3.PriceandPayment:

5.QualityInspection:

5.1TheBuyershallhavetherighttoinspecttheProductuponarrivalatthedestination.AnydiscrepanciesfoundshallbenotifiedtotheSellerwithin[specifynumberofdays]daysofreceipt.

5.2IftheProductfailstomeettheagreedspecifications,theSellershallbeliableforthecostofreturntransportation,andtheBuyerhastherighttoeitherrequestareplacementorcancelthecontract.

6.ForceMajeure:

Bothpartiesshallbeexemptfromliabilityforfailuretoperformanyobligationsunderthiscontractduetoeventsbeyondtheircontrolandnotreasonablyforeseeable.Theseeventsmayincludebutarenotlimitedtonaturaldisasters,war,strikes,orgovernmentactions.

7.DisputeResolution:
