3.RatesandPayment

4.Insurance

5.LiabilityandIndemnity

TheSuppliershallbeliableforanyloss,damage,ordelaytotheGoodscausedbyitsnegligenceorfailuretoperformitsobligationsunderthisContract.TheSuppliershallindemnifytheCustomeragainstanyclaims,actions,orproceedingsarisingoutofthetransportationoftheGoods.

6.GoverningLawandJurisdiction

ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedthrougharbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesofthe[ArbitrationInstitution].

6.LimitationsofLiability

6.1.TheSupplierandtheThirdPartyshallnotbeliablef
