Application:
ThetypeofHY-DTIIfixedbeltconveyer(hereinafterreferredtoasHY-DTIItype)asconveyingcapacity,simplestructure,easymaintenance,lowcost,versatilityandextensiveadvantagesinmetallurgy,coal,transport,utilitiesandotherdepartmentsusedtotransportbulkmaterialsorasitems.Accordingtotherequirementsoftransportationtechnologycanbestand-alonecarrier,andalsobemorethanoneformorotherhorizontalorinclinedconveyordeliverysystem.
HY-DTIItypecanbeworkedatambienttemperature+40degreesCelsiusto-40degreesCelsius,andtransportingmaterialtemperaturebelowthe50℃.Forproof,waterproof,anti-corrosionandheat,cold,andotherspecialrequirementsoftheoccasion,shouldbetakecorrespondingmeasures.
Technicalcharacteristicsandmainparameters:

AsthebandSpeeddivided:0.8,1.0,1.25,1.6,2.0,2.5,3.15,4.0m/sandothereight.
Additionalincludedthe0.3m/sband-speedconveyorsystemhand-selectedspecial.
MaximumtransportcapacityofthisseriesseeTable1
throughputinthetablewascalculatedbythematerialbulkdensityR=1t/m3,conveyorangle1degreeto7degrees,dynamicangleofreposeofmaterialsunderconditionsof30degrees.

StructureOverview:
1)MachineLayout:
HY-DTIItypeofmachinelayoutwerecalculatedbythedesigneraccordingtomaterialhandlingtechnologyandotherrequirementsofthemainparametersandselectthevariouspartsofthisseriestoformacompleteconveyor.Themanufacturershallfabricateandsupplytheproductionacc.toGeneralplanandorder.TheMachinedesignersshouldberesponsibleforthemajordimensions.GeneralmachinelayoutconsistsofFigure1-5ofseveralbasicforms.
2)ConveyerBelt:
Theconveybeltismaincomponentformaterialsdraggingandloading.TheHY-DTIIusethetwokindsofcommonbeltaretherubberandplastic.TheConveyorbeltjointcanbeconnectedwithmechanicalcardorsulfuration(plastic).Whiletheconnectionwithmechanicalcard,theBeltstrengthshallbereducethevaluetousesincethelowstrengthofthejoints.Therefore,themechanicalcardnumbercanbechoicewiththicknessaccordingtoTable2.
Vulcanizing(plastication)connectioncanextendtheoperatinglifeofconveyorbelt,andthestrengthofjointpartsisslightlylowerthanstrengthofbelt.

3)Drive:
ThereareseveralofdriveswhichcanmakeHY-DTIItypeadapttodifferentuse.Instructingrespectivelyasthefollowing:
(1)Openingdrive:whichconsistofamotor,reducer,high-speedcouplingorfluidcoupling,brakes,lowspeedcoupling,roller,orwithbackstopandothercomponents.TheyorassembledonthebaseblockwhichbeweldedbyProfilesteelorwereinstalledintheconcretebase(generallypowerover115KW).
1)Motor:usingofYserieswhilethepowerratebelowthe110KW,thepowerinthe115-185KWusingJSandJRseriestwo.
2)High-speedcoupling:withlessthan37KWmatchwiththeY-seriesmotorisnylonelasticpincoupling.ItisaccordingtoGB5014-85designandmanufacturing.Thehalf-couplingmaterialhavetwotypesofmaterialwere45#steelandHT20-40castiron.Elasticcomponents(dowelpin)ofthematerialgenerallyaretookintheMCnylon.37KWoroverandusedtomatchthemotorisfluidcouplingtoachievesoft-start,canprotectthetransmissionandconveyorbelt.
3)Brake:Fordeliveryordowntheleveloftransportandparkingtimehasstrictrequirementsontheoccasion,istocalculatethebrakingtorquebyselectingelectromagneticbrakehydraulicbrake(Q/ZB119--73).Atthispoint,high-speedcouplingcorrespondingchangesfor"flexiblenylonwheelwithbrakepincoupling"(wheeldiameter300mm),hydraulicbrakewheelcouplingtoahydrauliccoupling
4)Reducer:UseZQ,ZL,ZSY,DCY,etc.involutescylindricalgearreducerandNGWplanetarygearreducerandotherproducts.Which,ZQ,ZSY,DCYandNGWseveralYseriesmotorreducerrespectivelymatch;ZLreducerrespectivelyandJS,JRMotormatch.Beltintheelectionathand,inordertoobtain0.3m/slowbandspeedreducerwithZGWmatchwiththeYseriesmotor.
5)Low-speedshaftcoupling:HY-DTIItypeusedZLflexiblepincouplinginall,thematerialsarecastironandsteelHT20-40ZG35Ⅱ.thematerialofelasticcomponents(dowelpin)generallyusedintheMCnylon.
6)Backstop:Fortheupwardsinclinedconvey,inordertopreventretrogradeloadconveyorbeltstopping,shouldhaveabackstop.HY-DTIIhastheroller-typebackstopandbackstopwithtwoforms.Backstopisactuallyarollerclutch.AndmatchtoreducerofZQ650-1000andZL,putinanotherlow-speedshaftatitsbasewiththereducerinstalledonthesamebase,withabackstopforthereversaloftorqueisrelativelysmall,inthenormaloperationconveyor,conveyorbeltunderthebranchtothefrictionmadebackstop.withcurledinsidethelimiter.Checkbackdevicetoblockonlythistimewiththeflatend,sothatwillnotturnwithabackstop,backstopstateatanytimeinpreparation.Oncetheconveyorloadisstop,whentheconveybeltstarttoreverseundertheactionofthematerial,theconveyorbeltfrictionwilldrivethebackstopmovement.Checkwithafolderuntilthetubeandthebeltbetweenthedriveandwasstraightenedupandplayabackstoprole.Installationinthefieldwasrequestedbytheweldinginthefirstshelfbackstop.Followingthearrangerequirementofthemachine.
OpendrivewereseparatedintoI-,II-typeIII-typethreekindsofassemblyforms,thepatternshowninDiagram6.Allcomponentsaboveanditsmatchingequipmentssuchasthebrakes,magnet,siliconrectifier,brakewheelshallbesuppliedunificationthebyfactory.

(2)Closeddriveelectricdrum,thisisawaytoslowdownthesystemonthedrummotorandthenewdrive.Comparedwithopen-drive,compactstructure,safeoperation,smallsize,lightweight,neatappearance,andlowcost.HY-DTIItypewithapowerof1.5-110kW,drumdiameter320-1000mm,beltspeed0.8-4.0m/s,bandwidthof500-1400mminthevariousspecificationsof2000kindsofroller,thedetailedspecificationsandinstallation,use,maintenanceinstructionsrefertothe"YTH-typeoil-cooledelectricdruminstructionmanual"
4)Drum:
Sub-drivingDrumandReversingDrum
Drivedrumisthemaincomponentforpowertransmission.Theconveyorbeltwasrunbythefrictionbetweendrums.andtheImprovethefrictionwillincreasetheloadofconveyor.Besidethefrictioninwiththebelttension,thesizeofwrapandthefrictioncoefficientbetweentherollersandtheconveyorbelt.HY-DTIItypewithsmoothandplasticsurfaceroller.Thetransfertorqueisdesignedbytwokindsofsurfacefrictioncoefficientbaseonmaximumbelttensionatthewrapangleof180degrees.
Reversingconveyorbelttochangedirectionandincreasetheoperationofdrivingdrumwrapangle.HY-DTIItypeofdeflectordrumcannotbeusedasaheaddischargereversingdrums.allrollerbearingwithwholefixedtotherack.
5)Roller:
TheRollerkeepssupportingtheconveyorbeltandmaterialsinstableoperation.Thechannelrollersforthetransportofbulkmaterials;parallelrollersusedtotransportitemsintoandsupporting.Thenormallydistanceis1.2mbetweentheupsub-rollersconveyorbelt.And3mdistancebetweenthelowsub-roller.Theconvexandconcavearcoftherollerspacingshouldbedecidedbycalculation.Inordertopreventthebeltdeviationaffectstheoperation.Itthegeneraltroughrollersevery10group(parallelonrollers),parallellowerrollersetupwithparallelupperandlowerwitharolleranti-deviationinonegroup.Materialreceivingplacehatherubberring-typebufferrollers.Whenheightbetweenthe800-1200mm,ortransportmaterialsweighingover50kgperblock,itshoulduseabufferrubberring-typeheavy-dutyroller.ThespacebetweenBufferidlersgenerally100-600mm,determinedunderdifferentworkingconditions.HY-DTIIrollertyperadialmazeplasticringseal,dustitbetter,butnotwaterproof.Specialsteelrollertubeandreinforcedplastictube,bearingblockhascastironseats,steelstamping,andthreetypesofreinforcedplasticseat,acarsystemshaftsteppedshaftandtwocold-drawingsteelshaft.Somematerialinstalledoverthesamesize,accordingtothesituationbythemanufacturerselectacombinationoftheproduction
6)Tensioningdevice:
Conveyorbeltneedshouldbewiththetensionforcenormaloperation,HY-DTIItypewithscrewtension,car-typestrainandverticalstraininthreeforms,accordingtotherequiredtensionforce,tension,andtensiondevicethesizeofstrokeofdifferentoptions.Someneedtoaccountforalargebackroom,butwiththecharacteristicsofconstanttensionforce,tensionisalsoalargerstrokeforalongerconveyor.
7)TensionSection:
Whenitcomestothemiddleofthedischargeconveyor,thesmallparticlesizematerial,designatedunloadingsmalltrafficmayusemanualorpneumaticplow,donotusefixed-pointdischargewhenunloadingvehicles(forlargevolumesoforetypematerialscanbeusedforheavyunloadingvehicles).Unloadingtruckshavetwo,threefunneltwo,threefunneldischargeandsimultaneouslyonbothsidesofthemiddleofunloading,twosidesofthesametimecanonlydischargethroughthefunnel,selectedbytheuser.Whenitcomestounloadingthematerialareperpendiculartotheaxiswiththeconveyormorethanallthesilosmaymakeuseofreversibleconveyorwithstorage.Itmaybethemainconveyor(orfeeder)feedmaterialdeliveredtotheleftorrightendofunloadingintothehopper,itisnotsuitablefordeliverybyalargebulkdensityoforeandmaterialsdividethelargeroccasion.
8)Cleanserdevice:
(1)Aircleaningdevicesection:tocleannon-stickconveyorbeltbearingsurfaceadhesionproperties.Topreventthematerialstuckintherearoftheverticaltensiondevicerollerorrollersintension.Itisgenerallyinstalledinthefielditweldedtothefrontofthetworollersinthemiddleoftheshelf,itsspringboardandunderthebranchestouchestheconveyor.
(2)Carbidescrapercleaningdevices:tocleanupstickyadhesivesurfaceoftheconveyorbeltcarryingmaterial,topreventtheadhesivematerialontotheconveyorbeltcausedbypollutionoftheenvironmentandthedeviation.WhenInstalleditinthefieldintheweldingitontherackunderthedischargedrum.
9)Frame,guidechute,headhopperandhood:
HY-DTIItyperackframeseparately,tailrack,themiddleframe,themiddleleg,theverticaltensionbracket,driveracksseveralpartscanbeusedforbulkdensityof2.5tones/cubicmeterofmaterial.Tomeetthedifferentlayoutofconveyorangle,0degreeand20degreeinclinationoftherackvariety.Amongthem,thefirstframeandthedriveracktocenterofthehighrollersweredividedintolow-style,high-style,Chinesethreecategoriesfortheusertochoose.HY-DTIIbasedonmorethan1000mmdiameterdrivepulleyisnotconfiguredfirstframe,fordiametergreaterthan800mmofbendconveyortailplanesarenotconfigured,noconfigurationontheZLreducerdriverack,theuserself-preparedaccordingtothespecificcircumstances.Themiddleframeastwoseparate,redsteelagoodhole,attheinstallationsiteandthemiddlelegswelded,boltedbetweeneachother.Themiddleframeofeachsectionofthestandardlengthofsixmeters,inadditiontonon-standardlengthofthemiddleframeandtworadiusofcurvatureofconvexandconcaveZhangmiddlerackandwalkwithunloadingvehiclesinthemiddleofthesteelrailframefortheusertochoose
Guidetroughwiththreetypesofsegmentoflead,middleandposterior,each1.5metersinlength.Italwaysconsistwithoneafterthesegment,anposteriorandseveralmiddletoformaguidetrough.Thetotallengthofthedecisionbythedesignersasneeded.
Generalandtheheadguardheadfunnelsupportingtheuseofrackmountedintheheadbydischargingrollerdiametertoselect.HY-DTIItypeofguidetroughandheadfunnelisonlyapplicabletobulkdensityoflessthan1.6tons/cubicmetersofmaterial.
ManualBeltConveyor:
ThespecialdesignedconveyorInordertomeettherequirementofnonferrousmetallurgyselectionwithitsspeedof0.3meters/second,bandwidthhas800,1000,1200mminthreetyperespective,thecaptainfrom6-50m,dependbydesignerandthestructureoftheconveyorbeltdivedintolowbranchrowpopandnot.MachineonbothsidesofMulanboardunitsinstalledbyusingself-configuration,manufacturersdonotsupply.

Installation,commissioningandrectification:
Installation:
Inspectionandacceptanceaccordingtostandardsandregulationsshouldbeexecutedbeforeinstallation,andoperatorsshouldhaveacquaintancewiththerequirementsofinstallationtechniqueanddrawingsofconveyor.Therequirementsofinstallationtechniquereferto<Mechanicalequipmentinstallationprojectexecutionandacceptancespecification>TJ231(1)--75.
(1)Installationsequence:
Generallyitshouldbeasfollow:markthecenterline–installtheframe(head–middle–end)–installthelowersupportingrollerandturnaboutdrum–laytheconveyorbeltonthelowersupportingroller–installuppersupportingroller–installtensiondevice,transmissiondrum,anddriveunit–havetheconveyorbeltgothroughbothheadpulleyandendpulley–connectthebelt–tensethebelt–installcleanser,beltbackstopdevice,guidechute,andcoverpiece,etc.
(2)Notice:
1)Allthedrums,supportingrollersanddriveunitsshouldmoveeasilyafterinstallation.
2)Thepre-tighteningforceofthespringshouldbeensuredaccordingtodrawingswheninstallheavyabsorberidler.
3)Putthetensiondruminthemostfrontpositionandtensethebeltwhenconnectingbelt.
4)Whileinstallcentringroller,thestoppingwheelshouldbeinthebackoftheroller,whichisonthemovingdirectionofthebelt(refertogeneralinstallationdrawings).
5)Springcleanser,non-loadedcleanserandbeltbackstopdeviceshouldbeweldedatthepositionaccordingtogeneraldrawings.Theworkingstrokeofpressingspringshouldbeensuredasmorethan20mmwhenweldingspringcleanserandframe,andkeepthecleaned-downmaterialfallintothehopper.Thecleaningeasinessofeachmaterialisdifferent,soadjustthetightnessofpressingspringtochangethepressthatscraperworksontheconveyorbeltbasedonpracticalsituation,inordertocleanadheringmaterialbutnotcausetheexcessiveresistence.
6)Wheninstalltheverticaltensiondevice,steelplatecouldbeusedascoveronthetopoftwoturnaboutdrumsinordertopreventthematerial,whichwillfalldownintotensiondrum,fromdamagingconveyorbelt.
7)Thepressbetweenguidechuteandconveyorbeltshouldbecompatible.
8)wheninstallthedrivedevice,shouldpayattentiontotheconcentricityofmotoraxisandgearboxhigh-speedaxis,andshouldensuretheparalleldisplacementofthetwohalf-partsofnylonpincouplingtobelessthan0.1mm,andtheaxialclearanceonthemax.circumferencetobelessthan0.5mm.(thenylonpincouplingwithbrakedrumisrequiredasthesame)
9)Wheninstallthehydraulicelectromagnetismblockbrake,thebackwarddistanceshouldbeadjustedtomeettherequirements.
10)Wheninstallpowercoupling,shouldbepayattentiontoadjusttheclearanceofimpellerandhousingsidecovertobelessthan1mm.Dividethesteelbeadandredleadpowerintosixequalpartsasperspecifications,theweighttoleranceofeachpartofsteelbeadshouldnotexceed1/1000,thenpackeachpartwithseveralpaperbagsandputthemintothesixgridsofimpellerthroughsidecover,finallytightentheboltsforfixingsidecover.
11)Wheninstalltherollerbrake,shouldpulldownthesidecoverandtakeouttherollerandpressingspring,carefullyadjusttheclearanceofstarwheelandcasingtobelessthan0.15mm,thentightentheanchorboltsofthecasingofbackstopdevice,anddonotplacetherollerandpressingspringinforthemoment(refertoCommissioning).
(3)Conveyorbeltvulcanizing(plastication)connection:
1)Vulcanizing:
cuttherubberbeltintostairshape(onecanvasonestair),widthofstairBis150mm,refertodiagram7.Thecuttingfaceshouldbeflat,andshouldnotdamagethecanvaslayer,thenfilethefaceandsmeartherubberpasteforconnection.pastethesheetrubberonthebutt-jointedofupperandlowerlayers.Vulcanizingbyheatingandpressing.Pressforceis5-10kg/cm2,andtemperatureisaround140oC(ifitisheatedbysteam,theairpressureshouldbe4-4.5kg/cm2),slowlyheatup,andensurethetemperatureofeachpointontheplateishomogeneous.Heatholdingtimeshouldbestartedfrom140oC,andcalculatedasT=16+(T-3)*2(minutes),Tmeanslayernumberofcanvasafterreachingtheholdingtime,stopheatingandletitnaturallycooldownuntilnormaltemperature,thenstoppressingandtakeitout.
2)Plastication:
forplasticconveyor,connectionlengthshouldbe500mmwhenbeltwidthis650mmand800mm,striptheupperoverlapofoneendandloweroverlapoftheotherendbeforeplastication,thenputonepieceofPVCplasticsheetwiththicknessof1mmbetweenthetwoends.Pressingandheatingforplastication.Slowlyheatup,thetemperatureriseto170oCin30minutes.Thenpressingagain,thencooldowntothenormaltemperatureandstoppressing.Formulti-layerplasticconveyor,itcanbestrippedtostairshapeaccordingthetothesizeofmulti-layerrubberbelt,thenplastication,thetemperature,pressandtimeisthethreeessentialfactorsforbothvulcanizingandplastication.Theyaredifferenttoeachotherasformula,temperature,andaeration,etc.conditions,whichareinterrelated.Upmentioneddataareonlyforreference,theownershouldhaveseveraltestsforexperienceandrevisedthedatabeforeformalconnection.
Commissioning:
(1)Beforethenewconveyortobeputintooperation,thereshouldbe2hoursno-loadrunningand8hoursloadrunning.Beforecommissioning,exceptgeneralinspectionofinstallation,followingshouldalsobeinspected:
gearboxandelectricdrumshouldbefilledwithlubricationoilasperspecifications;
whethertheinstallingdirectionofthestarwheelofrollerbrakeisconformtothedirectionofbraking;
theinstallationofretainerforcleanser,beltbackstopdevice,anddischargingcar;
theaccuracyofelectricalsignal,controllingdeviceandwiring.
startthemotorandobservewhethertherotatingdirectionofdrumsarecorrect;
thepartswithrollerbrakeshouldbeequippedwithpressingspringandrollerafteruppermentioneditemsarequalified,thenputonthesidecoverandtightenthebolt.
(2)Followingworksshouldbeexecutedduringcommissioning:
Checkalltherunningpartsofconveyorandthereshouldbenoobviousnoise;
Noabnormaltemperatureriseineachbearing;
Thestatusofrotatingandtighteningofeachdrumandsupportingroller;
Theeffectivenessofcleaser;
Thestatusofforward/backwardrunningofdummycarwithmaterial,andthereshouldbenoslippingafterstopping;
Noobviousshockwhendummycarjointthroughrail;
Nofrictionbetweenconveyorandmovingdummycar;
Theflexibilityandeffectivenessofcentringroller;
Thetightnessofconveyor;
Thepress-buttonofeachelectricalequipmentsshouldbesensitiveandreliable;
Measurethebeltspeed,no-loadpowerandfull-loadpower
Adjustment:
adjusttheoff-trackingofconveyorbelt;
1)Ifbeltisofftrackingatthehead,adjusttheheadtransmissiondrum.Thedirectionrefertodiagram8.Afteradjustment,weldandfixthelocatingpieceatthebearingblock.Thedrivedeviceisallowednottofollowthemovingatthismoment.
2)Ifbeltisofftrackingattheend,adjusttheendturnaboutdrumorscrewtighteningposition,thedirectionrefertodiagram9.Afteradjustment,weldandfixthelocatingpieceatthebearingblock.
3)Ifbeltisofftrackingatthemiddle,adjusttheuppersupportingroller(tothetopset)andlowersupportingroller(tothelowset),thedirectionrefertodiagram10.Ifadjustmentofonesetsupportingrollerisnoteffective,severalsetscouldbeadjusted,buttheoutsetangleofeachsetshouldnotbeexcessive.
4)Ifbeltisofftrackinginacertainpositionandcertainperiod,itcouldbeautomaticallyadjustedbycentringroller.
