bar現(xiàn)在分詞作賓語補(bǔ)足語

.coming為現(xiàn)在分詞，它引導(dǎo)的短語修飾noise，為賓語補(bǔ)足語。也可變?yōu)閺木浣Y(jié)構(gòu)：astrangenoisethatcamefromthebar。表感覺的動詞如see，hear，feel，watch，notice等之后，往往用賓語+賓語補(bǔ)足語這個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)，其賓語補(bǔ)足語既可以是不定式（通常不加to），也可以是現(xiàn)在分詞，兩者在意義上區(qū)別不大，現(xiàn)在分詞表示動作正在發(fā)生，不定式則表示動作發(fā)生了：

sleep既可作動詞也可作名詞,作名詞時(shí)解釋為“睡眠”。

fallasleep和gotosleep都可以解釋為“入睡”，如果要說“去睡覺”應(yīng)該是“gotobed。

asleepadj.熟睡的,這個(gè)詞只能跟在系動詞后面作表語，而不能用來修飾名詞，如：

Quiet!Thebabyisasleep.安靜！寶寶睡著呢。

turnthelightson開燈on為形容詞，表示“開著的，接通的”，其反義詞為off。eg.Whenhearrivedhome,hefoundthatallthelightswereon.eg.IstheTVon?IthoughtIhaveturneditoff.Healsosaidthathehadfoundfiveemptywhiskybottleswhichtheghostmusthavedrunkthenightbefore.直接引語變成間接引語時(shí)，時(shí)間狀語要改變。lastnight昨天晚上thenightbefore前一天晚上，（2）that引導(dǎo)的為間接引語，因此時(shí)間狀語要變動。直接引語中的時(shí)間狀語為lastnight，轉(zhuǎn)述時(shí)變成了thenightbefore。其他時(shí)間狀語的變化有：now→then，twodaysago→twodaysbefore/earlier，today→thatday，tonight→thatnight，tomorrow→thenext/followingday，lastnight→thenightbefore等。

which引導(dǎo)的從句用來修飾fiveemptywhiskybottles，由于鬼魂喝的是酒，因此句中的5個(gè)瓶子指的是5瓶酒。這是一種借喻的修飾方法。
