果會更多地應(yīng)用于可編程控制器的設(shè)計(jì)和制造上,會有運(yùn)算速度更快、存儲容量更大、智能更強(qiáng)的品種出現(xiàn);從產(chǎn)品規(guī)模上看,會進(jìn)一步向超小型及超大型方向發(fā)展;從產(chǎn)品的配套性上看,產(chǎn)品的品種會更豐富、規(guī)格更齊全,完美的人機(jī)界面、完備的通信設(shè)備會更好地適應(yīng)各種工業(yè)控制場合的需求;從市場上看,各國各自生產(chǎn)多品種產(chǎn)品的情況會隨著國際競爭的加劇而打破,會出現(xiàn)少數(shù)幾個(gè)品牌壟斷國際市場的局面,會出現(xiàn)國際通用的編程語言;從網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展情況來看,可編程控制器和其它工業(yè)控制計(jì)算機(jī)組網(wǎng)構(gòu)成大型的控制系統(tǒng)是可編程控制器技術(shù)的發(fā)展方向。目前的計(jì)算機(jī)集散控制系統(tǒng)DCS(DistributedControlSystem)中已有大量的可編程控制器應(yīng)用。伴隨著計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展,可編程控制器作為自動化控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)和國際通用網(wǎng)絡(luò)的重要組成部分,將在工業(yè)及工業(yè)以外的眾多領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮越來越大的作用。2.變頻器技術(shù)的發(fā)展動向變頻器進(jìn)入實(shí)用期已超過了1/4個(gè)世紀(jì),在此期間,作為變頻器技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)的電力電子技術(shù)和微電子技術(shù)都經(jīng)理了飛躍性的發(fā)展,隨著新型電力電子器件和高性能微處理器的應(yīng)用以及控制技術(shù)的發(fā)展,變頻器的性能價(jià)格比越來越高,體積越來越小,而廠家則仍然在不斷地為實(shí)現(xiàn)變頻器的進(jìn)一步小型化而做著新的努力。從技術(shù)方面來看,隨著變頻器市場的進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大,今后變頻器技術(shù)將會隨著與變頻器有關(guān)的技術(shù)的發(fā)展在下面幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)一步得到發(fā)展:(1)大容量和小體積化;(2)高性能和多功能化;(3)易操作性的提高;(4)壽命和可靠性增加;(5)無公害化。大容量化和小體積化將會隨著電力半導(dǎo)體器件的發(fā)展而不斷的到發(fā)展。近年來,采用電壓驅(qū)動的電力半導(dǎo)體器件IGBT(IsolatedGateBipolarTransistor,隔離門極雙極晶體管)發(fā)展很快,并在迅速進(jìn)入傳統(tǒng)上使用BJT(雙極功率晶體管)和功率MOSFET(場效應(yīng)管)的各種領(lǐng)域。此外,以IGBT為開關(guān)器件的IPM(IntelligentPowerMod
