下列術(shù)語和定義適用于本文件。

多災(zāi)種multi?disasters
既定地方發(fā)生的、造成損害在一定程度之上的所有自然災(zāi)害,以及引發(fā)的次生災(zāi)害。
3.2
跨災(zāi)種cross?disasters
管理和處置具有耦合關(guān)系的多個(gè)災(zāi)種形成的綜合對(duì)象。
示例:跨災(zāi)種監(jiān)測(cè)、跨災(zāi)種預(yù)警。
3.3
災(zāi)害鏈disasterchain
因一種災(zāi)害發(fā)生而引起的一系列災(zāi)害發(fā)生的現(xiàn)象。
注:所發(fā)生的災(zāi)害間存在鏈?zhǔn)疥P(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系,具備誘生性、時(shí)序性和擴(kuò)圍性特征。
