Weneedtoacceptourselvesfirstlybecauseithelpsusacknowledgeourshortcomings.Bydoingso,wearemorelikelytolearnthelessonswhenweencounterfailures.Meanwhile,acceptingourselveshelpsusrealizeourstrengths,whichisessentialforsettingpracticalgoals.

Tobetteracceptourselves,weshouldrecognizethatnooneisperfectandthereisnoshameinadmittingourmistakes.Besides,celebratingwhatwearegoodatisnecessary.That’sall!Thankyou!
