前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T10463—2008《玉米粉》,與GB/T10463—2008相比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改

動外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:

—更改了范圍的適用界限(見第1章,2008年版的第1章);

—增加了玉米粗粉和玉米細(xì)粉的術(shù)語和定義(見3.3、3.4);

—更改了分類方式(見第4章,2008年版的第4章);

—增加了原料要求(見第5章);

—更改了部分質(zhì)量指標(biāo)要求(見表1,2008年版的表1);

—增加了凈含量的要求(見6.2);

—刪除了“衛(wèi)生要求、真實(shí)性要求”(見2008年版的5.2、5.3);

—更改了檢驗(yàn)方法(見第7章,2008年版的第6章);

—更改了檢驗(yàn)規(guī)則(見第8章,2008年版的第7章);

—更改了對標(biāo)簽標(biāo)識的要求(見第9章,2008年版的第8章);

—更改了對包裝、儲存和運(yùn)輸?shù)囊螅ㄒ姷?0章,2008年版的第9章)。
