前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T30595—2014《擠塑聚苯板(XPS)薄抹灰外墻外保溫系統(tǒng)材料》,與

GB/T30595—2014相比,除結構調整和編輯性改動外,主要技術變化如下:

a)更改了范圍(見第1章,2014年版的第1章);

b)刪除了基層墻體、抹面層、飾面層、防護層、膠粘劑、抹面膠漿、玻纖網布、塑料錨栓、配件

的術語和定義(見2014年版的3.2~3.5、3.8~3.12);

c)增加了XPS板預制混凝土夾心保溫外墻板系統(tǒng)、XPS板濕法樓地面保溫系統(tǒng)、XPS板干法樓地

面保溫系統(tǒng)、XPS板屋面保溫系統(tǒng)的術語和定義(見3.3~3.6);

d)刪除了一般規(guī)定(見2014年版的第4章);

e)增加了通用要求(見第4章);

f)更改了XPS板薄抹灰外墻外保溫系統(tǒng)用XPS板、抹面膠漿的技術要求(見5.1.2、5.1.5,2014年

版的5.2、5.5);

g)增加了XPS板預制混凝土夾心保溫外墻板系統(tǒng)、XPS板樓地面保溫系統(tǒng)、XPS板屋面保溫系統(tǒng)

用XPS板的技術要求(見5.2~5.4);

h)更改了XPS板薄抹灰外墻外保溫系統(tǒng)及其用XPS板的壓縮強度、彎曲變形、尺寸穩(wěn)定性、水蒸

氣透過系數(shù)的試驗方法(見6.3.1、6.3.2.4~6.3.2.6、6.3.2.8,2014年版的6.3.1、6.4.7、

6.4.3、6.4.4、6.4.7);

i)增加了XPS板預制混凝土夾心保溫外墻板系統(tǒng)、XPS板樓地面保溫系統(tǒng)、XPS板屋面保溫系統(tǒng)

用XPS板的試驗方法(見6.4~6.6);

j)更改了出廠檢驗項目、型式檢驗項目(見7.1.1、7.2.1,2014年版的7.2.1、7.3.1);

k)刪除了產品合格證和使用說明書(見2014年版的第8章);

l)增加了標志和隨行文件(見第8章);

m)刪除了耐候性試驗方法、玻纖網布耐堿性快速試驗方法(見2014年版的附錄A、附錄B);

n)增加了XPS板壓縮變形試驗方法(見附錄A)。

板系統(tǒng)材料、樓地面保溫系統(tǒng)材料、屋面保溫系統(tǒng)材料的生產和應用。
