兒童的學(xué)習(xí)越困難,他在學(xué)習(xí)中遇到的似乎無法克服的障礙越多,他就應(yīng)當(dāng)更多的閱讀,閱讀能教給他思考,而思考會(huì)變成一種激發(fā)智力的刺激。只有當(dāng)知識成為精神生活的因素,占據(jù)人的思想,激發(fā)人的興趣時(shí),才能稱之為知識。

1、教師的服飾-----服飾是信任的外衣

本書反復(fù)強(qiáng)調(diào)教師服飾的重要性,對學(xué)生的影響非常的重要,特別強(qiáng)調(diào)教師服飾的細(xì)節(jié),衣服破損、紐扣的缺少、內(nèi)衣外露、穿超短裙、無袖衫、低胸衣、薄緊身衣、戴大耳環(huán)、戒指等等,一些不符合教師身份的服飾。容易對我們這些青春萌動(dòng)的高中生在不明事實(shí)的情況下造成誤導(dǎo),不修邊幅,不符合教師的形象要求,教師的形象在學(xué)生的眼中會(huì)大大折扣,學(xué)生對教師的評價(jià)也大大降低。在生活中發(fā)現(xiàn)有極少數(shù)教師就很不注重這一點(diǎn),穿衣隨隨便便,很不注重個(gè)人形象,望這些教師自覺改正。

2、教師的規(guī)劃-----自主思考并規(guī)劃教育人生

書中說我們部分教師缺乏對自我專業(yè)發(fā)展的規(guī)劃每天沉溺于瑣碎繁雜的事務(wù)之中,不進(jìn)行自我成長的規(guī)劃。這些對教師今后的發(fā)展極為不利。我們要擺正心態(tài),作好如下的打算:教師的規(guī)劃可分為自我專業(yè)生涯設(shè)計(jì)和學(xué)校教師專業(yè)成長促進(jìn)計(jì)劃、近期計(jì)劃和遠(yuǎn)期規(guī)劃等不同的類型。我自己在這方面沒有注意這點(diǎn),沒有給自己制定人生規(guī)劃,從本學(xué)期起,我要制定一個(gè)規(guī)劃,完成自己的宏偉目標(biāo)。讓自己的教學(xué)和生活充滿陽光和色彩。

3、教師的寬容---一種教師美德

寬容的教師,往往是自信的教師,寬容的教師,往往是具有親和力的教師,寬容表明這位教師寬宏大量,胸襟大度,表明他能屈能伸,不斤斤計(jì)較;表明他有涵養(yǎng)、有耐心、不急功近利。表明他理解、尊重和信任學(xué)生,是教師的一種優(yōu)秀品質(zhì),也是一種教育手段和有效手段,當(dāng)然教師的寬容與嚴(yán)格要求學(xué)生并不矛盾。寬容不是縱容,寬松不是放松??v容是對學(xué)生錯(cuò)誤和缺點(diǎn)無原則的放縱,任其發(fā)展,不加約束。但嚴(yán)格要求學(xué)生也并不等于不容許學(xué)生犯錯(cuò)誤。當(dāng)然,寬容學(xué)生不等于不批評學(xué)生,而是理解在先,批評在后,是在尊重學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)上的批評。一切不分青紅皂白的批評,都是對學(xué)生自信心的傷害,都是對學(xué)生的不尊重。所以我們老師要做寬容的老師。

作為新世紀(jì)的教師,我們?nèi)沃囟肋h(yuǎn),只有把感動(dòng)自己生命的體驗(yàn)融入到自己的日常教學(xué)中,這樣才能不愧人類靈魂的工程師的殊榮。我深愛我的工作,我愿終身在這充滿希望的土地上默默耕耘、無私奉獻(xiàn),成為學(xué)生的良師益友,無愧于“教師”這個(gè)神圣的名字。
