引言

油墨干燥及固化裝置是印刷機的主要耗能部分,對其進行能效評價將有助于引導(dǎo)印刷企業(yè)選擇節(jié)能

高效產(chǎn)品,激發(fā)印刷設(shè)備制造企業(yè)在節(jié)能技術(shù)開發(fā)與研究等方面的創(chuàng)新動力,對印刷行業(yè)實現(xiàn)節(jié)能低碳

生產(chǎn)意義重大。

油墨干燥(固化)是一個包含熱量、質(zhì)量和動量交互影響的復(fù)雜過程。本文件在研究油墨干燥(固

化)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,充分考慮到印刷生產(chǎn)過程中涉及的各種理化因素,建立起一套包括能效評價流程、

印刷品油墨干燥及固化狀態(tài)的合格判定條件、針對不同油墨干燥及固化裝置類型的能耗測試方法以及能

效數(shù)據(jù)記錄表和能效評價報告在內(nèi)的能效評價內(nèi)容體系。本文件將指導(dǎo)油墨干燥及固化裝置乃至印刷機

進行能效等級劃分,同時為第三方機構(gòu)進行節(jié)能效果評判提供方法和依據(jù)。
