前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件是GB/T2423的第17部分。GB/T2423已經(jīng)發(fā)布的部分見附錄NA。

本文件代替GB/T2423.17—2008《電工電子產(chǎn)品環(huán)境試驗第2部分:試驗方法試驗Ka:鹽

霧》,與GB/T2423.17—2008相比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:

a)更改了“范圍”內(nèi)容(見第1章,2008年版的第1章);

b)增加了“概述”(見第4章);

c)“鹽霧”更改為“鹽溶液”,并更改了內(nèi)容(見第5章,2008年版的第3章);

d)更改了“試驗設(shè)備”內(nèi)容(見第6章,2008年版的第2章);

e)增加了“試樣”一章(見第7章);

f)在“預(yù)處理”一章中將“注”的內(nèi)容調(diào)整為正文內(nèi)容(見第9章,2008年版的第5章);

g)增加了“試樣的安置”一章(見第10章);

h)“條件試驗”更改為“運行條件”,并更改了內(nèi)容(見第11章,2008年版的第6章);

i)增加了“試驗持續(xù)時間”一章(見第12章);

j)“相關(guān)規(guī)范中應(yīng)給出的細節(jié)”更改為“相關(guān)規(guī)范應(yīng)給出的信息”,并更改了內(nèi)容(見第15章,

2008年版的第10章);

k)更改了“試驗報告”內(nèi)容(見第16章,2008年版的第9章)。

本文件等同采用IEC60068?2?11:2021《環(huán)境試驗第2?11部分:試驗方法試驗Ka:鹽霧》。

本文件做了下列最小限度的編輯性改動:

—為與現(xiàn)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)協(xié)調(diào),將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)名稱改為《環(huán)境試驗第2部分:試驗方法試驗Ka:鹽霧》;

—增加了附錄NA(資料性)“GB/T2423的組成部分”。

引言

GB/T2423系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)包括了環(huán)境試驗及其嚴(yán)酷等級的基礎(chǔ)信息,用于評定試樣在預(yù)期的貯存、運輸

以及各種使用環(huán)境下的環(huán)境適應(yīng)性。在該系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中,每個文件分別介紹了一組試驗和應(yīng)用。

GB/T2423系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)旨在為產(chǎn)品規(guī)范制定者和產(chǎn)品試驗者提供一系列統(tǒng)一且可重復(fù)的氣候、機械和綜合

等環(huán)境試驗,并包含了測量和試驗用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)大氣條件。

1981年以來,GB/T2423系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)先后有50余項文件發(fā)布實施,現(xiàn)行GB/T2423標(biāo)準(zhǔn)48項,其中

40項采用IEC60068?2系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。現(xiàn)行GB/T2423系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組成部分詳見附錄NA。

本文件規(guī)定的試驗?zāi)康脑谟诒容^電工設(shè)備、部件和材料抗鹽霧腐蝕的能力。

本試驗?zāi)苡糜谠u價防護涂層的質(zhì)量和均勻性。

本試驗引起的劣化與電工設(shè)備、部件和材料長期暴露于含鹽環(huán)境之間的關(guān)系難以確定,不是用于量

化電工設(shè)備、部件和材料的長期老化的可靠方式。本試驗通常會因鹽霧引起加速劣化,為比較電工設(shè)

備、部件和材料在含鹽環(huán)境中的抗腐蝕能力提供了有效方法。

本試驗方法旨在對有腐蝕防護和沒有腐蝕防護的某金屬材料在暴露于鹽霧后所維持的狀態(tài)進行質(zhì)量

比較驗證。
