satisfiedwithamerely"good"job.Theycareaboutvariousfactorssuchas

theworkingconditionsthesalarytheworkingplace(inthecityorinthe

countryside)etc.Thereforealthoughtherearemanyvacantjobswaitingfor

thecollegestudentstheyareunwillingtoacceptthem.Anotherreasonisthat

themajorssomestudentsstudyincollegedonotfitinwiththedemandsof

thevacantjobs.Sotheycanonlyletthejobspassbyregretfully.Howtosolve

thisproblem?Inmyopinionthegapbetweenthejobs'demandsandcollege

students'demandsshouldbebridged.Thecompaniesorfactoriesshouldoffer

favorableconditionsforcollegestudentswhilethelatershouldnetfocustheir

attentiononlyonthemateralaspectofajob.Theyshouldthinkmoreabout

theirfuturedevelopmentandtheircontributionstosociety.Moreovercollege

studentsshouldrealizetheirowndefectsandfurtherimprovethemselvesin

ordertomeetwiththeneedsofsociety.CollegeStudent'sJob-HuntingIn

recentyears,collegestudentsfinditdificulttohuntajob.Itsoundsvery

strangesincecollegestudentsaretheyoungeliteofsociety.Theyhave

rreceivedadvancededucation.Theyareintelligent,aspirant,and

knowledgeable.Theyareeagertolearnandtodotheirbestforsociety.But

howcomescollegestudentshavedifficultyinfindingjobs?Thereareseveral

reasonsforthisstrangephenomenon.Oneimportantreasonisthatnowadays,

collegestudentspursuetoohighagoal.Theyarenotsatisfiedwithamerely

"good"job.Theycareaboutvariousfactors,suchastheworkingconditions,

thesalary,theworkingplace(inthecityorinthecountryside),etc.Therefore,

althoughtherearemanyvacantjobswaitingforthecollegestudents,theyare

unwillingtoacceptthem.Anotherreasonisthatthemajorssomestudents

studyincollegedonotfitinwiththedemandsofthevacantjobs.Sotheycan

onlyletthejobspassbyregretfully.Howtosolvethisproblem?Inmyopinion,

thegapbetweenthejobs'demandsandcollegestudents'demandsshouldbe

bridged.Thecompaniesorfactoriesshouldofferfavorableconditionsfor

collegestudents,whilethelatershouldnetfocustheirattentiononlyonthe

materalaspectofajob.Theyshouldthinkmoreabouttheirfuture

developmentandtheircontributionstosociety.Moreover,collegestudents

shouldrealizetheirowndefectsandfurtherimprovethemselvesinorderto

meetwiththeneedsofsociety.

7.ChangesinPeople'sWaysofCommunicationAsthetwopiechartsillustrate

therewereconsiderablechangesinpeople'swaysofcommunicationinthe20

yearsfrom1975to1995.Letterswhichdominatedhalfofthe

communicationsmarketin1975tookuponlyfourpercentofthepeople's

choiceswhilethepercentageofcomputersdoubledandthatofphonesalmost

doubledinthosetwodecades.Suchdramaticchangesreflectedthe

conveniencethemodernwaysofcommunicationbroughttopeople.Withthe

quickeningpaceoflifemostpeopledidnotwanttotakethetroubleofwriting

andpostingaletterandthenwaitingendlesslyfortheanswerwhichcouldbe

finishedinseveralminutes.Overthetelephonepeoplecouldtalkpleasantly

nomatterhowfarawaytheywerefromeachother.Withaclickofthemouse

themailwouldreachthereceiver'smailboxinasecond.Sincethetelephone

andthecomputercouldsavepeoplesomuchtimemoneyandenergypeople

werelikelytodependmoreonthemtocommunicatewithothersthanonthe
