前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件是GB/T2423的第17部分。GB/T2423已經(jīng)發(fā)布的部分見附錄NA。
本文件代替GB/T2423.17—2008《電工電子產(chǎn)品環(huán)境試驗(yàn)第2部分:試驗(yàn)方法試驗(yàn)Ka:鹽
霧》,與GB/T2423.17—2008相比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:
a)更改了“范圍”內(nèi)容(見第1章,2008年版的第1章);
b)增加了“概述”(見第4章);
c)“鹽霧”更改為“鹽溶液”,并更改了內(nèi)容(見第5章,2008年版的第3章);
d)更改了“試驗(yàn)設(shè)備”內(nèi)容(見第6章,2008年版的第2章);
e)增加了“試樣”一章(見第7章);
f)在“預(yù)處理”一章中將“注”的內(nèi)容調(diào)整為正文內(nèi)容(見第9章,2008年版的第5章);
g)增加了“試樣的安置”一章(見第10章);
h)“條件試驗(yàn)”更改為“運(yùn)行條件”,并更改了內(nèi)容(見第11章,2008年版的第6章);
i)增加了“試驗(yàn)持續(xù)時(shí)間”一章(見第12章);

引言
GB/T2423系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)包括了環(huán)境試驗(yàn)及其嚴(yán)酷等級的基礎(chǔ)信息,用于評定試樣在預(yù)期的貯存、運(yùn)輸
以及各種使用環(huán)境下的環(huán)境適應(yīng)性。在該系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中,每個(gè)文件分別介紹了一組試驗(yàn)和應(yīng)用。
GB/T2423系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)旨在為產(chǎn)品規(guī)范制定者和產(chǎn)品試驗(yàn)者提供一系列統(tǒng)一且可重復(fù)的氣候、機(jī)械和綜合
等環(huán)境試驗(yàn),并包含了測量和試驗(yàn)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)大氣條件。
1981年以來,GB/T2423系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)先后有50余項(xiàng)文件發(fā)布實(shí)施,現(xiàn)行GB/T2423標(biāo)準(zhǔn)48項(xiàng),其中
40項(xiàng)采用IEC60068?2系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)?,F(xiàn)行GB/T2423系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組成部分詳見附錄NA。
本文件規(guī)定的試驗(yàn)?zāi)康脑谟诒容^電工設(shè)備、部件和材料抗鹽霧腐蝕的能力。
本試驗(yàn)?zāi)苡糜谠u價(jià)防護(hù)涂層的質(zhì)量和均勻性。
本試驗(yàn)引起的劣化與電工設(shè)備、部件和材料長期暴露于含鹽環(huán)境之間的關(guān)系難以確定,不是用于量
化電工設(shè)備、部件和材料的長期老化的可靠方式。本試驗(yàn)通常會因鹽霧引起加速劣化,為比較電工設(shè)
備、部件和材料在含鹽環(huán)境中的抗腐蝕能力提供了有效方法。
