房屋租賃合同英文

HouseLeaseContract

PartyA:(Landlord'sName)withIDnumber(Landlord'sID)andaddressat(Landlord'sAddress).PartyB:(Tenant'sName)withIDnumber(Tenant'sID)andaddressat(Tenant'sAddress).

Bothpartiesherebyagreeonthefollowingtermsandconditions:

1.BasicInformationPartyAagreestoleasethepropertylocatedat(PropertyAddress)toPartyBforresidentialpurposesonly.

2.TermTheleasewillcommenceon(StartingDate)andwillterminateon(EndingDate).Bothpartiesagreetofulfilltheobligationsduringthetermofthelease.

3.RentPartyBagreestopay(AmountofRent)permonth,dueonthe(DueDate)ofeachmonth.PartyBwillberesponsibleforanylatepaymentfees.Thefirstmonth'srentwillbedueonthemove-indate.

4.SecurityDepositPartyBwillpayasecuritydepositof(AmountofSecurityDeposit)toPartyAatthetimeofsigningthisagreement.ThesecuritydepositwillberefundedtoPartyBattheendoftheleaseterm,providedthereisnodamageorunpaidrent.

5.UtilitiesAdjustmentsforutilities(electricity,water,gas,etc.)willbemadebetweenthepartiesattheendoftheleaseterm.PartyBisresponsibleforpayingallutilitychargesduringtheleaseterm.

6.MaintenanceandRepairPartyAwillmaintainthepropertyingoodconditionandrepairthepropertyandequipmentthatbecomedefectiveordamagedduenottoPartyB’simproperuse.PartyBagreestokeepthepropertycleanandtidyandtoinformPartyAofanydamagesorrepairsneededinatimelymanner.

7.UseofPropertyPartyBshallusethepropertysolelyforresidentialpurposesandshallnotsubletorassignthepropertyinwholeorparttoanyotherindividualorentitywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofPartyA.PartyBshallcomplywithalllawsrelatingtotheuseofthepropertyandassumeallresponsibilityforanyillegalactsthatoccurinthepropertyduringtheleaseterm.

8.AssignmentandSublettingPartyBshallnotassignortransferthisagreementorsubletthepropertywithoutpriorwrittenconsentfromPartyA.

9.TerminationIfPartyBviolatesanyofthetermsofthisagreement,PartyAhastherighttoterminatethisagreementanddemandPartyB’simmediatedismissal.IfPartyAviolatesanyofthetermsofthisagreement,PartyBhastherighttoterminatethisagreement.

10.LawandJurisdictionThisagreementisgovernedbyandinterpretedinaccordancewiththelawsofthePeople’sRepublicofChina.Anydisputesarisingfromorrelatingtothisagreementshallbesettledthroughnegotiation,orthrougharbitrationinaccordancewiththearbitrationrulesofthePeople’sRepublicofChina.

11.EntireAgreementThisagreementistheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallpriornegotiations,understandings,andagreementsbetweenthem,whetherverbalorwritten.Anychangestothisagreementmustbeinwritingandsignedbybothparties.

12.LegalEffectandExecutabilityIfanyprovisionofthisagreementshallbeheldtobeinvalidorunenforceable,theremainingprovisionsofthisagreementshallremainvalid
