InsideJuyongPassthereisanancientmarbleplatformknownasCloudTerrace“.Itwasfirstbuiltin1342duringtheYuanDynasty.ThereusedtobethreeTibetanstylepagodasbuiltontheterracewitharoadpassingunderitfromnorthtosouth.Therefore,itwasalsocalledTheCrossingRoadPagoda“.Later,whenthepagodasweredestroyed,atemplewasbuiltontheverysite.However，thetemplewasburntdowninafireintheearlyyearsoftheQingDynasty，soonlytheterraceremained.TherearealsoBuddhistscripturesinscribedonthestonewallintheSanskrit，Tibetan，Basiba(akindofMongolianscript)，Xixia，UygurandHanlanguages.Theyofferuswonderfulexamplesoftheirexquisiteworkmanshipandvividnessincarving.TheyareextremelyvaluabletothestudyofBuddhismandancientlanguages.
