BytheShangDynasty(around1600-1046BCE),thesesymbolshadbecomea

well-developedwritingsystem.Overtheyears,thesystemdevelopedintodifferentforms,asit

characters.This,however,changedunderEmperorEmperorQinshihuangoftheQinDynasty
