2.區(qū):except/exceptfor/besides

⑴用于一定句:①except意”除…以外(不再有)”

besides意"除……以外(有)”

②exceptfor:表示“除了(因)……”之意,表示除掉整體中的一部分,它所表達(dá)的

事或部分用來修正句子的主要意思。

例:Yourcompositionisgoodexceptforafewspellingmistakes.

注意:當(dāng)except用于句首,后邊常常要加上“for%

例:Everythingisingoodorderexceptthis.

^Exceptforthis,everythingisingoodorder.

③except后可接副、介短、從句等。

(2)用于否認(rèn)句:besides和except可互相替。

(3)besides能夠作副:意“并且,有”。

3.while用法小。

①while可引狀從句,但從句中的必是持性的,重主句作和從句作相比。

句,表示“然……”,相當(dāng)于althougho

4.區(qū):live/alive/living/lively/lovely

①live:adj.“活著的”,只充任前置定,修植物。

?alive:表形容,在句中充任表或。如作定,后置。意“活的,有生氣的”。

5.某些一定加doing(動(dòng)名詞形式)作賓語的動(dòng)詞總結(jié):

consider(考慮);suggest(建議);miss(錯(cuò)過);can'thelp(不由得);

imagine;practise;mind;enjoy;finish

止匕夕卜:①allow,advise,permit,forbid后也要跟doing作賓語;但要跟不

定式的復(fù)合構(gòu)造,即:

doingsth.sb.

allow/advise/permit/forbid

todosth.

②有些詞既可加"doing”作賓語,也可加“todo”作賓語,但意義卻有所不

同,如:

doingsth.著做……

trymeandoingSth.意味著

todosth.全力做…todosth.打當(dāng)作……

todosth.忘了去做某事todosth.停下往來做另一件事
