Dearexecutivesandcolleagues,

Iamhonoredtopresentthisannualproductionreportforourhydropowerplant.Inthepastyear,wehavemaderemarkableachievementsintermsofbothproductionandoperation,thankstothejointeffortsandremarkablecontributionsofallemployees.

ProductionOverview

Inthepastyear,ourhydropowerplanthasachievedatotalgeneratingcapacityof3.5billionkWh,anincreaseof8.3%comparedtothepreviousyear.Amongthem,thefirstandsecondquarterswerethemostproductive,generating1.2billionkWhand1.1billionkWh,respectively.

Theincreaseingeneratingcapacitywasmainlyduetotheoptimizationoftheunita€?soperation,improvedhydraulicperformance,andtheimplementationoftechnologicalupgradesinouroperations.Ourpowergenerationequipmenthasbeenmaintainedinexcellentcondition,andallnecessaryrepairsandupgradesweremadeontimetoensureoptimalperformance.

OperationOverview

Ourhydropowerplantcontinuedtomaintainstableandreliableoperationsinthepastyear,whileensuringenvironmentalprotectionandsafetyonthepremiseofstableproduction.Wehaveadheredtotheprincipleofa€?safetyfirsta€?andestablishedaperfectenvironmentalprotectionsystemtoensurethesustainabledevelopmentofouroperations.

Inthepastyear,theaveragedailyavailabilityofourpowerplantswasover99%,andtheunplannedoutageratewaslessthan0.01%,whichwasfarbetterthantheindustryaverage.Wehavealsomadesignificantprogressinaccidentpreventionandemergencyresponse,withnoseriousaccidentsorenvironmentalpollutionincidentsduringtheyear.

Inaddition,wehaveactivelypromotedgreenenergyandimplementedenergyconservationandemissionreductionpolicies.Asaresult,thecarbondioxideemissionperunitofourhydropowerplantwasreducedby8%,whichsignificantlycontributedtoChina'sgoalofreducingcarbondioxideemissions.

Thetotalgeneratingcapacityofourhydropowerplantwas3.5billionkWh,anincreaseof8.3%fromthepreviousyear.

Ourunit'ssystemavailabilitywasover99%,andtheunplannedoutageratewaslessthan0.01%.

ChallengesandOpportunities

Despiteourachievements,therewerestillsomechallengesandobstaclesthatwefacedduringthepastyear.Firstly,theimplementationofnewtechnologicalreformsandupgradeswillrequiresignificantinvestment,whichmayimpactthecompany'sfinancialperformance.Secondly,naturaldisasterssuchasfloodsanddroughtsmaycauseunforeseenchallengesanddisruptionstoouroperations.

However,weremainconfidentandoptimisticaboutthefutureopportunitiesforourhydropowerplant.Webelievethatbyleveragingourstrengthsintechnologicalinnovationandoperationalexcellence,wewillcontinuetomakesignificantcontributionstothedevelopmentofgreenenergyandthesustainabledevelopmentofourindustry.
