前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標準化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件修改采用ISO23458:2020《精細陶瓷(先進陶瓷、先進技術(shù)陶瓷)

CVD陶瓷涂層熱膨脹

系數(shù)和殘余應(yīng)力的測試方法》。

本文件與ISO23458:2020的技術(shù)差異及其原因如下:

—將ISO23458:2020中3.2的術(shù)語由“線熱膨脹系數(shù)”更改為“殘余應(yīng)力”,因規(guī)范性引用文件

已對“線熱膨脹系數(shù)”有所說明,本文件更有必要對“殘余應(yīng)力”進行定義(見3.2);

—用規(guī)范性引用的GB/T16535替換了ISO17139,以適應(yīng)我國技術(shù)條件,增加可操作性(見第

5章);

—用規(guī)范性引用的GB/T16839.1替換了IEC60584?1,以適應(yīng)我國技術(shù)條件,增加可操作性(見

5.3);

—將ISO23458:2020中5.4的敘述簡化為“按照GB/T16535的規(guī)定安裝試樣”,以標準作為依

照,提高操作規(guī)范性(見5.4);

—用規(guī)范性引用的GB/T1216替換了ISO3611,以適應(yīng)我國技術(shù)條件,增加可操作性(見5.6);

—用規(guī)范性引用的GB/T39686、GB/T39828替換了ISO19603,以適應(yīng)我國技術(shù)條件,增加可

操作性(見7.2);

—刪除了ISO23458:2020中7.4的CVD陶瓷涂層殘余應(yīng)力的計算,因其無須試驗操作且在8.2中

已有所體現(xiàn)。

本文件做了下列編輯性改動:

—為與現(xiàn)有標準協(xié)調(diào),將標準名稱改為《CVD陶瓷涂層熱膨脹系數(shù)和殘余應(yīng)力試驗方法》。

本文件描述了CVD陶瓷涂層(涂層厚度大于0.03mm,且涂層厚度比基體與涂層總厚度的值小于

1/4)從室溫到2300K的熱膨脹系數(shù)和殘余應(yīng)力的測試方法,并規(guī)定了試樣制備方法、加載模式、加載

速率、數(shù)據(jù)收集以及報告格式。

本文件適用于金屬基體或陶瓷基體上的CVD陶瓷涂層。本試驗方法可用于材料性能研究、質(zhì)量控

制、性能表征以及數(shù)據(jù)采集等方向。
