b.TheLesseeshallpromptlynotifytheLessorofanydefectsormalfunctionsintheEquipmentandshalltakereasonablestepstominimizeanydamageorlossresultingfromsuchdefectsormalfunctions.

6.**Insurance**

a.TheLessorshallmaintaininsurancecoveragefortheEquipmentinanamountsufficienttoprotecttheLessoragainstlossordamagecausedbyfire,theft,orotherrisksduringtheleaseterm.

b.TheLesseeshallmaintaininsurancecoveragefortheLessee'suseoftheEquipmentinanamountsufficienttoprotecttheLesseeagainstliabilityfordamagetotheEquipmentorinjurytopersonsorpropertycausedbytheLessee'suseoftheEquipment.

7.**TerminationofLease**
