合同約定的其他義務(wù)，如使用專業(yè)技能和謹(jǐn)慎態(tài)度提供服務(wù)。3.違約責(zé)任認(rèn)定：3.1違約方需承擔(dān)違約責(zé)任，包括但不限于支付違約金、賠償損失等。3.2違約方的違約行為導(dǎo)致合同無法履行或造成對方損失的，違約方應(yīng)承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的違約責(zé)任。3.3具體違約責(zé)任根據(jù)合同條款及實(shí)際情況
