3.PositionandWork

5.2.3Annualleave:TheEmployeeisentitledto[NumberofAnnualLeaveDays]daysofannualleaveperyear,inaccordancewiththeEmployer'sinternalleavepolicy.

5.2.4Maternity/paternityleave:TheEmployeeisentitledtomaternity/paternityleaveinaccordancewiththerelevantlawsandregulationsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.

6.TerminationofEmployment

6.1TheEmployermayterminatethisContractinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContractortherelevantlawsandregulationsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina,andshallcompensatetheEmployeeinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContract.

6.2TheEmployeemayterminatethisContractinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContractortherelevantlawsandregulationsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.

6.3TheterminationofthisContractshallbesubjecttothefollowingconditions:

6.3.1Terminationbymutualagreement:TheEmployerandtheEmployeemayterminatethisContractbymutualagreement,andtheterminationdateshallbedeterminedbybothparties.

6.3.2TerminationbytheEmployer:TheEmployermayterminatethisContractduetoreasonssuchastheEmployee'sviolationoftheinternalregulationsoftheEmployer,ortheEmployee'sfailuretoperformhisorherdutiesandobligationsasrequiredbytheEmployer.

6.3.3TerminationbytheEmployee:TheEmployeemayterminatethisContractduetoreasonssuchastheEmployer'sviolationoftheprovisionsofthisContract,ortheEmployee'spersonalcircumstances.

7.Confidentiality

7.1TheEmployeeagreestokeepconfidentialtheconfidentialinformationoftheEmployer,includingbutnotlimitedtotheEmployer'sbusinesssecrets,technicalsecrets,andotherinformationthatisnotpubliclydisclosed.

7.2TheEmployeeshallnotusetheconfidentialinformationforanypurposeotherthanperforminghisorherdutiesandobligationsasagreedinthisContract.

8.DisputeResolution

8.1IntheeventofanydisputesarisingfromtheperformanceofthisContract,theEmployerandtheEmployeeshallendeavortoresolvethedisputesthroughfriendlynegotiations.

8.2Ifthedisputescannotberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiations,theEmployerandtheEmployeemaysubmitthedisputestothePeople'sCourtof[CityName]forjurisdiction.

9.GoverningLaw

ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.

10.EntireAgreement

ThisContractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweentheEmployerandtheEmployeewithrespecttothesubjectmatterhereof,andsupersedesallprioragreements,understandings,negotiations,anddiscussions,whetherwrittenororal,betweentheEmployerandtheEmployee.

6.2.3RequestupdatesontheEmployee'sperformanceanddevelopment.

7.Employer'sRightsandInterests

7.1TheEmployershallhavetherightto:

7.1.3Makedecisionsregardingpromotions,transfers,orterminations.

8.Employee'sObligationsandRestrictions

10.DisputeResolution

10.1IntheeventofanydisputesarisingfromtheperformanceofthisContract,theEmployerandtheEmployeeshallendeavortoresolvethedisputesthroughfriendlynegotiations.

11.GoverningLaw
